Excelente ubicación a sólo 2 cuadras de la playa y el muelle. Frente a las instalaciones del parque y de entretenimiento, a una cuadra de restaurantes, tiendas de tiendas de abarrotes y farmacias. Extremadamente seguro. Totalmente remodelado electrodomésticos y ropa de cama de marca nueva, el centro de A / C. Condominio de 2 pisos con sala de estar y baño en el primer piso con un sofá cama, un pequeño balcón. Enorme dormitorio en el segundo piso, amplio walking closet, una cama de matrimonio y 1 sofá-cama (2 personas). Unidad ubicada en el segundo piso. Instalaciones de lavandería en el mismo piso fuera de la unidad. Aparcamiento para un coche. Disfrute de la proximidad a una comunidad hermosa y animada en la comodidad de un lugar agradable y tranquilo.

Apartment Living 4 Blocks From The Beach

To get through the process using this agency for the first time was quite simple enough, follow the instructions and alls good. The place was definitely clean and accommodating like living in your own apartment. We didn’t use the sheets on the bed as we brought our own, took them off as soon as we got there and made the bed with them when we were leaving. Only used and left one face towel from the half bath downstairs as we brought our own and swept up and did the dishes as we do at home, so how we found the place was how we left it. Just keep in mind that one set of stairs takes you to the second floor and there’s another set that takes you to the bedroom and master bathroom upstairs in the apartment. Walked to the beach easily every day, not a problem especially empty handed, but carrying a beach bag and a chair will just add a little extra to the short trip. And that’s about it, nice accommodation, you shouldn’t be disappointed! Thanks to our host for your communication and hospitality! Until next time!

Lovely location

Great location and very quiet. My suggestions are to upgrade the coffee maker to a Keurig or similar. The coffee maker had a filter with old coffee grounds in it and they had molded. Also, if you’re requiring your guests to launder the linens, that you at least provide detergent. I had to purchase a whole package of detergent for one load of laundry. I would definitely stay again with these two changes.

Excellent Location

This two story condo was perfect for our stay in Lauderdale By the Sea. A short 5 minute walk to the beach made going multiple times per day easy. Beach chairs and umbrella were provided at the property. All the restaurants and bars at the hub of LBTS are within 5 minutes walk as well. Recommend 101 Ocean, Aruba and Blue Moon Fish Co. Honestly no need to rent a car unless you plan on traveling the coast. Publix was a 3 minute walk for any necessities. The condo was spacious with kitchen, living area, two bathrooms and two beds in one bedroom. Kitchen appeared fully stocked but honestly we just used coffee maker, cups, bowls and plates. TV channels were lacking but we weren't there to watch TV anyway. Communication with host was quick and easy, and at this price point would definitely stay here again.

Great Location

Great location with short walk to beach, restaurants, food shopping and coffee shops. Unit furnished with simple amenities but everything that is needed. Third year at this location and already booked for next year.

Location was great!

Location was great! Walkable to beach and town square. Only downside...condo was very basic and had the bare minimum (i.e. utensils). No welcome book or local recommendations. There was a tv in the living room, with only a handful of working channels. No guide to know which ones worked.

In the bedroom on the other side of the wall, people fighting till 3 o’clock in the morning, hitting up against the wall, which is the headboard to where we was kept us up all night, and when we got there for two nights, the TV didn’t work upstairs in the bedroom But had great communications with the owner of the place we stayed in or the room we rented from him

wonderful vacation

Other than minor discomforts, upstairs TV didn't work and found living area furniture uncomfortable our stay was wonderful. Most of the activities we enjoyed ( shopping, dining, beach ) were all within a 1/2 mile walk. Great, safe area, will probably return. Thank-you.

Over all pretty nice, cheap but good value, tried calling with questions but voicemail was full, texting didn’t work either, upstairs TV never worked, I’m a super host on several other properties was not told about we have to clean and fold sheets and linens until we arrive with welcome letter. This is a nice place but needs suggestions on marketing. No welcome book on why walk, (free shuttle) and many other suggestions. Remember this is well worth staying at but could use fine tuning we would go back now that we know the ins and out. Lamps could be added in living room. Great area with many excellent venues, did have 12” of rain and tornado’s warning while here. Major complaint, empty mailbox and use text. Please visit here.

Great Stay!

Location could not be better. Walk to beach, restaurants, shopping. Ideal location for children as well with park and basketball courts across the street. The Host Ivan is accessible and responsive to any issue or need that may arise. This is my second year at this location and already booked and looking forward to next year.

Best Location, no car needed ,very safe area

Great location…you can literally walk to beach, shops, grocery store, night life, live bands, restaurants,. Felt very safe at night walking to venues. Our stay was very roomy and comfortable, clean, comfy bed, and very quiet. Everything we needed was there, Even beach chairs and umbrella. ! Nice farmers market every Sunday morning and the bakery is outstanding. Host responded quickly to our concerns And very nice. This was our second stay at this property and will return.

Great condo for a beach vacation

Easy check-in and out procedures.Condo is in a great location- just a short walk to the beach - without the on-the-beach costs. If there was a buggy it would be helpful for carrying the beach chairs, umbrella, etc. The space is quite large and having the bedroom upstairs was great for keeping our stuff out of the way when we had visitors. Kitchen appliances all worked well. All basic items were provided such as soap, toilet paper, detergent, etc. so we didn’t need to run out to get these things which was good. The host , Ivan, was very quick to respond when I contacted him with questions.

Simple Property - good location if you're headed to the beach

This property was great for getting to and from the beach and many shops and restaurants. Ivan was very responsive leading up to and throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the property was lacking basic items such as shampoo, body wash, tissues, etc. The coffee pot and other kitchen items were not clean so we skipped using them. Overall, very basic and close to the beach.

Great Location

I think this place was great for the price and location! Simple but had everything we needed. Quiet and very comfortable beds. We could quickly and easily walk to restaurants, stores, and the beach! One thing I noticed though, was that the place smelled damp when we arrived and continued through our stay. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Amazing location

We walked to the beach and restaurants. If you’re looking for a fancy place to hang out, this is not your place. However, it had everything we needed. There were beach chairs and towels and everything is walkable.

Great location,

Our accommodations were spacious, large closet, one full large bath, and a half bath ! Condo on second level, and once inside , the bedroom is on second floor , comfortable bed, private parking space, safe neighborhood across from small park. Furnishings dated but adequate, musty odor in hallway of building, but, not detected inside our condo , air conditioner noisy, but we, got used to it and slept pretty well. Excellent location...8 min walk to beautiful beach, easy short walk to fun restaurants with live entertainment, some shops. Grocery, pharmacy, nearby. Wonderful small farmers market every Sunday from 9am till 2...... This area has nice mix of people of all ages which we liked. Police presence made us feel very safe in eve.......no problems at all. Great value for the price !

Lovely, quiet duplex in perfect LBTS location!

Spacious, clean and comfortable duplex with great central AC, fully-stocked kitchen, comfy bed, nice living/dining and bathrooms, huge bonus walk-in closet in wonderful location. Quiet and well cared-for building steps from beautiful beach, great eats and shopping. Excellent communication with owner; clear instructions. Can't wait to return!
