Had a great stay

We stayed for 10 nights with our 4 kids for a volleyball tournament and it all went really well. The location is very convenient and my kids loved the pool. No complaints at all and hope to be back soon!

Excellent location and property

We loved our stay here and it was perfect for our family of 7. The pool was fun for our kids and the location was close to Disney parks. The condo was spacious and had plenty of room for us to spread out. Definitely recommend it!

Great place near Disney

Very well-equipped unit, and a kitchen you can actually cook in. Very good communication from the owner—which is a real person, not a management company! Would recommend.

Overall excellent stay!

This place isn’t fancy but it’s priced right and in a great location. Pool and waterslides were also a great bonus. The owner was super responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic

Absolutely loved staying here! Location is fantastic. Quite literally 5-10 mins from Disney. The complex is amazing with everything they offer from the movie theatre to snack time and the pool. Everyone is so friendly. The apartment itself is huge!! And we had every amenity we needed. Definitely would stay here again 😊

Disney Trip

We had a great stay at this condo. It was a great value for the size of the property. It had plenty of beds and living space for our family of 9. Loved the location to the welcome center and the fabulous pool and waterslide complex. Every Disney theme park is within a very short driving distance. Location was fantastic. I would definitely stay here with my family again.

Exceptional property

Loved our stay at this property!!! It was perfect for our family. The kids loved the pool area and had to be dragged out!! There was plenty of room for the 7 of us. Everything was clean and ready for our check in, which was a very easy process. Great communication with Owner and property management. We would definitely choose this property again for any future visits.

Beautiful property and pool. Convenient location. Condo needed better cleaning and all around sprucing up. Furniture was comfortable. Owner and property manager were very responsive to requests.

Location is main saving grace

Good: - pool was great, big slides for the kids - beds were great - location was great for parks Not good: - lots of bugs and roaches, more than typical for FL - not enough toilet paper and barely enough towels; property management skimps on everything they can - fans and blinds need to be cleaned and dusted, everything was very dirty - place needs to be repainted badly - TV mount in kids room is falling off, needs to be repaired Overall rating: 3/5 for the price and location, but if you're looking for a high quality, stay look elsewhere.

Close to Disney

The overall property was nice. It was great being in a gated community - it felt very secure. Target is nice and close for grocery shopping. This property lacked a toaster, which ended up being a big miss for us for breakfasts etc so it would be nice to have that included since it is on the list of items at the condo. The convenience of being 15 minutes from the Disney parks was fantastic - it really is a nice and easy drive. We did not get an email ahead of time about checking in but got quick responses with questions on the day of arrival. The kids loved the pool and we slept and lived comfortably with 8 people on site. We would rent here again if we return to Disney in the future.

Excellent location and amenities

We stayed here for 15 nights and it was a perfect for us and our 2 kids (8 and 11 yrs). Yes its old, yes it needs some love and a makeover but it’s was pretty clean, no bugs anywhere (i was worried with other reviews), the location is perfect to the pool but far enough away for privacy, Walmart is a 2 minute drive for all your grocery and Disney needs AND Disney is 15 min away! The condo was super spacious for the 4 of us and we had plenty of kitchen space. Just a heads up the stove takes forever to heat up. I highly recommend this place. The amenities are awesome and there are lots of kids around for our kids to play with! There is a DJ pumping music on the weekends, fun kids games, slurpees (ice) drinks and other food for sale by the pool too plus the waterslides and splash park. We would definitely stay here again!!!!

Full of roaches

There were roaches all over the place. We couldn't keep any food out of fridge and they were crawling all over the dishes and glasses. There were 6 beds and could sleep a lot of people, but only 5 towels. We had to buy towels to have enough for us all to shower. Water park was not open all of the time. Lots of issues. Wont stay there again.

Great place to stay for vacation of a small to medium family

Family and I had a wonderful time at this rental. Very spacious and comfortable. The place was exactly as expected: spacious, clean, nice room decor--especially the Disney theme in the children's room. The beds were very comfortable, nice linens, no carpet (hardwoods everywhere - which we prefer), flat screen tvs in every room, ceiling fans in almost every room, and very good size living/dining/kitchen. Fabulous location - so close to Disney and a 20-30 minute drive to Seaworld and Universal. Also close to Target, grocery stores, etc. The Windsor Hills location is safe and well managed. It includes access to a large pool and movie room. The owner and management of this particular apartment responded to every question in a very timely, courteous, and professional manner. We had an absolutely wonderful visit and highly recommend this rental. Thank you for the great memories! Checking in and out was simple and smooth. We'd highly recommend this place.

Moldy and dirty

The faucet was coated with mold, the closet next to the shower was mold infested and caused all our clothing to smell. The vents in the bathrooms were completed clogged with dust. The kitchen sink had mold all around the top of it. The hair dryer was clogged with dust and melted the plastic housing which stuck to my finger and blistered. Our entire family is now sick with sinus infections from the mold.

Great property, other things lacking.

First I want to say we loved the property and the location. The pool, park, and water park was fantastic. The actual unit though has room for improvement. It was pretty dirty, webs from fan, mold growth on blinds, patio was unusable due to huge number of bugs. The kitchen was the worse stocked kitchen I have stayed at. Some of the pans were unusable due to the Teflon surfaces coming off, and the water dispenser on the fridge didn’t work. Lastly was the cheapness of the property manager. We stayed for a full seven nights and were given one trash bag, one roll of paper towels, and 1.5 rolls of Toilet paper for two bathrooms. It’s crazy to have to go buy a box of 40 trash bags and a case of toilet paper after flying across country.

Bugs and smelly

The owner did give a description of all the bugs that were in the area. To me, I would consider a location infested with bugs. They were crawling all over the dishes, pots and pans countertops flying through the air. There was bug spray which we used several times a day to try to minimize the amount of bugs that were flying around and crawling onto our plate and food, but did not help. There was a strange odor in the place and when we got home everything we had smelled of that it. On a positive note, the location was perfect. However, it was a little bit too hectic and crowded for us. The pots and pans are not very good. I would not go there again.

Family Vacation

The initial communication was poor. I asked if they had certain things to offer and they replied "no". Many of the the things were actually available and I waisted space in our car packing it. The condo was soo dirty. There was at least an in thick of dusk under the bed with dirty underwear. Everything was gross. Around the toilet was super gross. The wallpaper was peeling off the wall. They had to come to our place and fix the code to get in the house 2 times. The TV stopped working, they brought a new one the next day and just set on the table infront of the old TV. The air conditioning went out. When they came to fix it the lady YELLED at us saying NEVER open the windows. It was so musty in there so we needed air flow. We had to come home and wash everything we brought on vaca because everything smelled gross after. The balcony was sooo dirty. I barely slept because I could hear EVERYTHING the family did above us. I could hear when they closed the toilet. The pool was sooo crowded. The resort need another pool.

Great homebase for Disney

This was a great place for a family. It had plenty of space - it could have comfortably handled 8 or even 10. It was very close to disney, and within reasonable distance to other parks. They had plenty on-site to make "rest-days" from the parks still fun. Communication with the owner was also good, and the front gate people were friendly and helpful.

I must say I was skeptical reading the other reviews. I even told my husband I think I made a mistake. But I must say when we arrived we were truly amazed! The condo was beautiful and clean. Our king bed slept so comfortable all week. Our girls loved the mini water park area and everyone was so nice. My only recommendation is to check the lil steps for kids to get on the bunk beds because it was loose. We had an amazing 7 night vacation. We will definitely look to book again!
