Here are some insights from the homeowner: -The house is not equipped with air conditioning, as indicated in the listing. During your stay, the weather was exceptionally hot, with temperatures reaching the mid to high nineties, which unfortunately is beyond our control. We understand this may have been uncomfortable, and we had fans available in the house to help mitigate the heat. -Given the house's location directly on the water, it is naturally subject to insects. While we do treat the property to manage them, complete control over nature is not feasible. -We acknowledge your report of a mouse, which is the first of its kind. Despite our efforts to maintain cleanliness, this issue has since been addressed and resolved. -The interior and exterior of the house, especially the lakeside which spans three stories, are cleaned thoroughly within reasonable reach. We strive to prepare a clean and pleasant environment for all our guests before each rental.
