Estamos muy contentos de compartir nuestra casa con esa familia especial y esperamos que quita el aliento cuando se abre la puerta principal, así ... a partir de ahí, sólo se pone mejor! Pasar las vacaciones en Vail es mágico estamos tan emocionados de hacer de nuestro hogar disponibles en esta temporada de vacaciones para su disfrute. Lo tendré todo decorado para las vacaciones y también puedo proporcionar un servicio de limpieza ... para que este 2017/2018 sea la mejor experiencia de vacaciones para su estancia en nuestra hermosa casa.

As Promised

The Vail Valley has been a Christmas Family tradition for more than 20 years. So we are fussy where we stay. This year was unique as we tried Vail rather than Beaver Creek. And this home was perfect. Well decorated (ever for Christmas), clean and in great shape. The owners even helped us get shipped items from Fed Ex before we arrived. A special home for a special stay.

Beautiful mountain home

This property checked all the boxes for our stay. Location to town, free shuttle, hiking, gym and bike trail were all easily accessible. The home has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable

Vail Luxury!!!

Wow, just wow! We loved staying at Suzi’s home! First, Suzi was an awesome host and communicated with us about everything which was truly appreciated. The layout of the home was absolutely perfect for our family. I loved the large living area with fireplace and large windows with gorgeous views. It is a wonderful space for everyone to enjoy each other and is beautifully decorated. The bedrooms are laid out so everyone has their own private retreat with en-suite bathrooms. We loved the hot tub and the privacy of the unit. I loved cooking in the gourmet kitchen with my boys. I wish we could have enjoyed the gorgeous outdoor areas… I guess we will have to come back when it’s warmer! Lovely, lovely host and perfect home away from home. Thanks Suzi!

Perfect Place

We had a great stay at Suzi's place, it is very close (5m) to Vail Village, it was very clean and the kitchen is well equipped (including spices etc. -). The house is spacious and perfect for lounging and family meals. Communication with Suzi was very easy and very responsive. We would rent this home again!

Heavenly!

We had seen this neighborhood when we stayed in Vail in 2020 and we were so happy to find this unit on VRBO. The property is beautiful and so well maintained. The gardens are so nice and we loved sitting out on the balcony every evening with the outdoor fire pit. Suzi was great to get back to me with any questions I had. I could go on and on about how special she has made this house. The decor is so warm and inviting and the views are spectacular. We loved being only a 15 minute walk to the Village of Vail or could hop on a bus when needed. The community amenities are really nice and well maintained. We hope to make this place one we can come back to every summer!

Luxurious Stay

We had an excellent time staying at Suzi's house in Vail! The house was exceptionally clean, the bedrooms were spacious, the kitchen was well stocked. Great place to stay for a family or friend ski holiday. Would definitely stay here again!

A little bit of Heaven

This property is all that the description says it is and more! Owner is fantastic, responsive and communication was very easy. Accommodations were lovely and luxurious. One note - the not tub was even nicer than the photos show - I will mention to the owner that she might update that photo. We can't say enough about what a great time we had. The location is great and I loved that the garage was heated so all our ski equipment and apparel was warm and dry by the next morning. Love the view from the townhome and the details the owner put into creative a warm and inviting space were all appreciated! TV's and Sonos speakers were excellent and the instructions for using all tech and amenities were so helpful! Do yourself a favor and book this for your next vacation!

Fabulous family getaway

This house has everything for an extraordinary family getaway. We loved the facilities, the cosy fireplace, private bedrooms and bathrooms, the beautifull kitchen and spacious livingroom. We went skiing in Vail and Vail Village is just a 5 minute drive away. The shuttle is close by and will bring you there and back. Our hostess is the sweetest lady and helped us out with all the questions we had. We felt very welcome and at home. We will definately be going back to this magnificent home.

INCREDIBLE RENTAL

This home is exactly as advertised! It is a luxurious vacation home in the mountains that the owners happen to rent out sometimes. It has all the bells and whistles one could want, down to the heated garage and Nespresso machine with provided pods. The owners were wonderful hosts and available if we needed them. Suzi made everything so easy. She leaves notes and directions all over the house to make sure you are comfortable using everything but to also make sure you are using it in the right manner. I would say that if you are renters who are used to coming in and not taking care of a home, this is not the house for you. It wasn't a draw back for us, as we like nice things so we could very much appreciate and respect her requests. You can see Lionshead from the windows and it was exciting to see the snowcats at night. This house is definitely the nicest rental home I've ever seen and we loved our stay!!

Beautiful, elegant and cozy!

We had a wonderful Christmas at this home in Vail. Everything was beautifully decorated. The house is so elegant yet warm and cozy. It was the perfect place for my husband, myself, our kids and my in-laws. The owner makes sure you have all the information you need to enjoy your time in the home!

Incredible Views & Luxurious!

My family has stayed in Vail multiple times for ski trips, but this was by far our best experience. The home is only minutes from Vail Village/Lionshead, and is in a quiet development that overlooks the valley. The living room was perfect for relaxing by the fire after the long days of skiing, and was plenty big for the whole family (six of us) to play games at night. All of the bedrooms were clean and cozy, but the master is simply stunning! Everything about this place was remarkable and relaxing, and I hope it is available next year!

Beautiful home with a nice welcome feeling.

This was a beautifully decorated town home that felt like home. The home was very nicely decorated and updated. We loved the location just outside Vail Village. Much easier to come and go as we pleased without the traffic of the Village but close enough to enjoy everything conveniently. The property had a workout facility and a newly renovated pool /hot tub. The owner stayed in touch just in case we needed anything. The home was well stocked with anything you would need and we felt very welcome. We have stayed in the Potato Patch Club town homes before and we were again, not disappointed.

Beautiful Home!

We rented this beautiful townhouse over Christmas for ourselves and our adult children and were delighted to find a home away from home. The house is conveniently located a short drive from Vail and Lionshead and there is even a bus a short walk away if you don't want to drive. The home was furnished to a very high standard and even decorated for the holidays making it perfect for our family Christmas vacation. The kitchen was well stocked for meal preparation and even offered three different coffee makers. The living room had plenty of comfortable seating for family gatherings in front of the cozy gas fire and there were lovely views of the slopes from the dining area, master bedroom and balcony. The bedrooms were very comfortable and spacious each with private bathrooms and the hot tub was a welcome new addition to the back patio. The heated garage was great for drying boots overnight and there were full laundry facilities if needed. The owner was very helpful throughout the whole rental process providing lots of local information about ski rental, ski passes, restaurants, entertainment and travel and even providing a welcome basket with goodies. I would have no hesitation in recommending this lovely home to anyone looking to visit the Vail area and it will definitely be at the top of our list if we return in the future. Thank you Suzi for an unforgettable experience.

I love designing homes and have so much fun designing our Vail House, this house is a dream come true ... I love to ski and mountain bike.... I have lived in Colorado for over 33 years....

I was born in North Dakota, but grew up in Wisconsin. I went to interior design school in California and moved to Colorado after having my first child. I have been in Louisville, Colorado ever since. I have always loved the mountains and skiing, which is why I decided buy my dream home in Vail in 2014!

We are delighted that we can share our homes with VRBO guests. We have four residents in Colorado because we love our state and we do staycations as often as possible. We have a beautiful mountain home in Vail, our loft in LODO and our 3rd home in Louisville voted one of the best small town's in America and our fourth home, last but not least, in Lafayette, Colorado....Anthony's home, work studio. We love entertaining and inviting friends to stay with us hopefully you will find all the amenities that you need to have fine dining at home, a night out on the town or entertaining a few guests at our homes as well or maybe you would like a weekend of cozying up with a book and turning the fireplace on. We love all of our homes for all of those same reasons for all of our seasons in Colorado. If you love comfort, design, a true Vail Mountain Experience and want to surround yourself with all the amenities of a well appointed home, such as, gourmet kitchen, comfortable beds, european linens, or cozying up to the fireplace after a long day of skiing or soak your bones in our new mineral based hot tub then our house is for you. If you can't picture yourself outside in the hot tub on a cold night than running a bubble bath in a jacuzzi tub in the master suite that easily fits 2 is a great retrieve. If you're looking for a large amount of guests you can squeeze into a home we prefer you look elsewhere but if you're looking for quality... a home that takes your breath away... then our HOME is perfect for you. Our home sleeps 6 comfortably, perfect for a single family to all be together or 2 families that want to share a ski vacation, all having their own bedroom suites and private patios. We are so enjoying our beautiful hot tub area on our lower patio deck that is very private with an amazing mountain view.
