LA CASA DE CIUDAD

La residencia de 2 dormitorios tiene una superficie total de aproximadamente 70 metros cuadrados. (750

Se compone de dos dormitorios (el dormitorio principal con una cama doble y el segundo dormitorio con dos camas individuales) y un baño en el primer piso. La planta baja consta de una sala de estar con chimenea, cocina y mesa de comedor y un aseo para invitados.

En la planta baja, la terraza ofrece vistas a la piscina y al mar, mientras que en la parte trasera, la residencia cuenta con un pequeño jardín privado con barbacoa.

La residencia ha sido completamente renovado en 2013 y constituye una solución ideal para dos parejas que deseen disfrutar de los beneficios de vivir al lado de toda la acción de la ciudad de Mykonos, pero disfrutando de un ambiente extremo superior privada, tranquila y con las escasas comodidades de aparcamiento y de una piscina comunitaria en la ciudad.

Great location

This property is located very close to the village, which makes it easy to enjoy all the shops and restaurants. We also liked the boho vibes of the house though it was smaller than I thought, which is not the owners fault, I just think the photos make it look larger. Cleanliness: overall it was clean, but the upstairs shower is filled with mold and mildew, which completely grosses me out. Also, my sheets (master bedroom) had some stains on them. Arrival: it was so confusing to find the house and the video sent was not the same door, it was actually a video of the house three doors down. I told the own it was not the correct house in the video and he said it was — I even sent side-by-side screenshots and he double-down. (A bit odd since I sent a photo showing it was not the same door). Upon our arrival, we were looking and looking and looking, and finally I called because we were so confused, and the owner sent someone to help us, but it was not a pleasant arrival experience especially lugging our suitcases up and down the rocky hill.

Great villa!!

Definitely recommend staying here to anyone! The villa is really nice, clean and with everything you need. It's in a great location only a short walk down some stairs to the town which has everything, shops, restaurants, bars. Dimitri the villa owner was great, replied almost instantly on WhatsApp and was more than willing to help and answer any questions. Gave loads of great recommendations.

Rave Review of our Villa Stay in Mykonos

Our stay at the villa in Mykonos was nothing short of amazing! Located in a prime spot, the villa is walkable to the charming town of Mykonos, including the beautiful waterfront, the picturesque Little Venice, and an array of shops, restaurants, and nightclubs. The convenience of being able to explore all the town has to offer on foot, yet having a private retreat to return to, made our vacation truly special. The villa itself is incredibly cozy and inviting, providing a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. One of the highlights of our stay was the patio by the pool, offering an incredible view of the sunset. Watching the sun dip below the horizon while lounging by the pool was a magical experience. During our trip, we discovered M-eating, our favorite restaurant, which is an absolute must-visit. Another unforgettable experience was chartering a catamaran through Mykonos Sailing. It was the perfect way to explore the stunning coastline and enjoy a day out on the water. The memories we will cherish forever.

Perla villa was perfectly located on town and had its own parking. dimitry our host was awesome and always available to help. The villa was clean and spacious and very reasonably priced. Would definately come again and highly recommend!!

Great location

Overall a great stay in Mykonos. The location is a just a few minutes & about 20 steep steps from restaurants & shopping. We stayed in 3 different locations during our stay in Greece, all other locations the host met us at the house to show us around & answer questions…this host did not. If I have one area of opportunity it would be for the host to meet us at the house - we were quite confused on directions to get to the restaurants/shops and this could have helped - at the very least a map could have been left to help orient us.

Great house

The house is great, and Dimitri is very efficient and responsive. House design is great, with 2 nice bedrooms, and great decoration. Pool was always free, and quiet. Location is great, great sunset view from the pool, 3 min walk from Mykonos down-town. Only caveat is that it can be auite noisy at night with scooters and quad parking in the street. But this is expected when you stay in Mykonos in Summer ;-)

Perfect Mykonos Retreat

This home was everything my family needed for the perfect visit to Mykonos. Steps away from Mykonos town, you are in the heart of it all. The property has views from all windows and you can sit on the patio and watch the sun set over the sea. Unlike other places we stayed on the islands, this home’s location is not negatively affected by the noise of nightlife. The windows drown out any sound that might come from nightclubs or party goers. We were close to everything we needed. We took the sea ferry into old port and walked up to the house. We were a short walk from tons of restaurants, markets, and major tourist locations. Everything else was accessible by bus, which was also within walking distance. Our host was available for anything we needed and responded quickly. Our family was very happy here. It was, hands down, the best place we stayed in Greece!

Best Location & Beautiful Villa

This villa is a 5 min walk to town but far enough away to escape the crowds. The property presented exactly as described and was clean and immaculate. It was very stylish & comfortable for the four of us. Dimitri was very helpful with great recommendations for restaurants & beach clubs which we trusted & visited. He was very responsive with any questions- we highly recommend this villa - a beautiful setting & extremely comfortable & stylish

Perfect stay near city center

CUTE property within an easy walk to the city center. Space to park a car, clean and comfortable home. The only thing I wish I would have brought was a hairdryer as this home did not have one. Also, we brought our clothes to be washed at the Quick Clean laundry. Highly recommend them too as this home does not have a washing machine/dryer.

Super séjour d'une semaine à Mykonos dans une maison typique

Maison idéale typique de Mykonos pour une famille de 4 personnes. A 2mn à pied du centre de la Chora ou du vieux port pour des balades découvertes. Un espace commun privé avec transats pour profiter de la piscine. La maison possède un parking, ce qui est extrêmement appréciable (centre ville non accessible en voiture et nombre de places de parking limité) La cuisine est petite mais pratique pour cuisiner pour 4. A refaire...

Accommodating in every aspect

The location of this beautiful townhouse is unbeatable. Right next to all of the action but secluded in a small gated community that gives you plenty of privacy. Dimitri and his team were incredibly accommodating and met all of our needs. The view of the water and the town were absolutely breathtaking, with a beautiful view of the sunset.

Literally everything I could have asked for in a villa.

Everything about this place is perfect. The location is amazing (3 minute walk from little venice), the rooms are spacious and clean, the view is breathtaking, the pool area is cozy, and communication with the host was seamless. 10/10 recommend!

Fint hus med härlig utsikt över havet. Ligger lungt till men väldig nära ner till alla restauranger och butiker. Toppen med egen bilplats också. Värden Dimitri var hjälpsam och snabb att svara på sms.

Great villa, amazing location!

The villa was great! Plenty of space, loved the pool, Ediola was charming, and Dimitri was very attentive to all of our needs/requests. The villa location was amazing - just a 2 minute walk to town - restaurants, bars and shopping just steps away! I would highly recommend this villa.

This summer me and my friends stayed at Villa Perla. The location of the property couldn't have been better: it's at close walking distance to all good things Mykonos town has to offer, but also far enough from the noise. The apartment itself is very modern, well kept and in a good state. Another plus is the newly installed air conditioning, which is working very well. We have very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back next year.
