This condo was perfect for our family over Christmas break. We are a family of 4 with 2 teenagers. Just a few minutes drive to stagecoach lift. The property was clean and had everything you could need for a getaway. We skied daily and relaxed every evening in the private hot tub on the back deck. The picture window had amazing views of the mountains from sunrise to sunset. Elias was also very helpful and responsive. Definitely saving for a future stay.

We had a wonderful time at this house. It was a great location to get to the slopes and the views in the morning were amazing. Especially after a few inches of fresh snow. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Midweek ski trip

Great access to the stagecoach lift just a short drive to the stagecoach lot. This property has all of the amenities expected. Communication with the host was excellent before and during our stay.

Lake Tahoe stay

The only downside for our stay is that the hot tub was not working and the reason we booked this location was for the private hot tub. Elias let us know about 3 hours before we checked in which was kind of him but still is a bummer. Very close to the lake, shops and hiking spots.

The property has great potential and clearly there has been effort made to provide nice appliances and fun furnishing selections. However, the property is in need of a deep cleaning and repairs. All paint is chipping, sofa clearly had a large stain as it had a seat cover, sinks are cracked, light bulbs are missing. If the property was clean I would stay again. I will note I did not attempt to use the hot tub, but it consumes the entire deck so there is no option unless you are in the hot tub.

Quiet stay, beautiful scenery.

The apartment was perfect for a little gals get away. Close to heavenly (10min drive) but quiet and calm. House is well stocked with all kitchen needs, towels, soaps, detergents, etc. Clean linen and comfortable beds. There was a glitch in the hot tub and that didn’t work which was a bummer but host was kind enough to partially reimburse the group for that. Pretty quick to communicate and easy arrival/leaving procedures. Would highly recommend.

tree house in the mountains

It was a great stay and we were a family of 6. The only consideration i would make is that the air flow was not a great as we would have liked and although cool at night, with all the windows open we could have used a better breeze through the unit. Other then that a great location and very safe and clean.

Great location, nice home, excellent views.

Everything was great. Our only recommendation being that it was summer and hot and without A/C would be to add a screen on the exterior door of the bedroom behind the kitchen to create better airflow at night. The other bedroom had a big window which made it cooler. The condo was great, good kitchen and supplies, nice living area with excellent view.

Ski Trip

Beautiful view from the living room. Shuttle service to the Stagecoach and Boulder lifts is quick and easy. Note there are two flights of stairs into the property. No coffee in unit, but good amount of options through Door Dash that delivered breakfast. Heavenly Village is approximate 15 min drive with access to casinos, shopping, and restaurants.

Group trip with friends

The property was pretty easy to find according to where gps took us and check in was super easy. Rooms were nice, a fan in each. Everything was pretty clean when we arrived. Extra blankets if needed. Very close to heavenly which was great. There is also a little market/convenient store down the hill as well to get small things like snacks or drinks. The only thing was wifi was shut off well before 9am as well as the portable ac unit in the home. But check out was at 11am. Otherwise was a good stay.

We really enjoyed our stay while visiting family for Thanksgiving! The home was comfortable with great location and views. There is current construction going on in the community but not a big deal for us. All the necessities were provided plus extras like the spa on the patio.

Perfect Long Weekend - would love to return!

My group thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The views and space were even better than pictures. We had more than enough room for a group of 3 - everyone with their own comfortable room. Kitchen was stocked with plenty of cooking supplies and extras. We loved hanging out in the living room during the snow storm we experienced. Location was great with the proximity to the mountains and some close by options for food/essentials. We had a fantastic time skiing at Heavenly and it was probably our best skiing experience!

TAHOE SKI WEEK

The view on the Nevada side is amazing. We had a great ski week! Short drive to Stagecoach lift and having one person in our group who didn't ski dropped us off and picked us up. The week worked out great for us. The 3 rooms for a ski week had everythimg we needed.

Good little Condo

My husband and I had a very pleasant stay at this little condo. Some things to keep in mind that aren't obvious from the listing: the neighbor's balcony is pretty close. You can definitely overhear their convos and vice versa. The balcony has a pretty view of a valley, but you can NOT see the lake from the house at all. However, if you walk about 100 feet down the parking lot, then the view of the lake is gorgeous. Location wise, the house is a bit far. You have to drive down the mountain to get almost anywhere worth going. There is a little market and a coffee shop on the way down the mountain. The floors were a bit dirty when we arrived which was unfortunate because all the linens were white. However, everything else looked clean enough. The hottubb was amazing with a great view of the night sky, and there are movies and games available. (We watched The Princess Bride). The real reason I'm giving 5 stars is because of Elias himself. He was a great communicator and made the whole stay very easy and stress free. P.S. There are bidets. They are scary. They lift automatically when you walk by. Beware!

Wonderful stay!

Great property! Enjoyed time with my family over July 4th weekend! Enough space for 5 adults. Place was beautiful and had everything we needed! A short drive to Heavenly Village abs the casinos. Elias was great and easy to communicate with! Would definitely stay here again!

Cute place

I wanted to review higher but unfortunately numerous things went wrong. When I booked this place, the pictures made it seem very cabin like; the full interior was wood. The pictures were changed literally the hour of check in and everything was painted white. People might say who cares but I was really looking forward to that cabin feel. My boyfriend said they might have just re-did it but it was very clear it was not fresh paint so it just seems a bit deceiving to not even let me know of these changes but to also change the pictures hours before check in. We pulled in at 3 which was check in time and instructions were never made available. I had to repeatedly call the host to figure out how to get in and my group had plans shortly after so it was really inconvenient. Check in/wifi & check out instructions were listed as “not currently available” for the entire stay. My boyfriend and I stayed in the room with the bathroom. This place has no central air and every room had a fan but ours which made the room really hot. We did have to extend our check out and Elias was very accommodating.

Great!!

My husband and I stayed here for five nights. The condo was wonderful-from the decor to the hot tub-everything was perfect. We were also very happy with the location. It was only a short drive to the casinos/south Lake Tahoe but just out enough to have some peace and quiet and a view. The first night we were even able to take a short walk to watch the sunset over the lake. The condo had all the comforts of home-beds were super comfortable, windows that opened to let cool air in in the afternoons, a cozy fireplace, games to play (we even left one we picked up on the trip for others to enjoy) and a hot tub! The owner was very communicative. We hope to come back to stay in the future! If you are hesitant in booking, don’t be. After our outdoor activities during the day, we were always happy to get “home” to have the perfect place to relax. Five stars!
