Se encuentra en el final de 19a Century. construida Gründerzeithaus en el borde del antiguo barrio de clase trabajadora Gostenhof, a sólo un minuto del metro. Menor tiempo de viaje, la conexión directa con la estación principal de tren y el recinto ferial, la transferencia 1x al aeropuerto. Gostenhof es un barrio animado, dominado por los bares de moda, jardines de cerveza ocultos, elegantes restaurantes, alimentos de todo (y mujeres) países, tiendas, galerías de basura. Un toque de Kreuzberg.

En 2018, se instalaron ventanas insonorizadas con peldaños y un nuevo baño con ducha a ras de piso y calefacción por suelo radiante. Tiene dos dormitorios, cuyas camas se pueden usar individualmente o como doble. Práctico si usted viaja con compañeros de trabajo. En la sala de estar es posible una cama supletoria en un sofá cama (doble).
También en la sala de estar de una nueva zona de cocina totalmente equipada con vitrocerámica, horno, lavavajillas y combinación nevera / congelador. Smart TV 108 cm, DVD, kl. El sistema de música, pero también los libros y juegos están ahí por supuesto. Ideal para familias o grupos pequeños.

Por cierto: Usted paga bastante convencional mediante transferencia bancaria desde su cuenta bancaria a nuestra cuenta de ahorros. 50 € de fianza, el resto 6 semanas antes de la llegada. Justa y precisa. Por 21 años.

Great appartment and amazing location !

Great, clean, functional appartment and friendly owners. The appartment itself is very comfortable, well furnished and even stays cool during warmer days. The location is absolutely amazing with a metro station about 20 steps away, an S-Bahn at a few minutes walk. There are great shops nearby and the altstadt is about 20 minutes away on foot. We very much enjoyed our stay and wholeheartedly recommend for a visit to Nuremberg.

It is a wonderful property, very cozy and it is so very close to the subway and only 3 stops to the hauptbahnhof! I was able to get up and get going to every destination that I wanted to see! I highly recommend Wohnmarie as you your base to see all of southern Germany!

Nuremberg visit

Spacious apartment at ground level, close to u-Bahn. Grocery store one block away, a couple of restaurants close at hand. Hosts were great at communicating, apt. access was easy. Could use English instructions for the washer/dryer and the dishwasher. All in all an excellent apartment.

Wunderbar!

I stayed in this apartment in Nürnberg for 30 days. I found everything about the apartment to be great--quiet, comfortable, good kitchen and cooking items, larger than average shower, and a washer/dryer. For me (without an automobile) the location was great. It is close to two groceries, pharmacy, small Müller, and several dining options as well as a U-bahn station within a 1-2 minute walk. Additionally, on days when the weather is suitable, you can walk to the Altstadt within 15-20 minutes. A large grocery is about 10 minutes away. All in all this was a wonderful place to stay.

Relax, Unwind and Peaceful

My friend and I were here to see my son and my first grandson and to take in the sites. The apartment was very clean, and the area was wonderful, the park down the street is a wonderful place to sit and read or just relax. I was thankful that the grocery stores were in walking distant only a 3–4-minute walk. I would definitely stay here again. The beds in both bedrooms were so comfortable we both had great night's sleep. The area was very quiet at night it made it easier to relax. I plan to come back to again next year. I will definitely keep this place in my favorites. Especially with the cafes in walking distant as well as access to the train. We enjoyed our stay; I highly recommend staying here. Thank you! Good place to stay

Our family (2 kids) traveled to Germany and stayed at this apartment for three weeks while visiting family. The best part about the apartment was its location. It is about a 5 minute walk from a grocery store and a 2 minute walk from the subway, which will get you to the center of town in 2 or 3 stops. The apartment is quiet and clean. The beds are comfortable. The bathroom was functional with plenty of hot water. The kitchen is small if you're planning to do a lot of cooking, but worked great for a few family dinners. The TV has Netflix, which was nice after a long day. The couch was... not super comfortable, but it served its purpose. We never actually met the owners, but our online communication prior to coming was polite and helpful. We were on a day trip when they did try to visit. Arrival went flawlessly with lockbox and instructions. Everything contactless. Would definitely recommend.

A Welcoming home in Nuremberg

Clean, comfortable, with all of the appliances and utensils you might need. A quiet location but only 15 minutes walk into the old city. For us it was convenient to where our daughter lives. We enjoyed our stay there and will likely book again on our next visit.

Norimberga e Baviera

Ottima la base per visitare Norimberga ma anche Bamberga Bayereuth Ratisbona e la regione. L’appartamento è arredato con buon gusto ma soprattutto è attrezzato in modo completo e funzionale. La metropolitana è vicinissima e anche i parcheggi sono vicini e gratuiti. Siamo stati molto bene.

Convenient location

Although the “Wohnmarie” is in an older building in an older neighborhood, there is an U-Bahn station very close and within eyesight of the front door to the building. We were able to do our grocery shopping or go into the center of the old town within minutes. This apartment is ideal for a longer stay since it offers most of the amenities that one would have at home. It is also on the ground floor, so there are no stairs to climb. In addition, the bathroom has a walk-in shower and a washer/dryer combo.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit idealer öffentlicher Verkehrsanbindung, wobei die Altstadt auch fußläufig schnell erreichbar ist. Gut ausgestattete Küche, einige Spiele, verschiedenste Bücher, Smart-TV und WLAN. Anbieter reagiert zügig auf Anfragen. Für Nürnberg-Besucher sehr zu empfehlen.

Schöne Wohnung in Nürnberg

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben. Bei offenen Fenster waren die Geräusche der Straße deutlich zu hören, was aber im Vorfeld bekannt war. Die Anbindung am öffentlichen Verkehr ist hervorragend.

Perfect little home for my stay

I stayed at wohnmarie for 1 week. It is well equipped, comfortable and homely with excellent access to all parts of town by the metro. The bathroom has recently been refurbished with some nice fittings, Wifi and TV facilities were excellent. I didn't use the kitchen much but I did notice it was very well equipped also. The heating system was also excellent and kept me warm and dry during a very cold trip!

Schön und praktisch eingerichtete Wohnung. Nette Vermieter und unkomplizierte Nachbarn.

Wir waren mehrere Wochen in der „Wohnmarie“ zu zweit zu Gast und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und die Schlüsselübergabe haben gut geklappt. Das Wohnzimmer mit Küche ist nett und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das größere Schlafzimmer hat noch Platz für einen Kleiderschrank, ein Regal und ein kleines Schreibpult, das kleinere Schlafzimmer ist sehr klein. Die Betten und Matratzen sind gut, die Bettdecken und Kissen synthetisch. Das große Badezimmer hat Dusche und moderner Waschmaschine. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Verkehrsanbindungen sind gut, kostenlose Parkplätze in der Umgebung leicht zu finden. Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss, was sie im Winter etwas fußkalt macht und das Lüften nachts oder in Abwesenheit verunmöglicht (Lärm, Einsicht, Einbruchsgefahr). Das WLAN funktionierte einwandfrei, der Fernsehempfang jedoch nur mit Störungen. Die „Wohnmarie“ ist zu empfehlen.

Tolle Unterkunft, die keine Wünsche offen lässt

Das Wochenende, das wir zusammen in Nürnberg verbracht haben, war ein voller Erfolg, v.a. wegen der tollen Unterkunft. Alles perfekt organisiert und mit intensiver und persönlicher Betreuung durch die Vermieter! Wer sich in Gestenhof rundum wohl fühlen möchte, ist hier genau richtig!

Sehr gute Ausstattung, und perfekte Verkehrsanbindung

Die U-Bahn Station ist in Sichtweite und der 10.Stop ist das Messegelände, gefahren wird im 3 Minuten Takt. Auch die Autobahn ist schnell zu erreichen. Restaurants, meistens mit Biergarten, in Laufweite. Der nächste Supermarkt ist direkt um die Ecke. Dank der neuen Fenster ist es in der Wohnung wirklich ruhig und ich habe wunderbar geschlafen. Beim Heimkommen drang dezentes Klavierspiel durch das Treppenhaus, ein schönes Willkommen. Eine Sitzgelegenheit vor der Haustür wäre schön, für eine Zigarrette und eine Tasse Kaffee. Netter Kontakt zu den Vermietern, problemloses Check-in. Ich mag die Tapete im Flur :-)

Schöne und gemütliche Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist wirklich gemütlich und bietet alles was man benötigt. In der Nähe befinden sich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und auch das Parken auf öffentlichen Flächen hat bei uns gut funktioniert. Durch die nahegelegene U-Bahn Station ist man schnell im Stadtzentrum. Was wir allerdings unterschätzt haben, ist die Lautstärke in der Innenstadt, denn durch die hohen Temperaturen mussten wir mit offenen Fenstern schlafen. Sobald man die Fenster geschlossen hatte, war der Lärmpegel aber völlig in Ordnung.

- gut mit U-Bahn und zu Fuß erreichbar (Auto nicht notwendig) - Wohnung top - nachts kann es etwas laut sein auf der Straße, stört etwas wenn das Fenster auf ist. Dafür wohnt man City-nah - tolles Bad

Perfetta per muoversi

Ottima posizione per visitare la città, come si esce di casa c'è la metro che porta sia al centro che alla stazione dei treni per eventuali escursioni. La casa è confortevole, non abbiamo avuto contatti con i proprietari perché avevo già tutte le istruzioni per dove era la casa e per entrare. La cucina è ben attrezzata anche se noi sinceramente non l'abbiamo usata dato che eravamo sempre in giro. Letti comodi , bagno con grande doccia , e casa calda che faceva piacere dato le temperature esterne gelide. La trovo una ottima soluzione per visitare norimberga e dintorni
