Wonderful Property and Location

My friend and I picked this condo, because it was only two blocks away from the main parade viewing stand at Lafayette Park. The neighborhood was very nice and was also easily walkable to the French Quarter. There was also a large grocery store and public parking within two minutes walking which was very convenient. The condo was very clean and nicely furnished and decorated. The separate 2 bedroom/2 bath suites offered plenty of privacy while the living room and kitchen areas provided space for us to hang out together. The beds were very comfortable. We didn't do any cooking, but the kitchen was fully stocked. Finaly, Brittanie, the owner and manager, was wonderful to work with. She made booking the room, checking-in, the actual stay, and checking-out a pleasurable experience. I would definitely recommend this property for others seeking a NOLA getaway.

Brilliant stay

This 2 BR/2 BA condo was immaculate - spotless, beautifully decorated, fully updated, well appointed, and the most amazing beds - the mattresses were so comfortable, slept like a baby. Brittanie was so attentive and responsive, loved her recommendations for restaurants. We also loved how it was like a hotel - toothpaste, toothbrushes, shampoo, coffee, etc. Everything You could possibly need. It had been over 10 years since we were last in New Orleans, loved this location - full grocery store less than 2 blocks away, walking distance to all the French Quarter action- but yet in a quiet neighborhood close to the cool, sophisticated warehouse district. Highly recommend this gorgeous condo.

Perfect Home Base

Location very close to French quarter, Bourbon end. The hostess provided great information about the place and food options. The beds were divine. Place was clean to a nurse’s standard. Plenty of hot water for 4 women. Everything we needed in the kitchen. Loved the old building brick. The only thing that was weird was that there were no windows, but after a long day and night of being out and about, not really an issue. We would stay again.

This condo is in a very good location, walking distance to Bourbon street and the strip.. The host is awesome and answered all of my questions in a timely matter. We will rent again next year..

Immaculate Accommodations in NOLA!

The photos and description of this apartment are very accurate. It is beautifully decorated and well kept "home away from home". I cannot say enough wonderful things regarding the hosts! They are so accommodating and responsive! We hope to stay again in the future. Thank you for everything!

Spring visit in NOLA

This property is exactly as pictured. It is lovely and in a terrific location. Brittanie was an attentive and helpful host! We couldn’t have asked for anything more. A few notes for future travelers: - No windows in the bedrooms and bathrooms which was a plus for noise control and sunlight control - Air conditioning was great! - Hot water heater ran out on the last of our four showers because we tended to get ready to go at the same time - Lots of hotels nearby which created a safe environment and many dining and rooftop bar options - Awesome grocery store around the corner - In unit washer and dryer with detergent was handy - Unit had several large, clean towels per bathroom! So nice when showering more than once a day which I did - Down pillows and comforters on beds- letting folks know who are allergic, like I am - Location is walkable to most anywhere but also in a quaint neighborhood - You can store your luggage across the street at the barber shop via the BOUNCE app

Wonderful property. Modern styling. Walking distance to everything. Host recommended several restaurants, which we visited, and they all were fantastic. I would highly recommend this property to someone that wants to enjoy New Orleans, but without the noise. We will definitely stay here again.

NOLA Jazz Getaway

This property doesn't disappoint! The decor is just as described with all the comforts of home. Brittanie is a great host who was responsive. I would definitely recommend and we plan to stay here again next year. The location is perfectly and situated in the middle of downtown. A walkable neighborhood with lots of bars and restaurants.

Condo was beautiful! The moment you open the door, the atmosphere was so welcoming! Don’t want to spoil it for anyone that decides to rent, but I will say you won’t be disappointed in your purchase. The beds were very comfortable, plenty of towels. The location is great. Grocery store so close to the condo. Everything is walking distance…The owners were so attentive and responded quickly to any questions or concerns you have. We will be back and stay with here again!

The Essence of Nola

If you are looking for a great place to stay while in New Orleans this is the right spot. Updated, clean, and in a great area of the city. Close enough to go to a game, concert, restaurant, or the night life. The host Brittanie was wonderful she had thorough instructions as well as very detailed recommendations for everything. I've traveled the states and Europe and by far this host is the best I have experienced. I highly recommend this property as a place to stay while in New Orleans!! Thank you again Brittanie!!

Great Location

Property was very clean and as advertised. It is perfectly located in the heart of New Orleans and just about everything is in walking distance. There is a Rouse's Market across the street and very convenient. The hosts responded immediately to any needs we had. Definately recommend this location.

Great place, wonderful location, very quiet

This is our second time traveling to New Orleans two weeks ahead of Mardi Gras. We have stayed at many vacation rentals, and this one is at the top of the list for cleanliness, value, comfort, and location. The owners provided the best communication of any rental we’ve ever stayed at! While nothing went wrong during our stay, I’m highly confident they would have quickly resolved any issues as they were very responsive to our general questions. The place is about a 12 min stroll from many major French Quarter spots. It’s also two blocks away from the Mardi Gras parades so you’re close enough to run home for a quick break, but far enough you don’t hear any noise. The place is close to the streetcar that takes you to the Garden District. We walked absolutely everywhere (except the Garden District) without any issues. We always felt safe and there are plenty of people walking around so you don’t feel isolated. There’s a nice grocery store a block away to stock up on food and beverages. The apt had plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo/conditioner, dish soap, hand soap for our 4 night stay. The beds were very comfortable. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, and there are no windows in the bedrooms which keeps out both light and city noise. The shower has good water pressure. The place was immaculate, within a couple of blocks from great restaurants and a wine bar, and was the perfect place for our New Orleans stay!

Great location stay

Our stay was amazing!! Location is centrally located from just about everything. Very modern and clean. Brittanie and Gerard were great to deal with. Tons of recommendations and help with anything you needed. We came with another couple and couldn’t have worked out any better. We love NOLA!! Highly recommend!!!
