Nuestro condominio frente al mar en Sea Watch Resort en Myrtle Beach, Carolina del Sur está disponible para alquilar. Es una versión mejorada frente al mar de un dormitorio de lujo que cuenta con una lavadora / secadora. Actualizado es la cocina, baño, y un nuevo piso de baldosas instalado.

Este dormitorio Deluxe Condo ofrece un dormitorio principal de la terraza, cocina grande con nuevos gabinetes de cerezo y encimera de granito. Además, para su comodidad una lavadora y secadora está en la unidad.

El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama king-size con un televisor de pantalla plana con balcón frente al mar.

COCINA: La cocina totalmente equipada (ollas / sartenes, cubiertos, utensilios, platos / cuencos y tazas, etc.) incluye un lavavajillas, nevera, microondas, cafetera, tostadora y una licuadora para sus bebidas tropicales congeladas!

Flotar en los ríos lentos, disfrutar de un baño en una de las siete grandes piscinas al aire libre, relajarse en una de las ocho jacuzzis climatizados o junto a la piscina simplemente descansar con el Tiki-Bar de espera para servir su bebida fría preferida.

La Torre Norte tiene un restaurante en el lugar (Cove del capitán), una tienda de helados (de capitán del escondrijo), una pizzería (Mar Pizzeria), y junto a la piscina Tiki Bar.

Puede comprar al contenido de su corazón en Tanger Outlet Mall dentro de una milla; visite Broadway at the Beach o Barefoot Landing o Market Commons o simplemente alójese en el Resort con sus numerosas comodidades y actividades diarias.

Después de haber abierto el apetito, puede dirigirse al restaurante del capitán Cove para una deliciosa comida mientras disfruta de la magnífica vista del Océano Atlántico. Además, se pueden visitar los muchos restaurantes de la zona a lo largo de restaurante fila en tan sólo unos minutos en coche.

This was one of the cleanest condos I have ever stayed at in Myrtle Beach it was spotless. It had a patio door at the bedroom and at the living room The washer dryer was a great asset we didn't have to take as many clothes. The host were terrific they were very friendly and knowledgeable. The garage had very tall ceilings My large truck with roof racks easily had plenty of clearance. The Sea watch resort was also very clean and up-to-date with all maintenance a lot of condo units at Myrtle Beach neglect their maintenance such as painting The doors and walls the lobby was very nice and clean the pool areas we're also clean and well kept. I can't say enough Good things about the condo and the resort I truly was impressed. This definitely will be my go-to place when I visit Myrtle Beach. The resort was close to a lot of restaurants

We had an amazing stay! The condo was spotless, and both the bed and couch were very comfortable. The kitchen was spacious and fully equipped with everything we needed. The ocean view and large balcony were absolutely stunning — we loved being able to enjoy the view from both the living room and bedroom.The resort’s location was perfect — close to shopping and restaurants, yet in a peaceful area of the beach. The amenities were excellent as well.We’ll definitely stay here again the next time we’re in the area!

100/10! Excellent communication from host leading up to and throughout the stay. The condo was spotless and had everything we needed (plus more). Fully stocked kitchen, puzzles, books, a fan (my favorite since I forgot to bring one), beach chairs, a bottle of wine and the most AMAZING view from the huge balcony. I can’t say enough good things about this condo! Will definitely be back.

Wonderful Area

We enjoyed our stay at Seawatch immensely. The area was conveniently located to everything we needed. The 7th floor was perfect. Pool areas were great! Tiki bar was convenient & fun. Can’t recommend it enough. We will be back!

Baseball team trip

My son and I stayed at this beautiful ocean front condo for a week as we were in town with his team for a baseball tournament. This condo is exactly as described and very clean! The kitchen is well equipped with anything needed to cook. Beach chairs and boogie board were provided! The balcony faces directly at the ocean and morning coffee was enjoyed there each morning!Dave and Lila were amazing hosts even greeting us upon arrival with our parking pass! I would highly recommend renting this condo and hope to stay again! We enjoyed all the amenities seawatch had to offer with amazing pools, tiki bar and grill, and multiple access to the beach. I would highly recommend this location to families in town for Ripken. The property is gated and in a safe area with only a short drive to broadway at the beach, barefoot landing, tanger outlets, many restaurants and miniature golf, and 20 min from Ripken. It was perfect for the entire team to stay and the boys enjoyed games on the beach, hot tubs, and swimming!

Wonderful Experience!!!!

I usually don’t spend time giving reviews on vacation stays. For this particular trip, I will share my experience. My family and I had a great trip to Myrtle Beach this year. One thing that made it so wonderful was this condo. If you are looking for a place to stay with beautiful views, this condo is the one. If I could give ten stars I would. Dave and Lila have done a great job! The Sea Watch resort is set up to give you a wonderful stay. Views from the condo are beautiful. My family and I will definitely be returning. Again, if you are looking for a wonderful place to stay at the Myrtle Beach, Sea Watch and this condo is the winning ticket.

Great Condo

My husband and I went for a short 4 day stay. The condo was perfect for us. So clean, many amenities ( beach chairs & beach towels so convenient) and nicely furnished. We had a relaxing time and would definitely stay here again.

Just what we needed

This property was exactly as described. Our hosts were attentive and provided quick responses to our communications. We really enjoyed the personal touch of meeting us in person during check-in. The view from the room was amazing and there were excellent restaurants within a short drive. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back soon.

4th of July Vacation

Our room was great. Dave and Lila were great. They went about and beyond to help us get settled in. The bed was so comfortable that my husband and I are thinking of buying one. The extra large tub/shower was nice because you didn’t feel stuffed in a small area. The layout with the bedroom and living room both having a balcony was perfect. It was the 4th of July so there was a lot of partying going on in the North Tower pool area but you could use any of the pools on the grounds. There were 2 TVs. Large kitchen, washer/dryer and it’s an end unit. NO ELEVATOR NOISE which was great. It’s on the 7th floor and your view is of the ocean not any pools. This condo is definitely a nice one. I would recommend highly!

Myrtle Beach Vacation

This was our second time vacationing at Sea Watch resort, and this property was great. The views were fantastic, everything was clean, the owners are nice and responsive, and having a washer/dryer is a definite bonus. So, if you are looking for a place like this near North Myrtle Beach at a great, fun resort, I would recommend this place based on our stay.

Vacation for first time in 5 years

I have been very ill theses last 4 years and I needed to get away!!! Once we got to the Condo and opened the door to hear the Ocean it was like Heaven!!! Just loved hearing it and settling on the balcony! We had a very nice time!!!

Awesome stay!

My husband and I are both educators, so the last day of school = a beach getaway! David & Lila were amazing hosts and their place was PERFECT for our time to relax and enjoy their beautiful condo, the beach, pools and other offerings of the area. Best part - the large balcony off the unit that overlooks the ocean. It was a great place for morning coffee, people watching, evening cocktails and just staring at the ocean. We highly recommend and plan to return for a stay next summer, if David & Lila will have us!

Great Vacation

This condo was ocean front and was super clean. The owners take great care of this unit. The bed was very comfortable, kitchen well appointed, living room couch and chairs were comfortable. The condo location was a plus on the 7th floor of Seawatch resort. I would strongly recommend this one bedroom unit.

Wonderfull vacation

This condo is wonderful! It has everything you need, the owners are taking care of every detail to make your stay comfortable. The condo is meticulously clean, bed is very comfortable, views from the huge balcony are amazing! Location is great. The beach is too crowded to our taste, but this is the only negative thing we could find. Thank you, Dave and Lila for our experience!

Perfect beach condo!

This condo was fantastic! David and Lila were very sweet and told us all about the area when we arrived. The view was the best we had ever seen 😍 The building was monitored at the front gate so we felt safe wherever we went on the property. Pools, Dj and easy beach access. We definitely plan to come back next year!

We brought the condo in 2015 and started upgrading right away.

OUR CONDO IS NOT YOUR TYPICAL ONE BEDROOM AT SEAWATCH (see pics). This one bedroom include a huge kitchen and a washer and dryer. Also, the bedroom is upfront and right on the beach. You will heard the ocean waves at night and see the sunrise in the morning.

This condo has a 21 foot Ocean Front Balcony right off the Living Room and Master Bedroom. Now is upgraded and has all the amenities you will need for your vacation.

This upgraded Deluxe North Tower Condo is the only One Bedroom that offers a washer and dryer. And your bedroom is right off the balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean.
