Magnífico 4200 pies cuadrados 5 dormitorios Villa mediterránea situado en un cañón tranquila en Mission Hills. Esta casa tiene cercado del hierro a medida y varios balcones que rodean la casa, además de un patio al aire libre con una cascada y pozo de fuego. Capacidad para 14 personas, pero limitamos a los invitados a un total de 10 y no aceptamos grupos de amigos jóvenes en la ciudad para la fiesta. espectacular escalera conduce a la suite principal con vistas a la ciudad y una bañera de hidromasaje. Cada habitación cuenta con colchón de espuma y un total de 2 camas King y 5 Queen. Hemos hecho excepciones para grupos más grandes que 10, pero tenemos que examinar a los grupos cuidadosamente ya que se encuentra en un cañón muy tranquilo.

60th High School Reunion

My four life-long friends and I gathered to celebrate 60 years since graduating from high school. We are senior women, mostly grandmas, who loved the spaciousness of the home, the privacy of individual bedrooms and bathrooms, the well-appointed kitchen, and the sheer beauty of our surroundings. We played cards, laughed, nibbled, and sipped a bit of wine. Matthew, the manager of the home, was gracious and oriented us well to the features of the home. We had a superb experience! Thank you!

I only have great things to say about this house Sam Trevo and Matt are amazing. I've been using their service for a while. The house is very beautiful and very very clean! Their team is the most dedicated, hard working and responsive property manager I have ever worked with. They are great! Always in top of things, and very honest too. Truly care for their clients . I'm very satisfied and would definitely recommend them to my family and friends (I actually already have :)

Read the Fine Print...

This very pricey house turned out great for our family (9 of us) to attend our niece's wedding. This was the only VRBO listing we saw that had a non-refundable deposit (which i missed when making the reservation six months prior to event). The owner refused to provide the address saying that VRBO would provide a day or so before check in. The house rules sent in January were disconcerting including "...groups of people coming and going after 11PM...will be immediately escorted off the property without refund." Who gets home from a rehersal dinner or a wedding before 11PM? We were intimidated but followed the rules to keep their use of home as a rental a secret to the neighborhood, In the end, we respected the curfew imposed by the owner and had a lovely time reconnecting with our geographically disbursed sons/family. We will hesitate to use VRBO again. The property manager, Matthew and the actual house were terrific.

Intruder Alert!

At first glance, the property is beautiful and has an amazing interior w/ comfortable beds. Our poor experience stems from the fact that it seems like the locks never change and that anyone can walk in at any time. During our stay, a future guest entered the house saying he was told he could stay there for the night by the property manager. Upon contacting the manager he said this was not true but did not offer any other solution or compensation for this intruder. He was able to enter the house without our group letting him in meaning many people have access to this door whenever they are going to stay. It was an unfortunate occurrence that left a horrible impression of the property, the manager, and the owner on our group. Additionally, the backyard Ring camera faces directly into the house so if your group does not put down the shade the property manager will be able to see your group through your stay. The property manager has control of the AC and most of the house's systems remotely and does change settings that you set for your group. To the owner's credit, he originally charged our group for a shade that had fallen due to faulty adhesive but upon hearing the story he refunded that sum. In addition, upon contacting VRBO they did little to help and our group was contacted by an employee of VRBO who asked for our group to compensate him so he would help us. Overall this VRBO experience was incredibly jarring and we wouldn't likely use them again let alone stay at this property.

Exceptional stay

This is an immaculate well maintained property. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The master suite was the highlight. I was there with group of students and colleagues for conference. This place is good for business trip but would have enjoyed more with Family. Only thing we would have appreciated is few basic cooking ingredients (salt, pepper, oil ...etc) stocked in kitchen.

Same property was just as advertised. Perfect size for our party. House is perfectly located right by the best parts of downtown San Diego and the airport. Sam and his team were wonderful with communications even when I wasn’t!! Thank you being accommodating to me.

A beautiful property

This is a beautiful home. Even the multiple uber drivers who dropped us were in awe. Inside and out. It is also in a great, quite neighborhood but still in good proximity to the airport and downtown. It was spacious and well fitted with all that we needed. We will definitely stay again.

Beautiful Mansion in a Very Private Neighborhood

The property was maintained really well, the person in charge of cleaning was there at 11am right when we vacated to start his tasks for the next occupants. He was very respectful when we exited and he did his job very well when we first checked in. The check-in process was as simple as it gets, Sam is really on top of correspondence, he emailed us a number of important things regarding our stay, and it streamlined the process for us. The neighborhood is perfected located, everything was within a 10-15 min car ride away. It was exceedingly convenient. Lastly, the accuracy of the listing was spot-on. He states he does not condone excessive noise, which was fine with us, as we want to do our part to preserve the neighborhood. The house also has soundproof windows.

Luxurious home and quiet neighborhood

Our group plays golf and travels. This is one of the best places we have stayed. I strongly recommend for real family oriented, mature people to relax and enjoy this home. Well kept, luxuriously furnished. The management team, Sam and Matthew is super accommodating, professional and well communicating. All and all, one of the best experiences we had.

The home is dramatic, exquisitely designed, and in a safe and comfortable upscale neighborhood. Within a 5 mile radius, you can attend about 90% of all the famous attractions that San Diego is known for! There are three floors of space, stunning canyon patio/back yard with grill, and wonderful patios throughout the home that are perfect for stepping out and watching the Parrots, observing the Monarch Butterfly Garden, or enjoying a glass of wine with a view.
