Thanksgiving

Location worked since we were visiting my brother and family for holiday in the same neighborhood. Clean space, good furnishings, higher quality linens would have been nice. No complaints though, just a suggestion.

Nice place to stay in the Tampa Bay Area

Maribell was a nice host. The house is very well equipped, it was freshly cleaned when we arrived and had everything we needed and more, they had some fruit and essentials (coffee, filters, water) for us on arrival, and even some chocolate on our beds. The house has plenty of dining ware, pots, and small appliances. We received very clear instructions on the check-in process, the access code, and the Wi-Fi access. We were even allowed to drop-off our luggage early while the house was being cleaned. I would totally recommend this house. Our family of 4 was pretty comfortable in here, and we had a Walmart within walking distance which made it even more convenient.

The interior was very nice for our needs, basically sleep and have a quick breakfast. The exterior was subpar. We were not able to use it.

Convenient and safe neighborhood

Owners were very flexible. Property was stocked with essentials so you did not have to run out to buy anything immediately. Property itself is older but functions for all the essential needs. Neighborhood was quiet and safe and very convenient. My only complaint was that the bed in the master bedroom was not very comfortable but otherwise, would definitely consider staying here again.

Repeat Stay

This is the second time we've stayed here and it definitely felt like home away from home. It is located in a safe neighborhood, close to so many great attractions plus is walking distance from Walmart, which for me was great. It is clean, comfortable, and the setup is perfect. I like the full kitchen, washer and dryer, TV in every room and the bathroom is between the bedrooms instead of off one of the bedrooms. It even has a small patio where I relaxed and enjoyed my morning coffee. All in all, the perfect place for our visit to Tampa!

Beautiful property

This was perfect for our Florida stay. Maribel is attentive and the property is clean and updated. We enjoyed our time there it was a comfortable home away from home and definitely better than a hotel.

It was ok

Nice place for a short stay. Owners answered when there was any problems. The place did flood but they came right away. There washer did not work properly and ruined some of my cloths. But the dryer worked great.

A Perfect Stay

This unit is great for a couple or a family with a couple of kids. Check in was so simple with the info sent to you by text days in advance. The place was comfortable, modern, nicely appointed, fast internet, good cable TV in both bedrooms and living room. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Private patio for outside sitting was nice. The HVAC provided even temperature in the property. We had a small problem with the ground fault in the bath and the owner was right out and made things right. This property is probable one of the best we have stayed in for many years.. If the location works for you.. Book it!!

Quaint and convenient

Loved this VRBO in Tampa. Close to a lot and not too far from Raymond James stadium. Very quiet, well kept.

Good stay

My daughter and her family enjoyed there stay. The only issue they had was the last night they were there, when they had to be up early, people who had just come to stay in the main house were up partying with their kids running around screaming at 2 am. The rest of the week was nice and quiet and they enjoyed it.

Great place to call home for a week.

Great place with great location. Walking distance to Walmart and several other places. Cute, Clean and organized place. Owner was great to work with. Queen bed is firm (just FYI). Would definitely stay here again when in Tampa.

This rental was once again wonderful! This was our second time staying here to take my Grandson to the zoo and get him a sweet kitty. Location is so convenient to the big Tampa attractions and the owner is absolutely the sweetest! Thank you for EVERYTHING!

Clean and convenient!

All correspondence with Maribelle was clear and she responded promptly. The property was clean, well stocked. It was located conveniently to every place we needed to go. Quiet neighborhood and it’s located very close to a super Walmart which was convenient. I would stay again.

Nice, quiet neighborhood

This home is exactly as advertised! Close to all the activities we had planned, very clean and convenient. Even the street cat hanging around was super sweet and friendly, welcoming us home every time! The owners were very helpful and kind with quick responses to questions. Definitely recommend staying here.

Home away from home
