Bienvenido a "Bear Trail"!

¡UBICACIÓN! ¡UBICACIÓN! ¡UBICACIÓN! Bear Trail está ubicado a solo 10 minutos del centro de Boone (4. 2 millas), a menos de 20 minutos de Blowing Rock, a 20 minutos de Valle Crucis y a menos de 30 minutos de Banner Elk. Estamos ubicados en el Yonahlossee Saddle Club, que está cerca de todas las atracciones principales que ofrece High Country, como Tweetsie Railroad, Grandfather Mountain, The Blowing Rock, Appalachian State University, Mystery Hill, minería de gemas, piragüismo, The Blue Ridge Parkway, restaurantes locales, Mast General Store, Horn in the West, instalaciones ecuestres y mucho más. "Bear Trail" es un lujoso chalet bien equipado con 4 habitaciones (2 camas king y 2 camas queen), con capacidad para 8 personas, 3 baños completos y 2 medios baños, vistas a la montaña de largo alcance, bañera de hidromasaje, mesa de billar, Wi -Fi, chimenea de gas (según la temporada), aire acondicionado central, parrilla de gas Weber, fácil acceso pavimentado en una comunidad cerrada, situada a unos 4,000 pies de altura para los días más fríos del verano, y más.

NIVEL PRINCIPAL: Estará en AWE cuando ingrese a Bear Trail con su belleza y decoración encantadora. La espaciosa sala de estar cuenta con un gran sofá seccional de cuero, sillas adicionales, una impresionante chimenea de piedra con una repisa tallada a mano y grandes ventanales que permiten la entrada de mucha luz natural. Para su entretenimiento, hay un gran televisor de pantalla plana con cable para ver su programa favorito. Hay un tocador justo al lado de la sala de estar. Este medio baño tiene una puerta que conduce a la gran cubierta abierta.

La cocina completamente equipada ofrece encimeras de granito, mucho espacio en el mostrador y la mayoría de las comodidades del hogar, como un lavaplatos, una olla de barro, una plancha, una cafetera Keurig y más. Disfrute de su comida favorita en la mesa de comedor para hasta 8 personas mientras contempla las impresionantes vistas de las montañas Blue Ridge.

La suite principal cuenta con una cama de lujo tamaño king, TV de pantalla plana con Roku, baño completo en suite. El baño principal ofrece una ducha de azulejos y una bonita bañera para relajarse.

Tendrá acceso a la cubierta principal abierta con una parrilla de gas, una mesa de comedor con sillas Y nuestra nueva tina caliente para 6 personas. Cuando visites High Country, ¡estas son las VISTAS que deseas!

PISO SUPERIOR: hay 2 habitaciones privadas con cama queen y un baño estilo Jack y Jill.

NIVEL INFERIOR: el cuarto dormitorio es una suite principal junior con una cama king size, baño en suite con plato de ducha y puerta corredera de estilo granero.

Disfruta de un amistoso juego de billar o un amistoso juego de dardos en el nivel inferior. Además, puede relajarse y jugar algunas cartas o juegos de mesa en la oficina / sala de estar o si necesita trabajar, hay un escritorio de computadora para la privacidad. También hay otro medio baño al lado de la oficina / sala de estar.

Cuando te quedas en Bear Trail, querrás volver año tras año. No hay mejor manera de pasar tiempo de calidad con la familia y los amigos que en Bear Trial.

Our family loved everything about this house. It's not often that a vacation rental is better than the pictures, but that is absolutely the case with Bear Trail. The house is gorgeous and perfect for an extended family, and the views are amazing and the sunrise is stunning! Also our 1.5 and 3 yr old grandkids loved the teddy bears!

A beautiful property that met all of our needs and more. The home was super clean, comfy, and fun. Our favorite part was the huge back porch and watching the gorgeous sunrise over the mountains every morning. Thank you for opening your home to us.

Fabulous Home

The house was fabulous. It was large, well laid out and tastefully decorated. Wonderful view from the deck and the home had everything we needed for our weekend getaway. We had 4 couples on this trip and it accommodated us perfectly. The house is situated in a nice gated community and it’s equally close to Boone and Blowing Rock.

Really Nice Reatreat

My family and a couple of friends stayed in Boone for my daughter’s graduation. The property was lovely and comfortable. We mostly cooked and ate in, relaxing and spending time together, apart from the graduation festivities. We particularly enjoyed the deck and hot tub. I will say I slept better and more comfortably than at home, ( it was nice to get a break from pets). I would highly recommend this property.

Absolutely stunning property

This was our annual girlfriends getaway trip. Boone and Blowing Rock did not disappoint. But we could have just stayed home at this gorgeous house. The views. The comfortable furniture. Cozy bed linens and mattresses. Clean clean clean. It was all too perfect. The house could accommodate more than five ladies. But we woke up to sunrises out the back that take your breath away. And the shoppes. Oh my. The restaurants were all very very good too. 5.5 hours from Louisville. Definitely going to come back another year. We had one minor issue with the volumn on the TV and the gas fireplace and Stacy the manager was right on it. Book it!!!

AWe enjoyed our stay at Bear TrailGreat views (especially the sunrises!) as the rental is on the side of a mountain, yet not far (10-15 minutes) from downtown Boone. We enjoyed the game room and the hot tub...Nicely decorated (lots of whimsical bear stuff that your kids will enjoy) and furnished.The layout allows for some privacy with two bedrooms upstairs, the master on the main floor and another bedroom downstairs. Also a study area downstairs that helps the unfortunate folks like me who have to log in and do some remote work while on vacation.An excellent rental! We hope to stay there again!

Very clean, good views, lighting a little dark in kitchen and dining area. A nice house.

Rental company employee called late in evening with inaccurate information regarding property the week of rental. We called back next day to cancel because of that information and had to leave a message. We did not receive a call back until 2 days later in the evening before our rental. So we proceeded with the rental basically having no choice and that's how we learnef that the information we were provided regarding the home was inaccurate. In the end, all that stress and worry was for nothing and the rental was just fine. The management company needs to ensure their people have accurate information regarding the homes that are being rented and their employees should be respectful of the times they call and returning their calls.

Great house!

We spent five days here and got lucky to hit peak leaf week for the first time in several years. The house is fantastic. Such a nice touch to get early check in and the fireplace is on and jazz music is playing in the background. Great food. Enjoyed the deck so much. Loved being so close to town yet still had extraordinary views. Wonderful quiet neighborhood. We will definitely be back!!!!

3 families stayed for family weekend at App St. Loved the spacious, clean and comfy home. We cooked all meals at house and never needed for anything. It doesn't get much better than this!

Family time

Property is really nice and comfortable. Nice floor plan and the view is spectacular. The only complaint my family had were the upstairs beds. We’re not as comfortable as hoped. The other beds were very comfortable. The only other negative is only 2 bags of trash allowed. We found we were so busy we could not get to the trash dump. Our cars were too packed to take the trash overflow so we had to leave money for additional bags left. Would still rent the property again.

We absolutely loved the area and location. Our only regret is that we were so busy with activities that this wonderful city had to offer that we didn’t have enough time to spend at this beautiful property! Highly recommend. Extremely clean! We enjoyed every detail from extra hot tub towels to beautiful sunrise scenes from the deck. The kitchen was well stocked. We had everything we needed… Just wanted more time there!

Bear Trail was in immaculate condition and the amenities were every thing we were looking to have.

Renting process was seamless and host left wonderful and clear instructions. Only heads up would be while gravel walk way to front door was beautiful it did make challenging to take in luggage. However, if staying in the basement you have direct access through garage without steps. We would love to stay again!!

This home is incredible. Beautifully appointed, spotless, and nestled in a gorgeous setting. Very convenient to downtown Boone and Blowing Rock, yet private and surrounded by nature. From the location, to the view off the back deck, to the neighborhood, to the decor - all the way down to the bed linens —every imaginable detail is absolute perfection. Amazing house

We LOVED this house. The view, the location, the hot tub, the size of the place. It was all amazing. I would love to stay here again, but it is a little pricey. The only complaints I have: we were told we had to bring our own hot tub towels, so we all wasted sooo much space in our bags, only to find a large basket full of towels labeled “hot tub towels.” Also, we were told we’d only have 2 small parking spots for cars, so we all squeezed into 2 cars, only to find that there are two spots in the garage we also could have used. I would highly recommend updating the rules and the posting to reflect these things. Otherwise, great place and great customer service.
