Apartment was comfortable and clean. We had a minor issue with the dryer that was resolved quickly. The management team's service is excellent. We enjoyed our stay. Apartment was clean, but outside was horrible, courtyard you claim to have is full of plants, no where for you pet to go do their business....lots of time spent registering and leaving with the checklist. Made our stay uncomfortable, as if you couldn’t touch or do anything

We are sorry to hear that your stay felt uncomfortable. We want each guest to feel as comfortable in our apartments as they do in their home. Many of our guests stay for weeks at a time and are encouraged to make the apartment comfy and cozy. We do have a normal check-in and check out procedure to ensure the safety and cleanliness of our properties. Our check-in is done online because we are completely virtual and do not have a front desk, but there is always someone available by phone 24/7 for questions. For our furry guests, we do provide a small patch of grass inside the courtyard and another larger patch of grass on the south side of the building outside of the courtyard. We certainly wish we could have a sprawling backyard for our guest’s pets, but we are a 12-unit apartment building located in a residential neighborhood. Overall, it does seem that you have enjoyed your stay. Feedback from guests is how we continue to improve. If you would like to provide any more feedback on your stay, please don’t hesitate to contact us directly.

Nice quiet, very clean condo equipped with all you need for a few days or even a few weeks. We had an issue with the washer and they immediately came over and resolved it. Very nice little neighborhood with sidewalks which was perfect for walking our dog. Convenient to restaurants, shops, midtown and downtown. We will definitely stay again. Worth Every Penny

First, let me say I was gifted a free upgrade! We opened the door and were wowed even before we saw the bedrooms. Clean, comfortable, and has plenty of space. All necessities were available from kitchenware to plenty of toiletries. Nice TVs in both rooms and the living room. The gated entry was an added plus to the safety of my family in an already nice neighborhood. BCA made communication easy before, during, and after our visit. Only there for 2 nights but could have stayed much longer without missing the comforts of home. Definitely our first choice for lodging next time we are in the area! Only Place To Stay

Very clean! I have stayed here several times and each time I stay they outdo themselves. Check in is super easy, you don't even have to see anyone. However, they are always there to answer questions right away. Everything is always clean and they start you out with everything you could possibly need to stay away from home. I had to change my dates of my stay and Michael was right there to assist me. He always goes above and beyond. Will be back for sure! If you need a clean and safe place to stay this is it!!
