Bienvenido a AppleValleyCondos. com, anteriormente conocido como el "Apple Valley Resort".

The Pines of Apple Valley es una colección de condominios de una planta al lado del campo de golf Apple Valley. Estamos cerca del lago Apple Valley y a una corta distancia en automóvil de Mount Vernon Ohio.

Estamos al lado del muy popular y bien revisado Apple Valley Golf Course.

Apple Valley Golf Course tiene una gran cocina que está abierta para el desayuno y el almuerzo durante la temporada.

La casa club del campo de golf de Apple Valley también tiene una sala de reuniones / centro de fiestas para 100 personas, lo que lo convierte en un excelente lugar para bodas, fiestas de empresa, reuniones familiares o retiros de negocios.

Close to Kenyon, lots of space

We stayed during parents weekend at Kenyon. The space was very spacious and clean. About 10 minutes from campus. The beds were a bit soft but manageable. I would stay again.

A wonderful weekend getaway destination

Our stay at the pines at apple valley was near perfect. I only deducted a point on cleanliness because there were a LOT of ants in the kitchen. A few ant repellent/traps on the counters would be the only addition needed to make this a total 5 star rating!!

Really Nice Updates

We used to stay in these cabins every year, for years - but prior to this recent trip it had been about 7 years. The 'new owners' have done a fantastic job with the remodel and upgrades. The cabin is much more comfortable and clean, check in/check out is much easier and the location is as great as ever. Very excited to add this back to our annual calendar. thanks!

Amazing Birthday Weekend

Had a fantastic weekend in Apple Valley! The location is perfect! A beautiful area. The cabin was spacious and clean. It was very nice. It had all of the amenities we needed to feel right at home. There was plenty of room for all 6 adults and an infant. Don’t for get the dogs!! They had a blast too. The beaches even have pet friendly areas. There was also plenty of room outside for games. We played corn hole and croquet! The owner was super responsive and extremely friendly. We absolutely look forward to a future visit. Thank you!

Nice condo, but needs some updating. Better lighting in bathroom, kitchen and living room would be good. Deck needs some refinishing. Not too close to grocery store or gas station, but nice area.

Family vacation

Nice cabin, had plenty of room. Kids enjoyed the beach and pool. Highlight was hike on Honey run trail in Howard.

Great time at Apple Valley

This was cleanest condo that we have ever stayed at, very well done by housekeeping. Condo was beautiful inside. Fire pit was great, very relaxing. We will definitely go back!

Everything was good except the big burner did not work and it smelled moldy in the 2nd bedroom with king bed. but other then that it was great

Quiet retreat

The property was clean and the place looks like the pictures on the website. Plenty of towels and kitchen was stocked well. Although we did not use it there is a washer/dryer in the unit. The only negative is that you have to drive about 10 minutes to get to the pool. If you are a golfer the location is perfect as you are right on the golf course. The area is very nice and we felt safe in the location. Nice place if you want peace and quiet.

perfect area

Had a great weekend getaway with friends. Perfect location for golfing and about a 20 min drive to float down the Mohican river. The only complaint I had would be the enforcement of the quiet times. There was a bachelorette party in the cabin behind ours and they were partying a d popping balloons until 4AM right outside the bedroom window

Gave Us the Access We Wanted

The unit was clean, the hosts were receptive and prompt, but there are things that need updated or repaired. For example, the patios were functional, but weathered and some boards needed replaced. The best part for us was access to the lake.

Enjoyed our stay

Great place for a weekend get away. Our condo was a bit outdated but lots of room to spread out and we really enjoyed the back deck. The unit also provided everything you could possibly need which was a pleasant surprise. Would defiantly return if staying in area again.
