Very Private Lockeland Springs Tiny House on Lillian Alleyway ~ Dogs Welcome!

Location cannot be beat! Detached, super private one bedroom guesthouse with free private parking. Walking distance to:
💫Frothy Monkey- a coffee shop that serves delicious food through dinner
💫The Urban Cowboy- a much more expensive hotel that u might stay at another time🤣 - that has an awesome wine bar/ *usually* live music/ and amazing pizza
💫Lockeland Table- a delicious restaurant u should make reservations for now
💫Shelby park- beautiful greenway with a huge dog park and nature center.

Approx 450 square feet w a *tiny* deck for u to relax and hang in between all your Nashville adventures.

The guest house is accessible via the alleyway between Lillian and Fatherland. It is unit “B” for all ur travel share needs. There is a wooden fence behind the guesthouse that separates the bnb from another residence. You may come and go as you please!

Once you check in - I will send u my personal cell and u can contact me w any concerns. Also I might see u at any of the walkable locations mentioned:). Assistance is always either right next store or just a few miles away.

Please respect my neighbors as u would respect ur own. Particularly w noise and parking. Keep the party indoors during indoors hours and please do not block the alleyway. If you drive a large vehicle - u will fit but it will b tight. There is free on street parking all around just a short walk up the alleyway if u have more than one car.

We had a great time at this tiny house. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The closeness to downtown was perfect. Shelby Park is beautiful and very close. The alley and parking were tough. We knew it would be tight, we drive an F150, but we didn't know parking on the street meant we'd have to park around the block. It was very inconvenient and the way people drive and squeeze parking on the street, we could have easily lost our side mirrors. There were several local cars missing mirrors.. We managed to squeeze our truck into the parking space at the house to avoid this. Overall it was a great stay and we really enjoyed ourselves.

We really enjoyed our 2-week stay here! The home itself is clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a relaxing visit. Loved the full kitchen and washer/dryer. The neighborhood location is super convenient to awesome coffee shops & restaurants, and spectacular Shelby Park. Something to note for future guests is that the entrance is through a tight back alley that also serves as garage access and trash pickup for the block. Once inside, the home is lovely, but I think it’s helpful for guests to know this in advance. Parking is super convenient at the front door - our Honda CRV fit like a glove though larger vehicles might prefer to use the free street parking nearby. Overall, we had a very nice stay and appreciated the thoughtful touches from the host.

Great location in East Nashville

We only spent one night here, and it was exactly what we needed. Me, my daughter and my grandson stayed. The host was great!!

Came to Nashville for the first time for an anniversary trip. The house was great and not far from anything! Quick uber to broadway or right in East Nashville for food and entertainment.

Great stay in Nashville

The property was listed as a tiny home but was much bigger than other tiny homes I stayed in. Location was wonderful and a dog park was within walking distance. The neighborhood felt very safe. The accommodations had everything I needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Responsive host and Sweet little place

The tiny house was a perfect size for our trip! The host responded quickly to all inquiries. The only small issue could be if you have a large vehicle. Parking is tight, but I would stay here again!
