Tranquil convenience to Pawleys

Great property and location with thoughtful touches like a pass to Huntington Beach State Park. Enjoyed the extremely clean rooms, comfortable furnishings, and peaceful location in Pawleys Plantation.

If I could change 2 things it would be 1) I wish I could've stayed longer 2) Coffee samples in room, I went my first day without coffee But other than that I wouldn't change a thing

The two nights we spent left us all wishing we could have stayed longer. The condo was very nice, but could have been a little cleaner. There was a dead bug in the trash can of the second bedroom when we arrive, which was pretty gross, but I understand that it is the beach and bugs are just EVERYWHERE. Another thing is that we never recieved a wifi password which, with an 8 year old and 4 year old, was more than a little inconvenient. Other that that, everything was great! Will be staying again, as long as we can get that wifi password.

Reviewer Comments: This Pawley's Plantation property is nestled in a quiet, pretty neighbourhood with great areas to take our little dog for walks beneath the moss covered live oak trees. It is in a gated community so we felt very safe. Golf was mere steps away with friendly staff at the Pro Shop. The condo was clean and well equipped. The overall layout was spacious and afforded guests their privacy. Suzanne and Max at Tidelife Vacation Rentals were super accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. All in all, totally DELIGHTFUL!

It was basically just as we had left it the previous year. New carpeting in the second bedroom was a refreshing upgrade! Clean, well-maintained, uncluttered, bright and cheerful! We love the location and felt very safe in this community. Our little dog loved his walks in the neighbourhood. TideLife Vacation rentals is a pleasure to deal with. We enjoyed spending time at Huntington Beach and golfing at many of the nearby courses.

On-line booking

I booked through VRBO and received a confirmation # confirming the booking, however the next day I received a call from the property management group telling me the unit I booked was not available for 3 nights and they only had units available for 2 nights and it was not the unit I booked and was completely different! Reason given it was not their fault but a glitch in the VRBO software or interface with them and was nothing they could do but offer the two nights at Pawleys Plantation of another site for 3 nights. This was very frustrating as we were already on the road traveling for a long weekend without many options left so we cut our trip short by a day! Plus the unit was on the 2nd floor not the 1st, was smaller and cost the same! Not a great experience!!

We had a great time in Pawleys. The condo was clean and location was convenient to anything nearby. There was no information about the pool though.

Winter retreat at Pawleys Plantation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in a condo at Pawleys Plantation for 2 months. We really liked the beautiful setting here with all of the trees, the golf course and the lovely homes. The condo we stayed in was clean and comfortable and was pet friendly which was perfect for us, as we have a dog. We had an issue with one of the bathroom faucets not working during our stay, but with just one phone call to our rental agent, Tidelife, it was immediately addressed and a plumber was sent over to fix the problem. We really enjoyed staying at Pawleys Plantation and dealing with the folks at Tidelife was a pleasure. We definitely plan to return here in the future.

The second bedroom was much cooler. Other than that we got what we paid for. FYI no exit from the back patio in these condos for those looking for that convenience. Nice location. Pet friendly and good for walks with your furry one. Great golf and restaurants nearby.
