Cuenta con una bañera de hidromasaje en la habitación de retiro principal, colchón de calidad para una buena noche de sueño, televisores en todas las habitaciones, una amplia cocina con nevera con máquina de hielo.

Al aire libre, Alfresco tiene una gran barbacoa, mira hacia el muelle de la piscina y las aguas del canal. La piscina tiene una sombrilla muy grande y 6 tumbonas para relajarse. Toda esta área está completamente cercada. Desde el canal y la carretera.

Great house for a family - or two!

We had a great stay at 5 Kestrel. The sofa bed in the theatre was only a double and terribly uncomfortable - like seriously you cannot sleep on it. We ended up finding another foam mattress in the garage and put that on the floor instead. But otherwise the property was just as pictured and was great for us. Nice big kitchen, and spacious outdoor area, and a private pool to boot! We had some electrical issues which required an electrician to come and spend a whole day to fix and was a bit of a nuisance. Overall, would recommend and would stay again but wouldn't plan to use the theatre room as a bed.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were happy to pay the high rent but there as no value for money at all. Very disappointing and definitely overpriced. The house was grubby, tired and in need of maintenance. Hair in the showers. Sand in a bed and stained sheets on another. Clearly not changed for our arrival. The pillows were cheap and nasty. The toilets were stained. The fly screen doors were ineffective and didn’t close properly. Toilet 3, near the media room, supposedly bedroom 5, had a drain problem and smelled. No wifi, therefore smart tvs were useless. No hdmi cables to connect the DVD players. No vacuum so there were hair balls under the furniture. Cockroaches.

Reviewer Comments: The was located perfectly for our stay however,The pool was extremely dirty and very unhygienic with loads of sand and bugs from the bottom to the surface of the pool, seemed it had not been cleaned in over a 2 week period which made it uncomfortable to swim in. The dishwasher did not clean simple dishes even after a rinse the air-conditioning was leaking up stairs and dripping on the floor the TVs in all rooms had only 2 channels that where operational. Also 2 people had a very bad slip on the polished aggregate around the outdoor area when existing the pool.the fridge ice machine is broken also a friend fell back on an outdoor chair due to it being broken which could have caused significant injuries .all in all I would rate this property 3/5 thanks

Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed our stay at 5 Kestrel but the house was missing 2 air con remotes for the minor bedrooms there was no remote for the garage which was an inconvenience and the house had a few minor maintenance issues the house also needs pest spraying for the price of the property it was a bit disappointing.

Reviewer Comments: Our stay at kestrel place was fantastic just a couple of things for you to consider.The main tvs had trouble working sometimes and seemed to have a slow connection.cockroaches inside were particularly bad this year. we understand this does happen up in this area but noticed there were baits so thought perhaps its worth mentioning to you (maybe baits are old.)also there seemed to be a smell coming from the bathrooms and toilets. We have stayed in this house before and it was the case then. We thought it was just worth the mention as everything was absolutely clean it seems to be more of a drain issue. Please understand these are not complaints just things we thought you may like to be aware of.above all the house is well presented and clean and we have very much enjoyed both times we have stayed there. look forward to coming back next year.

A girls trip which went wrong

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: when the girls and I arrived to the location we were completely astounded by the beauty that not only captivated the house but the complete area. We had a look around and with a couple of concerns we contacted exmouth holiday homes. We were immediately confronted with hostility and rude employers, when we as the renters just wanted to inform the rental company of a broken light bulb, a couple of marks on the wall and no hot water. We called multiple times about the hot water and no solution was found, we simply asked for someone to come over and take a look but nobody responded to us. Then by wednesday morning we were all up for a beautiful morning with a day packed full of site seeing and events for everyone in the house, then the door was almost bashed down by an employee who resumed to yell at a couple of us storm through the house and exit abruptly without consideration to anyone within the house who were sleeping, or even conscious of the girls who faced her. I honestly thought nothing else could ruin our week until we were greeted by a rat in the kitchen when a couple of girls went to fetch a glass of water before bed. I’m honestly so upset with how the week turned out because it was meant to be a celebration for each of us as we closed the chapter on high school and we’re not going to spend much time together in the future.

Reviewer Comments: Let me start by saying that the house itself is amazing, location is excellent with breath taking views, but our dream holiday turned ugly very quickly on the back of some second rate management and a ***** of a home owner. with my parents accommodation being cancelled last minute we emailed/phoned and very specifically asked the management of this house if we could park a caravan at the front of the house, to which we were told, " yes there is space for a caravan and a boat out the front of the house". After checking in with little fuss, we were entertaining a few friends whom were staying in Exmouth at the same time at another property, when one of the children found a man standing in the entrance of the property. when asked who he was and what he wanted, the man, visibly under the influence of alcohol, claimed to be the owner of the property and that he took issue with the caravan being parked out the front of the house, he further explained that he had 2 warnings already for other airbnb properties and that he wouldnt be able to use the property as an airbnb if he received a third infringement. when we explained that we had asked and received permission from the property management, he then quite aggressively proceeded to threaten to kick us out of the property if we didnt comply. We managed to compromise that the caravan would be moved first thing in the morning. Now we have no issue in following the rules, but thinking we had done the right thing in seeking permission we thought it would be fine, but for the owner to turn up at night clearly under the influence of alcohol and to aggressively threaten to kick my family which includes multiple children out in the middle of the night, was distasteful beyond comprehension. other things that weren't satisfactory were; only one tea towel, no mop or cleaning utilities, dishwasher didnt work, no toilet paper. I myself wont be staying here again, nor would I recommend to others.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second time we have stayed in the property and unfortunately it has deteriorated over the last 4 years. Dishwasher didn't work and washing machine was questionable. Property looks as if maintenance is not the priority. All taps are in sub par condition. This is an amazing house in an amazing location that is in need of some love and attention. Quality of furnishings etc is great but maintenance is sub par. Considering the costs associated with the properties it is important that this area is covered continuously.Don't skimp on repairing the property as we love staying hereAs for the managing agent. We have requested a receipt for payment on 4 or 5 occasions prior to coming up to Exmouth and we still have not received one, nor have we received a return phone call. thanks

Reviewer Comments: This house was immaculate inside and out , overall layout of the property was great for big groups to stay comfortably .Heaps of parking for both cars boats or any other toys u bring along. Although a decent walk from the town centre this luxury , fairly private rental had it all, pool was always warm and the little fish were biting out on the personal boat dock !! All rooms and appliances inside were spotless and easy to find and the information provided by exmouth holidays was thourogh and useful to first timers in the area Overall amazing time had by all

Excellent Accommodation

This home has everything you need for a wonderful holiday. Well appointed to the town, all the mod cons and very spacious. The patio area is fantastic and really condusive to outdoor living. Would return in a heartbeat!!

Perfect spot. Big house, very comfy and we would stay here again. A little costly but if your sharing with another family then good value. Except who gets the massive main bedroom with the spa bath?
