Semanal o fines de semana durante 3 temporadas y preferimos mensual o estacional para el verano. Reciente casa construida con césped expansivo y vistas del Alto Rhoda Lago / Estanque. Techo magnífico doble altura y chimenea de leña en la sala de estar, gran cocina reformada y maravilloso porche interior / exterior con construido en barbacoa y chimenea. Extremadamente luminoso y aireado largo de esta casa con claraboyas, y muchos habitación en la esquina .. 3 habitaciones con encanto completos y un estudio. Y 3 baños completos reformados - uno es un baño Jack y Jill. Mágico proyectado en mirador con chimenea situado directamente en el agua. Precioso muelle con barcos. Algunos podrían llamar a esta casa un refugio celestial.

The house was in a beautiful location, fully equipped with everything we needed and providing the linens was a true bonus. We enjoyed the attached screened in dining room both at breakfast and dinner. We hiked Bish Bash Falls and spent some time in downtown Hudson. The wildlife seemed to enjoy our visit as well because the yard at dusk was full of singing birds and baby deer.

Fall Wonderland

We love this house and the property. The lake is gorgeous in fall and the outdoor screened in porch is such a treat with the cozy fireplace and view of the lake. We made good use of the tennis court and kayaks. There is something for everyone. Jenifer was so great from beginning to end! Thank you Jenifer. See you next year!

Peaceful, Quiet,Wonderful Lake House

Been here several times over the years. House is nice and roomy. On lake front (upper Rhonda Pond) Very quiet and peaceful. Kayaking on the calm beautiful water is a highlight. Beautiful property. Managing agent is wonderful. 5 star rating definitely

Perfectly Perfect

Our family reunited from CNY and Boston to celebrate our birthdays. We enjoyed rejuvenating nights’ sleep on the comfortable beds (such soft linens!) and found many cozy places to read our books. The tennis court and lake provided additional hours of fun. Thank you for for sharing your beautiful home and making our weekend perfectly perfect.

Lovely Home

This is the second property of Jenifer’s where we have stayed. Like the first property, this home was well decorated and had all of the appliances, utensils, towels, etc we needed. The location is central to many activities, and the lake view is serene. I will definitely come back!

Beautiful lake

A lovely property. The lake was why we picked the spot and it didn’t disappoint. The house is nice, could use a bit of a scrub down—but ultimately had everything we needed! Would come back again.

Short stay with family

The property was as displayed. The location is nice with a huge, private yard. The kitchen had everything needed for a dinner and the BBQ area was great. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The outside gazabo area needed a deep clean and the kayaks were unuseable because of ants. The TV area isn't very comfortable and the TV is very small with placement in a poor location for veiwing. With just a little elbow grease and updating, this property could be special. The manager was great to deal with and quick to respond. Overall, it was what I hoped for.

Wonderful Lakefront Home

The stay was lovely. Some unforeseeable issues came up before our arrival. Jennifer, the property manager, was immediately on top of it and let us know before we arrived. The house is lovely and clean, and Jennifer was responsive whenever we had any questions or needs. I am looking forward to going back again next year.

Fantastic

We loved our stay! This is a lovely home on a beautiful lake. (I would like it if they reinforced the deck, as it felt a little shaky :) The kitchen was amazingly appointed with everything you might need to cook any kind of meals. The beds were comfortable, and it easily slept 4 adults and a baby. Jenifer was super responsive to all texts and questions. It's a great area and a wonderful, clean airy home. You will enjoy yourselves!

Perfect property

The house was immaculate. We had every amenity we could have possibly needed. The common areas of the house were comfortable and the the bed rooms were bigger than expected. The large yard was very much appreciated and you could not beat the view of the pond sitting in the screened in shed. I will reccomend this place to anyone.

A mixed experience

The house was spacious, very nicely decorated, and overall very clean (except for one big exception). In addition, Jenifer was responsive to my messages about trash pick-up and tennis courts that were accessible to tenants. I was disappointed that there were no canoe or kayaks present during our stay. I was later told they do not put them out until May. A head’s up would have been nice, since we were staying there in April. There was a water filter in the kitchen sink which was helpful, but the water coming from the shower on the first floor did not smell right. The sanitation needs improving. We noticed a foul smell from the kitchen. We discovered a mouse trap, still with the dead mouse, and mouse droppings in one of the kitchen drawers where they stored kitchen towels and oven mits. They should have checked and emptied the traps before we arrived. It was gross and wrecked our experience. She did send people over to dispose of the carcass from the kitchen, but I already disposed of it.

Wonderful home in beautiful location

A quiet Thanksgiving week with friends dropping by the day after. Beautiful home, well-appointed. We made use of the large supply of firewood provided. No problems.

Wonderful girlfriend getaway

So much to love about this house, especially the beautiful outdoor spaces like the gazebo and spectacular view of the lake. Kayaks and rowboat a definite plus for those who like to get out on the water (although we found it tricky to launch from the sloped rocky shore or unstable floating dock). We also made good use of the indoor/outdoor porch in the beautiful fall weather. It was a great getaway for high school girlfriends in their 60s! The beds are bigger than described in the listing; the master has a king and there is a queen bed in what is called a den with a sleep sofa/futon. Bedrooms and sitting areas were well-appointed, stylish and comfy, and the kitchen had it all, including a cabinet of spices and oils to supplement what we brought with us. Appliances functioned well for the most part. The place was exceptionally clean and nicely decorated. The host responded quickly and sent assistance with one issue we had, but did not see or respond to messages sent through the VRBO app. It took more than the usual emailing and texting to get the check-in procedures. Be aware that VRBO may send you messages that appear to contain check-in information, but they are blank. Several little fixes would make this place impeccable, for example, doors and windows that don't quite open or close, fans/lights that don't work, and a ceiling fan that crashes into the door when opened. The location, wonderful view, and welcoming spaces go a long way to make up for these little oversights.

Great family retreat

Property is located right on a pond with kayaking. It was a very relaxing experience. House is very comfortable with a terrific sun room with a round table. One bedroom did not have A/C but otherwise house is fully air conditioned. Appliances are in very good condition and washer and dryer is a plus. Jenifer was also extremely responsive. Would definitely consider returning!

Family Vacation Copake

Was perfect a three generation family vacation. pond and yard were perfect for the young grandchildren. The grill and fireplace in the sun room a real plus.

Light and airy quality located on a quiet pristine Lake/Pond. This home is truly lovely and welcoming. It had many different seating areas inside and out from the spacious square living/dining room to the indoor porch, to an outdoor patio and the magical gazebo. Lots of waterfront and beautiful landscaping. A true retreat in the country!
