We had a wonderful time! The house was clean and exactly what it looked like in the pictures. The kitchen had every cooking and storage item needed including storage containers which was a great help! We brought our own pool floaties and beach balls and the kids were in the pool almost every minute that we weren't in the parks. The distance to Walmart, great restaurants and Disney parks couldn't be any better. The games room was super fun, even our two year old joined in and raced against siblings. The house is large enough that everyone has their own space and we were never in anyone's way, even with 10 of us in there. Would definitely stay here again!

Spring Break Stay

Overall, the property was great. The house was spacious and well decorated and my daughter loved the game room. Check-in for the community was not ideal - it was extremely busy since it was Spring Break and the signage was not clear. Cars were lined up onto the main road and you could not tell what lane you had to be in until you turned into the property. This led to a lot of frustrated drivers and security had to turn people away and make them go around and re-enter the line. I would definitely recommend providing more clear directions for the check-in procedure. Despite that and some issues with the pool heat, I would still recommend this property.

Family Vacation

The house was clean and well stocked. Everything was in working order. We did add the pool being heated but because it is limited to number of hours by the time it got warm they turned it off, made hot tub not useable. Ordered a grill and it was 2 days late being delivered but was useable when we did receive it. Didn't have a code to use facilities at club hour so had to go off site to workout.

Great Place!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and we had plenty of room. The only issue I had was the refrigerator quit working but they came quickly and fixed it. The description matched the place and was nice. If I had to “complain” about anything it would be that they suggest to only put the thermostat to 74-78 degrees… we were kind of hot… at home I generally keep mine around 68 to 70 so everyone complained of being hot especially at night. I would also recommend to bring your own hand soap, dish soap, ect. They didn’t supply any but I just placed Walmart order and it was there quickly. Overall great experience!

Great House in great condition

This house was perfect for us for our trip. We had two families in town for a dance competition and this house meet our needs perefectly. The property managers were very quick to respond to our inquiries and get changes in place when we wanted to add pool heat and extend our check in/check out times. Very professional. I would say the only thing I wish I had known ahead of time is that the pool did not get direct sunlight for very long during the day. We did not do any amusement parks and planned to hang out at the pool during our down time. The teenagers in the house were definitely hoping for a little more sun to be able to lay out. But other than that we were very happy with the house and the people in charge. Thank you for a great experience!

Spring Break

Overall we were very pleased with the house. It looked bigger in person than pictures which was nice. The game room was a BIG hit for our boys. It was nice to have a stroller and extra kid toys as well, would have been nice if that was included in listing. The hot tub stopped working for over 24 hours and we had to call to get that fixed. Additionally the pool guy showed up randomly on one day we were enjoying the pool and we had to get out for over 1.5 hours. This should be previously scheduled or done outside of vacation stay if stay is less than a week. We were out all morning and should have been done when we were away not when we were enjoying the pool. Additionally, blinds In the bedrooms are cheaper and sun was glaring into 3 of the bedrooms in the AM, I would have liked to see thicker curtains to allow for less sun in the AM for my kids to sleep later. Lastly house did not have a grill, how does a vacation home not have a grill? I didn’t realize I needed to check on that but next time I know I do…. I would 100% stay here again if better curtains were added and a grill. If it remains unchanged we likely will not be back to this specific house.

Family Place

Plenty of entertainment for the kids ( of all ages) and plenty of space for the entire family. Appreciated how clean everything was from the silverware to the bathrooms did not have a question about anything. Thank you so much for allowing us to rent your beautiful home.

Disney family Vacation

We had an amazing time at our VRBO in Orlando/Kissimmee. The house was spectacular with so much fun stuff to do anf having the pool right there was so nice. We will definitely be booking again. Thr only complaint i have is that the house dod not have much of the essentials like TP, dish soap, trash bags etc but the house itself was very clean and had everything else ypu can need

Beautiful home great location

Home was very clean and well organized. Very nice well maintained pool. Lots of entertainment in the home from the game room to multiple tvs etc. Resort has a very nice water park. Location is great if your planning a day at Disney parks.

Smelly frig

We checked in on a Sunday. The house is beautiful, however when we opened the frig to put our groceries away we were blown away by the most foul smell of fish. We had no where else to put our groceries in the frig & I called the property on Mon morning and reported the issue and was told it would be handled.I didn't hear back from them and there was no note left to indicate if they were in to address the issue or not, but the smell was still as strong as ever in the frig.I found it hard to believe that before we checked in the cleaning people would not have noticed the awful fish smell in the refrigerator. The smell was so strong that the items that were in the frig all smelled like fish -- it was awful.So the only thing different from when we left the house on Mon, placed the call to the property and returned to the house later Mon night was a dish of baking soda was put in the freezer. THIS MOST DEFINITELY DID NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM.I called the prop again on Tues about the fish stench again. I was advised they were out on Mon and cleaned out the frig & I told them this did not correct the problem. Honestly the smell was so bad that the only way to get it out would be to disinfected it and leave the doors open for a few days and I expressed this to the property on Tues, no call again and came back to another frig arbitrarily placed in the dining room.We moved everything over. My frustration is the price I paid & time spent to not have issue fixed.

Family Vacation

To check in after a long drive is terrible a very long line of cars yes, you do once but the process is a little long. Windsor Hill staff are not friendly at all the so called Manager accused me of lying when it came to parking 4 cars in the driveway and even yelled at me. The actual house was nice, but the pool was not very clean we called and someone came out and cleaned it, but said they will be back in a couple days and never showed up. The company who runs the property are all very nice I spoke with Hunter regarding our violations we kept getting for having 4 cars even though Melissa at Windsor Hill said it would be ok anyways shout out to him for listening to me as I yelled and cursed because I was beyond frustrated. Hunter was very understanding and stayed professional the whole time and calmed me down. Anyways, It’s a good family home to stay at but we as a group said we would never go back because of the personnel at Windsor Hill they are rude and inconsiderate.

Fun Family Vacation

We loved Sun n' Games Villa. It has everything you will need. It was very clean and that is very important to us. The furniture is newer and very nice. The beds are very comfortable. Our family of 10 had more than enough room. We loved having our own pool. I would recommend paying to have the pool heated unless you are staying in the heart of the summer. It is a short drive to Disney or other parks. We used Boost (through Kroger) for food delivery and that was excellent! There is also a Wal-mart just right down the road. Either have your groceries delivered or do pickup. Don't waste your vacation time grocery shopping! You want to stay here! I have nothing bad to say about this home! I hope we can go back again!

we had a very nice time in that house it was beautiful and we plan on returning.

the property was really clean had everything you needed as if it were your own home besides the food. pool was nice and heated and it was lots of fun for the kids.

Great Disney property

We had an amazing trip and stay at this property. The kids and dads had a blast in the game room. The house was big enough to everyone have their own space to relax. We had a few issues during our stay and the property manager had a quick response.

Close to Disney

It’s a beautiful home and great for the kids. I think most people booking this place will be visiting Disney for the first time or returning. We enjoyed it being close to Disney, convenient and safe. We were upset with the additional $200 charge for spa and pool heat only to find out it didn’t heat but one night we were there. After spending all day at Disney 5 days in a row it would have been nice to relax in the spa but it was colder than the pool most nights. The additional charge was a surprise and upsetting considering there was no benefit.

Amazing stay! Just as the listing!

We celebrated my son’s 6th birthday here and had an amazing stay! This home was beautiful inside and out and exact to the listing pictures! The game room was a hit for both kids and adults. The pool was perfect! I recommend adding the heating because it rained a lot but this didn’t stop us from getting in the pool since we added the heating the night before check-in. The home was overall very clean, kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware. I only had to call maintence once and that was on the first day at check-in as there was a large bag of trash left out side. I saw this in a previous review and I think it’s just an issue of the cleaning crew leaving it from the guest prior. Overall, this did not have an impact on our stay and everything else was great. Highly recommend this home.

Great location and nice home with few complaints

We had a great experience at this property overall! We would definitely stay here again, but, there are a few things that could use some work. The trash “bin” they have you use outside is very small, definitely not holding enough trash for 8 people. The pool was pretty dirty with lots of sand/dirt on the bottom. We found fake eye lashes, fake nails and a used bandaid around the pool area. The garbage disposal smelled horrible our entire stay so that could use a good cleaning. A dining chair had a broken leg when we arrived. Although the game room had both an Xbox and PlayStation, neither were operable..The home itself was clean and had nice furniture..Super spacious and overall a great stay. Also wish there was a grill!
