The kitchen setup was very good. Plenty of supplies and fully stocked. The golf clubs, wagon to haul things in from the car was great and pickleball gear was a nice touch. All the light switches were labeled very nicely. The Keurig coffee maker did not work. I told one of the cleaning personnel and he said he would report it. I should have called the main #. When checking out, we loaded the dishwasher, started but couldn’t tell if was on. Hopefully it ran a full cycle. The 1/2 bath downstairs was locked. We thought it was a supply closet until we figured it out and I was able to unlock it on the 3rd day but not a big deal but our guests had to use the Master Bath or go upstairs until I unlocked with the tool on the pool key ring. There weren’t any instructions for the main tv. There were 3 remotes which made it very confusing. The fire pit upstairs was a huge bonus. The nice weather we had made it very nice to sit out there at night. With the exception of the few minor glitches above, it was a fabulous stay and would definitely recommend it and gladly come back. I was playing in the Huntsman Games and the home was conveniently located to all venues and other interesting sights. Thank you very much.

Weekend soccer tournament

We had two families stay here for a long week end soccer tournament. This property was a great location. 10-20 min from all of the different games (we had 3 different teams). The house fit us comfortably and was well stocked. Would start again!

Clean and Comfortable Condo

It was comfortable and had plenty of bathrooms. It was a bit close to a road which cars travel along. Not a huge problem just closer then we thought it would be. It was easy to find and close to Snow Canyon and a spa resort we visited. Used the jacuzzi once which was nice after hiking and we also liked how it was decorated.

Relaxing

I thought everything was nice. The location was peaceful, and easy to find. I liked the rooms/bathrooms and how really stocked the kitchen was with appliances, etc. My only complaint was having issues with the internet, and no lights on at the clubhouse for night swimming.

The kitchen has everything that you need. Text messages kept us informed about trash removal and checkout. The only complaint on this unit was the internet connection was spotty and slow at times. Love the Ledges

Property was great but needs a few things added. Hot pads (none) more reliable internet and the coffee Keruig was broken and the upstairs shower liner needs to be replaced. Great location and worked really well for my family.

Rad Family Stay

Great place with plenty of room to get together with our older and younger kids and spouses. The townhouse was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals from pancake griddle to an Instapot and BBQ with natural gas. Location was great- close to grocery, movies, outdoor hiking and the pool wasn’t too far. Upstairs patio with fire pit was great to hang out. We had fun playing games and cooling off from outdoor adventures. Beds were very comfortable as well- great nights rest. Would come back!

Lovely Retreat

We had a great stay while at The Ledges. This home was the perfect size for our family vacation. We loved how many bathrooms it had so everyone could get ready quickly. The location was great and we loved how beautiful it was. It’s close to hiking and biking trails too which was great for us. The condo is perfectly supplied, clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. The amenities were great and clean. Having a clean pool to play in makes a huge difference. The host was amazing and very kind.

Pylon tournament

We enjoyed this property very much, unfortunately we weren't at the property for alot of time since most of our time was at a football tournament. Wish we could of stayed longer!!
