Nice Unit

Nice unit, very comfortable - some oddities (kitchen utensils in living room cabinet), but overall just fine. Better check out the clothes dryer - tried drying some clothes and they were still wet after an hour. Ended up drying them on the patio (115°). Overall, it was just fine and we enjoyed our stay.

2nd time around

Enjoy the resort but not as good of experience this time. Tried to get early check in. Apparently they kept on checking with housekeeping to see if room ready. We did get in approx. 1 hour early. Room was musty smelling and didn’t seem like it had just been cleaned. Fingerprints all over dishwasher, visible crumbs on floor. Also ice maker didn’t work. They did bring bags of ice. WiFi terrible. Really like location, cleanliness of property and hot tub. May explore all my options for next year.

Great Family Resort

I recently stayed in a one bedroom junior sweet with my family of 4. I cannot say enough about how wonderful the resort was! The room we had included one bedroom, bathroom and a kitchen/ living room combo. The small deck was off the bedroom. Had I noticed it prior to booking, I would have chosen a larger room in order to get a larger deck area off the living room. My two children, ages 7 & 4 thoroughly enjoyed the pools, water slide and huge hot tub. We participated in a few of the resort crafts which were reasonably priced ($3-$5) and were able to play the yard games set up throughout the pool area. There is a food truck stationed permanently in the pool area with food and drinks. Everything was very clean and professional. The resort is situated next to neighborhood which made it easy to walk & ride scooters around. The location was great for us as we planned a few hikes which were only minutes from the condo as well as spring training. Overall it was a wonderful experience, we will be returning next year!

Beautiful resort but ….

The resort is beautiful. We love the pools and grounds. It has a great gym. Only critique is the maintenance of the property. It is not as good as it was. We were here 3 years ago and stayed in a brand new unit. We just stayed in the exact same unit snd there is black mold in the shower. That shouldn’t happen in 3 years if the proper cleaning is being done. Especially given the last 2 years with the covid pandemic, I would expect cleaning to have a higher standard. Before long, these units will have to be redone due to lack of care.

Very nice property. Liked that there were options for activities etc. The WiFi was our only negative experience. Would kick us out very frequently. Overall very relaxing and met a lot of nice people.

The property is very nice. When we arrived they said we were checking out on Feb 20, we informed them that our stay was until Feb 22. They told us that we had to change rooms in 2 days, then they said they could fix it. They put us in a handicap room. No dishwasher, no bathtub, bars around toilet and shower. The shower seat had someone else hair on it. Their rules are to put dirty dishes in dishwasher and start it before you leave. With no dishwasher, I washed dishes by hand. The washer smelled of mildew. It was a front load washer and dryer combo. I actually had to run it twice to get it to smell better. I then washed a load of my clothes. No instructions left to run the machine.

It was wonderful. The huge warm pool and hot tub. Loved the Food truck and bar.

Clean, attractive. Everything was easy to use in my unit. Love the street view on the first floor allowed me easy access for visitors. Unloaded my car right on to the patio. I had a front row seat for a surprise hot air balloon show. My unit was #3216. Hope to return next year.

Close to a lot of activity

Stayed with my husband and infant son during Christmas. The place was very busy but remained pretty quiet. Huge pool with water slide on property. The resort held a lot of activities which we would have partook if it wasn’t such a short visit. The suite was clean, modern and comfy. The only complaint I had was it was on the second floor and it sounded like there were elephants walking above us on the third floor, woke my son a few times in the night, but otherwise it was great. Great location to family who live off Happy Valley. Will be back!

Great resort

This is a beautiful resort, our kids had a great time on the water slide and we love the addition of the food trucks. Will come again. But just want to add that it would be good if they think about installing at least one handle to assist people getting in and out of the bathtub or shower.

Good stay

Property is extremely clean and outdoor areas are huge. Very quiet as well. Concierge offered our last two nights for free but did not return our calls when it came time to book. Not a huge deal, but did cause a slight delay in plans.

The rental was nice , resort was nice. Didn’t enjoy the shadiness of trying to stay an extra night from the sales team. Very sly in trying to get you to participate in their time share pitch… what’s a turn off that was.. otherwise great resort

Worst bed of all time

property awsome, loved layout of one bedroom. Bed was absolutely terrible. the side support on mattress was literally broken and your body would want to slide out. used couch by middle of night each night... reported to main desk.
