In the future, it might be a good idea to let the host know so that if you’re missing anything we can bring it to you immediately without communicating it is very hard to help you. First the positive with you Steve you were seemingly very nice, respectful, and clean. You’re conclusion of 10 year old picturess is impossible because we’ve only owned the house since 2016 And if your reasoning is due to the one sliver of hedge that has died due to a recent plumbing repair out of the over 2000 hedges that line the entire property then you’re sorely mistaken. You actually live in the area and know that most of West Palm Beach east of I-95 is heavily trafficked due to the access to the beach and the downtown area and it is not the quiet serene mountaintop that you apparently needed to be in to enjoy your quiet conversations that you claimed to have trouble having “at times”. with the additional guess that you snuck in to stay at our house against our policy that I never said anything to you about! Yes there is a handrail that needs to be fixed at the front but there are only two steps at the front porch and there is a post that someone can lean on if it’s that bad. But the funny thing is I have videos of everyone that entered the exit through the front door and not one of those videos showed anyone having problems coming into the property as you claim. The house is an older beach style bungalow home that has a brand new AC system installed and cools the house just fine. There has never been a complaint about the cooling of the house just as there has never been complaints about insects as you claim that you were battling throughout the home. The house was completely and thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival I was there to make sure of it so your claim about the bathtub is a complete and utter lie. If the toilet is loose why didn’t you tell me? My question is if anything was such an issue why did you not reach out to me in order to help provide you with any relief to any of this. You just stayed there quietly and snuck your guests in and had a good time all weekend long and then decided to complain when your party was over like a angry school child. You’ll be better served staying at the Ritz Carlton hotel for any future vacations. You are definitely not welcome back to our home!

I’m sorry that you ever came to stay at our home! You turned on the heating to the pool that you never paid for! When we asked to come into the house when you said the drain wasn’t working because your hair clogged the sink and we had to go into the closet to get what we needed to unclog the cono and get what we needed out of the closet you freaked out. So we sent a seperate plumber to make you happy. Your behavior when we reached out to you was very disturbing being that we are the owners of the property. Good luck staying somewhere else as we will never recommend you to stay at any place that rents their home to you in the future!
