A great place to stay as a stop point for trip to Gainesville. Everything listed about the property is spot on. Cottage is spacious enough for three people and is very quiet. Great communication with host. Would definitely stay here again.

this cottage is a must see

We can't thank Debi and Patrick enough. We had an emergency at home and they were so caring and accommodating, always checking on us. Debi was so helpful and I really enjoyed our talk.The cottage is adorable, and so clean, we enjoyed ever minute relaxing there. This is located in a beautiful subdivision and is so quiet.We would definitely book here again. Thank you again and thank you for our little family of baby birds we got to see each morning.Debbie and Jim

Quiet get away

I've stayed at the property once before with my mother. Cottage is prefect and quiet with everything we could need. Its a quick (10 minutes or less) into town if you need to get anything. The property managers are quick to respond and very accommodating.

Loved it

We wish we could take this place with us as we travel. Beautiful use of space and the surrounding area was perfect. The amenities and extras were appreciated, glad to find the hotplate. We are not technology (TV) literate and Debi was right there to help. We hope to stay here for all our future trips to Lake City to visit family Thank you.

This cottage once again met all of my needs! It is located in a nice neighborhood and it's just a short drive to town if you do need anything. This was my second time staying here and I'm hoping if I am in the area again it will be available! Always impressed...

State Championship

This is the perfect cottage for any length of stay. Super clean, cozy, peaceful and perfect location. We were there for a baseball tournament and this was the perfect place to relax after a long day at the field. Debi and Patrick were super helpful and readily available. We will definitely stay there next time we are in the area!!

Wonderful cottage!

Cottage was very clean, incredibly nice and cozy. Could not have asked for a better place to stay! I may remodel my home based on this place. :)

We definitely enjoyed our short stay in Lake City, the cottage was located in a beautiful neighborhood, the property was very nice. The cottage was very clean, modern and very well-kept. They did a beautiful job with that little place. If we were in the area we would definitely stay again

Couldn't ask for better accommodations.

Everything was just great with the cottage. Very comfortable for the five of us. Recommending this place to everyone when I talk about this trip. Don't hesitate to rent this cottage.

Beautiful, quiet, everything you need cute cottage.

Stayed here for a quick jumping off point to our longer vacay out of state. The place is decorated beautifully, super clean and organized. On a quiet culled sac with lots of privacy. The cottage has everything you need. The owners are very friendly, super helpful/responsive and kind. Wish all vacay rentals were this easy!!!! 5 star place, so book it if your looking for this area you won’t be disappointed.

Great Stay!

This was the perfect place for us to get a good nights rest on our way to Orlando from Tennessee. The home was very clean and in an awesome/safe location! For our family of 4, we could not have asked for more! We plan to return during our next road trip!

Beautiful Cottage

Perfect spot to relax and unwind. There were five of us, Myself, my husband our two adult daughters and one of their boyfriends. The cottage is adorable!!! Plenty of space. Five minutes away from every restaurant you can imagine! Everything is close by and convenient. The neighborhood is super cute. The owners were super sweet and gave us their number if we needed anything. My father lives 20 minutes away but had a house full of people for my sister's wedding. This place was perfect for us to get away from the wedding chaos. Thank you so much for everything! Would love to stay again!

A must see cottage!

We absolutely loved this sweet cottage, just minutes from the interstate. Everything was so nice, clean and so beautiful! We have complaints! We will be sure to stay here again!

So peaceful!

We loved our stay in this beautiful little cottage. I only wish we could have stayed longer (or just move in). We had to keep going as we were driving through and taking advantage of the location by I-75 but we would certainly stay longer next time. The hosts were super accommodating and I was impressed with their helpful and quick replies to my questions.
