Dos dormitorios, dos baño océano Vista parcial del cuarto piso condominio. Bueno para caminar, windsurf, kitesurf frentes de playa de este complejo de condominios frente al mar en el norte de Cordoba. Un par de minutos de Kamaole Beach, una de las grandes playas de la costa sur soleado. Aire acondicionado en la sala de estar y los dormitorios, y cocina completa con un nuevo horno europeo de convección con tapa vitrocerámica. La sala de estar tiene un Smart TV de 55 ", junto con pantallas planas en las habitaciones Master y Guest. El baño principal tiene una ducha a ras de suelo nueva, sin bañera en ninguno de los baños. El condominio tiene una nueva cama King de Cal, dos gemelas y un sofá cama. Baldosas y suelos de madera en todas partes, no hay alfombra. Hay 2 de Lanai, uno fuera de la sala de estar y otro de la habitación principal que tiene una maravillosa vista de Haleakala. ¡WiFi gratis!

We arrived in the evening after traveling all day, ready to rest.The house was very clean, and spacious. Plenty of room for a family of 5. The host provided plenty of convenient add ones. Beach toys, chairs. Located near lots of things to do. Places to eat. Plenty of beaches to visit along this road. Elevator access was very convenient. Overall would recommend.

The nighttime ambiance was excellent with the lighted torches during the evening hours. Great way to spend family time.

Enjoyed the unit. The only negative is it’s location. It’s the first unit on the 4th floor closet to the busy road. Noisy due to traffic. Had to shut the master bedroom sliding door because of the noise. Lanai was barely used due to noise.

Not only did the condo live up to its description, the location was good for walks on the beach and sunset views; the amenities were plentiful and the staff support friendly. Booking and payment were seamless. Thanks to everyone!

We love coming here to Maui sunset condos.

We have been coming here for over a decade and never disappointed. 401B was amazing. Comfortable bed. Lots of beach supplies,kitchen and the decors are inviting with much Aloha, Mahalo for the time we had in Hawaii.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our 12 night stay! Maui Sunset was in a very good central location right on the ocean with gorgeous sunsets. The beach is somewhat rocky. The grounds were attractive and well maintained. The pool and hot tub were great and never overly crowded. We used the tennis courts, and one of the two courts was always open. We also used the pickleball courts, which were very busy, but well organized with very friendly people.401B was clean and everything worked. The beds were comfortable. The guest book indicated frequent visits by the owners to complete projects, and it showed! The kitchen was extremely well stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, spices, etc. The unit also had plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, and snorkel equipment. We spent a lot of time on the main balcony overlooking the courtyard and ocean. There was also a smaller balcony off the master bedroom that we didn't really use. The unit is in the back of the complex, so it is close to the road and there was some road noise, but we felt that was reflected in a lower price than units closer to the ocean. We would recommend this unit!

Maui Sunset is a great place to stay!

This is my second time staying at Maui Sunset. Love the location and the pool is very nice. Room had everything we wanted and needed. Only issue was the twin bed I slept in didn't have clean sheets, had a washer and dryer in unit so I washed them. Updates to bathrooms were nice, but could use new towels in second bathroom. Overall nice clean unit and had everything as described.

I have 2 boys and they were comfortable in the second room and loved that the room had 2 singles instead of a queen. My husband and I enjoyed our separate washroom and the comfortable bedroom. The condo is extremely well equipped with everything you could imagine needing. I appreciated the on-site laundry and the boys loved all the beach equipment. Location is amazing! Watch the sunrise from the patio every morning. Beautiful green space in the brief walk to the beach. The pool, tennis courts and other facilities were appreciated as well.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As an airline employee, booking last minute and on standby, Kumulani Vacations was fantastic to work with! This was our 4th time staying at the Maui Sunset. Over the years we've stayed at 4 other places that were nice also but we love the fact that now that our kids are getting older, (teenagers who don't want to sleep together anymore), the Maui Sunset typically offers 1 bedroom, 1 sofa bed AND a Murphy bed! all for a VERY reasonable rate! This time we secured a 2 bedroom with twins in the second and it was awesome! The one bedroom is plenty for us but the 2 bedroom had so much extra room it was nice! Washer and dryers in the units are a huge plus as are the A/C's. Living in Colorado, trade winds are not enough for me to be comfortable during the day and definitely not enough at night! We have never had a problem with bugs here and everything is well stocked, this unit in particular had so many seasonings, oils, coffee items, dishes, towels, outdoor items, etc. we could of brought friends and family! This condo could accommodate a large group and have enough of everything for all. Even though we were right beside the road it never really bothered us at all but it was hot and humid while we were there so the a/c's where on a good majority of the time but the lanai was not spoiled by traffic. All in all we LOVE this place and will be back many more times! Kehei road is busy so being on the ocean side of the the street, to us, is important, and even though swimming is not recommended due to the sea urchins, it is still a walkable, beautiful beach. Great swimming beaches are close by! Misc. note: Costco is awesome and found a lot of the prices were the same as in Colorado! Still most fresh foods are still high! Gas was cheap there too!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Although I've read some negative reviews of the condos at Maui Sunset, we were delighted with our unit. It looked newly refurnished and was extremely clean and well cared for. We were on the fourth floor in Building B and had a fabulous ocean view. Could watch the whales from the lanai and the beach. The only negative comment I could make is that we were right by the road and the traffic noise could be fairly loud during the days. In spite of that, we would book this condo again.
