Completamente redecorado en octubre de 2015 por nuevos propietarios. Este 2do piso, para no fumadores, condominio tiene impresionantes vistas desde la sala de estar, dormitorio principal y cocina. Nuestro condominio de 1100 pies cuadrados tiene una cama king en el dormitorio principal y una reina en el dormitorio de invitados, junto con un sofá cama queen. Dos baños completos (¡uno con ducha de azulejos!) y lavadora y secadora estándar. Pase de estacionamiento sin cargo para hasta 2 vehículos. Bonita piscina grande con áreas parcialmente cubiertas con mesas de picnic y una parrilla.

This was our first trip to Gulf Shores, so we didn’t know what to expect. It was absolutely fantastic! This condo was the perfect location (away from traffic enough to be manageable, right on the beach). This won’t be our last stay!

With the cost of the condo, I would have liked blinds for the balcony area. Being so close to the pool, anyone can see straight into the condo leaving little privacy and making it awkward to sit and view the beach. If I had noticed this prior to booking, I would have passed. The doors in the condo aren’t on properly making it difficult and noisy to close. The hinge for the screen door also appears to be falling off, it’s not fastened properly. Light bulbs need to be replaced in the living room. The multi color light only has one working light bulb and only one of two lamps worked in the living room. The fitted sheet in the spare bedroom doesn’t fit either. Being on the beach with sand it would be nice to have an appropriate broom. The broom in the closet is due to be replaced. The beds were comfy and the condo mostly fit our needs besides the privacy and doors.

Nothing less than amazing!

We had a small family vacation, the property was perfect, right on the water. Plenty of space for the 6 of us. The owner was wonderful, even called us way before check in time to let us know we could get in early. We were so pleased!

Family Vacation

This is the perfect location for a family vacation! The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and appliances. We we were just steps away from the pool and the white sandy beach. We even saw dolphins swimming in the gulf while eating breakfast on the balcony. I would highly recommend Kim's property to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing time. P.S. The lady that cleans the property grounds was a hard worker! Every time we saw her, she was working to keep the property clean and well-maintained.

We enjoyed being on the second floor. I LOVED that there were only 5 units per floor. It was very peaceful! We loved the enclosed balcony/ sunroom with my 2 year old. Opening the windows for the ocean breeze and smell was perfect without the fear of banisters. We loved the Short walk to the beach or our car. Definitely somewhere I would stay again!

Perfect family getaway!!

Our family of 5 had the best stay! The condo was perfect and right on the beach which is perfect for our young family! Kids loved the pool and mom and dad loved the morning coffee views! We will definitely stay again!

Relaxing

We had a wonderful time. The condo was nice and clean. The view was spectacular. The kitchen was great. The beds were comfortable. It was a very nice place and I'm so glad that we stayed there.

Lovely place

Enjoyed this location with my husband and toddler. I had read about the bath not having a plug and managed to make my own. The porch is lovey. Unfortunately, the elevator was closed. Thankfully we only had to carry all our stuff (plus toddler stuff) and toddler up to the 2nd floor but rather inconvenient. There was a parade going on and we wanted to walk to it but noticed there aren’t any sidewalks. Driving was the safer option.

Nice unit on the beach with wonderful views! Loved the enclosed sun room - great spot to relax and enjoy the beach sights. Common areas on the property were cleaned daily - well kept up.

Beach therapy

The property was great! Kim and John were super helpful keeping us informed about some building maintenance that was going on. The weather didn’t behave the way we wished, but we had a relaxing and much needed family vacation:)

Condo with amazing view

We love to stay in this condo. The view is spectacular! We love the location and the short walk to the beach. The beds are very comfortable and there is also a walk in shower. Kim was very helpful with anything that we needed. We will definitely stay here again!

"Great Beach Get Away"

The condo has a great view of the Gulf. The rooms are well furnished. We enjoyed the glassed in balcony and table on the deck. The beds are comfortable and the walk-in shower was helpful. the kitchen was well stocked with all the cookware we needed. we enjoyed our stay very much, and plan on staying again.

Perfect location

My wife, my son, and I had a great stay at the condo! The host was super nice and communication was great! Perfect location, right next to the beach with easy access. Great beachside getaway

This place was perfect for our needs. 3 adults, 2 kids. It had everything we needed for our 4 day stay. Pool downstairs, can walk to the beach in minutes. Host was very responsive to any questions. Beds were super comfortable, place was clean, view was amazing. 🙌
