We were pleased with the property had a few issues that we reported to management and they took care of the issues the same day. We totally enjoyed are stay and the sunsets were beautiful

The unit was very nice and right on the water. We saw dolphins in the channel 2 different mornings. Everything was as advertised. The only down side was the room with the 2 twin beds was a trundle and the room was small. Hard to use for 2 adults.

August 2021 Stay

We visited Chincoteague with our two daughters and their families. We were in 118 with two additional adults and two children under 4. My other daughter and her husband and two children rented 116. We were close enough to spend lots of quality time together and yet have sufficient privacy. 118 was spacious, clean, and offered great views of the bay including beautiful sunsets. Having direct access to the dock was a real bonus! My husband and grandchildren spent hours out there catching crabs, fish, and other sea creatures. Porpoises visited us one day! I would highly recommend both condos! The only two downsides I can think of about 118 are the beds are extremely firm. If you don’t like sleeping on a firm mattress bring a mattress topper. The other concern if you are docking a boat in the boat slips on the bay side of the building your boat will get constantly bounced around and could be damaged. The bay access is not a “No Wake” zone. Boats are constantly going by at high speeds causing strong wakes.

May 2022 Stay

We really enjoyed our stay and we’re so thankful that the condo was well furnished and had a beautiful view of the water. Unfortunately the weather was terrible with gale force winds and rain and cold temperatures but we were able to sit and read and relax. Everything was super.

Better than expected

What an amazing place! Even the people in the town are amazing. We very much enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to return. Our only regret was not staying more than 2 nights.

October 2021 Stay

The condo was beautiful, clean and well- appointed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. You can't beat the views or location. One caution: I love a firm mattress, but the mattresses in this condo would better be described as a concrete slab. A mattress topper is a MUST if you don't want to be fighting over who gets to sleep on the sofa. Something that could be a concern to some is that the room with the trundle, does not have a window/second form of egress. We would definitely stay again (just pack mattress toppers).

Fantastic sunsets

Beautiful condo with jaw dropping views out the windows. Well stocked, the kitchen is ready for real cooking. The master bedroom is amazing. The kids loved the trundle bed for a fun sleepover. Easy walk down main st to the shops and waterfront park, and a quick drive to the beach and nature reserve. Only wish we could have stayed longer!

December 2020 Stay

Our stay was wonderful! My husband and I wanted a quiet New Year together on the water and this was the perfect stay for us. Our unit was clean, up to date, spacious and safe. All the things we wanted for our perfect little getaway.
