Ubicado en una esquina bellamente ajardinada, nuestra casa Montford de más de 2700 pies cuadrados con certificación ecológica se completó en junio de 2015. Nos complace ofrecerle un área de apartamentos de una habitación de 650 pies cuadrados ubicada en nuestra planta baja. El apartamento tiene una entrada privada y estacionamiento en la calle. Ofrece comodidad relajada con control de clima independiente y mucha luz natural de grandes ventanas con doble aislamiento y la puerta frontal de vidrio opaco seguro. El dormitorio es completamente privado con dos ventanas, ventilador de techo y un gran armario doble. Una gran sala de estar de planta abierta y área de comida tiene una mesa de comedor separada junto con asientos en el mostrador / bar, además de una cómoda área de entretenimiento. El gran baño completamente equipado tiene un piso de baldosas hexagonales en blanco y negro, una encimera de granito y una combinación de ducha / bañera.

Loved the property and the neighborhood. Close to downtown Asheville. The rooms in the house were very nice and I loved the brightness, and decor, and it was very clean. The hosts were very friendly and easy to talk to and there if we needed them. It was a fun place to stay and I would stay there again!

We stayed in Short Street for 5 nights and can highly recommend it. Our hosts were delightful and very helpful. The apartment was very comfortable and beautifully furnished and has everything you can need. A 10 minute stroll into downtown Asheville and 5 minutes walk from a great breakfast outlet. I rate it very highly!

What a lovely place for our stay! Impeccably clean, so nicely decorated, and such a wonderful location. We walked each evening for dinner… so easy! And the coral honeysuckle in full bloom in the garden was a real treat for native plant gardeners like myself! Will be back!!!

Absolutely loved our stay at this gem of a VRBO! From the moment we walked in, we were struck by how impeccably clean and beautifully furnished the home was. Every detail was thoughtfully curated—from fresh flowers on the table to spa robes for the hot tub and even chilled mugs in the freezer.The location couldn’t be better—nestled in a quiet, friendly neighborhood that’s perfect for morning walks, yet just a short stroll to downtown, Whole Foods, and Trader Joe’s. The house is situated on a corner lot with lovely landscaping, including multiple naturalized water features. Whether we were relaxing at the house or exploring the area, everything was convenient, beautiful, and calming.This property has risen to the top of our VRBO list! Absolutely the best VRBO apartment that we have stayed at in many years! It is centrally located in the historic Montford neighborhood. What an absolute treat! From the welcome wine, slippers and robes, to the personalized treat for my pup, Frank and Peter’s place felt like being welcomed home after a long journey. They thought of everything!

This was such a good experience. The location of the apartment is really good, walking distance to downtown and close to a park for our pup. It was extremely well furnished with lots of thoughtful touches. We used the hot tub one evening and they even provided robes, beach towels and clogs! It was like staying at a high end resort but cozy.

Amazing experience

Just spent an amazing weekend in this dog friendly apartment. The hosts provided great service and amenities. The neighborhood is just beautiful and walkable to breweries and restaurants downtown plus Salvage Station. We ended up not using the kitchen amenities as much as expected, but the set up was very complete including tea and coffee. We’d be happy to stay here again!!

Ideal stay for downtown in Asheville

Frank & Peter were incredibly welcoming, friendly hosts who clearly have put a lot of thought and care into making their garden unit a perfect guest suite. (Literally, the back patio was such a lovely place to relax!) Just a few minutes from the center of downtown Asheville, yet the neighborhood still feels cozy, quiet, & completely residential. Basics like the bed, internet, bathroom, towels, etc were all perfect for our needs. We were able to get around easily on foot but also by car with the off-street parking. We hope to stay here again!

What a lovely place! The love that went into this rental was outstanding. Frank and Peter are incredible hosts, meeting us and explaining all the details. Our dog was welcomed with great fanfare. Perfect Weekend Getaway

My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend to celebrate his birthday and visit family that live in the area. It was the perfect location. Great historic neighborhood and easy access to downtown. Just a 2 minute walk away is All Day Darling a great spot for coffee and breakfast. Frank and Peter are wonderful hosts and their property is lovely; beautifully decorated, cozy comfortable furnishings and linens, everything you need and then some, including a box of Asheville Chocolates! We loved using the hot tub and really appreciated the robes, towels and outdoor slippers provided. Our pup enjoyed her stay too along with personalized doggie treats! Thank you!

Perfect in Every Way

We have rented many, many VRBO properties over the past ten years. Frank and Peter's comfortable one bedroom apartment ranks in our Top 5. The location was perfect. Close to downtown to walk to a few shops and restaurants, private back patio fenced in so our dog could stretch her legs while we enjoyed a glass of wine, easy parking at the property, safe neighborhood for walking our dog. The property itself has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Sparkling clean, comfortable bed, ample kitchen supplies, and even robes and Crocs to enjoy the hot tub. Frank and Peter added so many other thoughtful touches right down to a welcome treat for me and my husband, and one for our pup. 15-minute drive to Biltmore. We'll be recommending this spot to everyone we know planning a trip to Asheville. Thank you, Frank & Peter.
