¡Casa familiar perfecta en Wild Dunes- Community Pool, y Minutes to the Beach!

Disfrute de las comodidades de clase mundial de Wild Dunes Resort desde esta casa ubicada en el céntrico vecindario de Pelican Bay. Al otro lado de la playa y a 100 yardas de la piscina, te encantará esta casa brillante y colorida.

Al entrar, los muebles luminosos y cómodos le dan la bienvenida a la encantadora sala de estar con mucho espacio para reunirse. El área de comedor se encuentra entre la sala de estar y la cocina, junto a las ventanas con vista a la laguna en el patio trasero para la luz del sol y la observación de aves. La mesa de comedor tiene capacidad para 8 personas y está abierta a las áreas principales de la casa. ��Incluso hay un porche de pantalla para que disfrutes! La cocina totalmente equipada está justo al lado del comedor, completa con electrodomésticos renovados y nuevas encimeras. También hay un tocador fuera de la sala de estar para mayor comodidad.

Al lado de la puerta principal se encuentra uno de los dormitorios principales con baño privado. Esto tiene una cama queen size, domina el frente de la casa.

Las habitaciones adicionales están arriba. El maestro tiene una cama queen con su propia terraza privada con vistas a la gran laguna. Tiene un baño completo, que incluye ducha y bañera separada. Las dos habitaciones de arriba restantes tendrán una cama queen y una habitación con dos gemelos. Estas habitaciones compartirán un baño estilo jack-n-jill.

Convenient location and nice property

Property was clean, well stocked, great location! We were disappointed to see the very nice owners golf cart and thought this was our rental. Were later disappointed with the actual golf cart we received. The owners gc takes up half of the covered parking. Otherwise this was a great and wonderful property

Awesome Thanksgiving!

Really enjoyed The Family Spot in Wild Dunes. it was a great location and the house appeared to have some recent updates like the bathrooms and carpet. The screen porch and deck seating were a plus to enjoy the nice weather.

Isle of Palm

The property is nice ... and has the potential to be great. The interior is tired and needs an update. I will note that that some type of updating appears to be on the horizon since there were two new vanities in boxes in the parking area under the house. The location is marvelous; the check-in seamless. A few too many "rules" that are in your face but not too onerous. The cookware was limited for our purposes; depends how much you like to cook. The showers in the the two upstairs bathrooms work with good pressure but the shower stalls are a bit rickety. One couple had to clean out the drain after the wife took her first shower because it was clogged. The laundry room had cleaning tools ... brooms, vacuum, etc ... simply tossed in. It did not look good. With updating and freshening and a little more attention to detail, this home would be a gem.

Nice area and clean accomodations

Convenient location and very clean. House has everything you need for a week long stay. Local property owners don't necessarily care for all the renters, but they seem to get along ok. The pool was nice and the walk to the beach wasn't bad at all. The beach itself is beautiful and not very crowded. Don't park at the beach house across the street as it is for owners only and they are quick to tell you about it. Overall a great week, beautiful house and a nice island.

Nice place but minimal kitchen supplies

The property overall was clean. The owner needs to purchase pots, pans, silverware, plastic storage containers and bowls. The cabinets had minimal items for use. At the price of the property, you would expect TVs in each of the bedrooms. There were only two rooms with very small tvs. The carpet is well worn. The layout and space overall was nice and the proximity to the beach was great.

Family Beach Trip

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was just right for 8 people (6 adults and 2 children). The house is very close to the pool and the beach. The linens and towels were very nice. All of the beds were comfortable. The screened in porch was wonderful. Very relaxing. We saw the alligator and turtles everyday from the deck. The kitchen supplies and cookware could use updating along with the carpet, but overall the furnishings were in good shape. We would definitely stay again.

Pelican Bay

This was a perfect house for our family-2 grandparents (downstairs room & private bath), a room with twin beds for the 4&5 year olds, an adjoining bathroom connecting to their parents’ room, & a 3rd upstairs master suite for parents & a baby. The beach was a 7 minute walk with a great pool between. We loved the nicely decorated & comfy house - especially the screened porch & patio overlooking a pond with 2 fountains. We hope we can stay there again.

Nice quiet corner

We enjoyed our stay at the property. Plenty of seating both inside and on the deck/patio. Home was very clean and the management provided lots of information up front about what would be provided and what you should bring for the house. You must rent a car or golf cart if you want to get around or to go into Charleston because Uber/Lyft will be really really hard to get on the island. We had to schedule a taxi a day in advance to go anywhere. A negative was that the outdoor trash cans were full from the previous guests when we arrived so we were unable to put our trash into the bins as instructed upon checkout.

Beautiful home in Wild Dunes

We had a really awesome stay at this home. The beds are truly the most comfortable and most hotel like quality you will find in a vacation rental. The house has everything you need including a surprise alligator in the pond behind the house. Don’t worry he/she is pretty much the laziest alligator alive and barely moves. The house itself is very comfortable and clean. The only downsides were the pots and pans were in pretty bad shape and there was no wooden spoon so it was tough to cook things like tomato sauce. There were absolutely no spices except salt so make sure you have everything you need to cook anything. The TV has Fios but we had to plug in my computer to stream a movie since there was no DVD player. So make sure you bring something with an HDMI hookup if you plan on staying in one night. Highly recommend the home and spot, it was only a one block walk to the beach and a beautiful beach house provided a nice view when the days were too windy to sit on the beach itself. Lovely place!

Family Vacation

A wonderful week at this lovely home in the Pelican Bay Area of Wild Dunes. Our family enjoyed the short walk to the ocean each day and relaxing on the porch which looked over the lagoon! The grandchildren loved watching the wildlife! Perfect for a family vacation! The Price Family

Wonderful vacation home!

Great family house!!! My husband and I had 4 kids staying there with us. House was in a very quaint little neighborhood with our very own 6 foot gator right outside. This was very entertaining to the kids! A quick walk to the beach. I recommend renting a golf cart and chairs because this house didn't have the typical beach house amenities such as towels, chairs, umbrella. The re tal company should have provided more trash bags and laundry detergent. Sheets and pillows (!) were not comfortable but the house was clean, spacious and had a lovely screened in porch. Great view of the pond! I would go back with my own sheets/pillows next time. I would also suggest having the powder room toilet serviced. Would definitely recommend this house!

Girls Weekend

We enjoyed our stay at your home. Plenty of beds and room for 5 of us. Nice location and walking distance to the beach. Wild Dunes is perfect for bike riding (we rented bikes for the day) and we played tennis. Great getaway for friends!
