After your booking, we had a detailed discussion about the sleeping arrangements, and I explained that accommodating such a large group would require a few airbeds. I also made it clear that you were welcome to cancel free of charge if that setup didn’t suit your group, and you chose to proceed. During your stay, our property manager returned twice to assist with additional requests and make sure your needs were met. We always do our best to provide clear communication and support. We appreciate your understanding and are glad you enjoyed your time overall.

Hi Kathy, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We'd like to address a few points to provide more context for future guests. First, we can't just modify the roof top divider to add access, it is against building safety code. We provide two spare full propane tanks for your convenience, and most guests replace them for fire pit or grill as needed when the existing one runs out. But if you want us to do it, unfortunately we need time to arrange the visit. For your group of 12 guests during a 3-night stay, we originally stocked 12 rolls of toilet paper, which normally is sufficient. And we came to restock promptly upon your request.

Hi Daniel, Thanks for your feedback. I am sorry you got the impression of the neighborhood being sketchy. East Nashville is a hip and trendy area in general. By no means, it is unsafe. It is just a typical city neighborhood which means normal precautions is recommended especially when walking alone at night. There are literally 45 airbnbs on the street my house is on if that says something. Tourists love this part of town. There is East Nashville Beer works within walking distance, only 0.6 miles from the house. The house is 4 miles to downtown center and broadway. Uber is usually very cheap, But if you travel during high demand hour, there could be up charge. Because the parcel next to the house is vacant, it is covered by vegetation, thus might look "unkempt". But the good thing is, unlike other row townhouses, you have no immediate neighbors and complete privacy on roof deck. Hope this helps. Erica

Unfortunately, this is a retaliatory review. The person who wrote it never set foot in the property as she booked it for someone else. I won't address the specific claims in the review because they are not true. It's unclear if the people she booked for provided her with false information or if there is another misunderstanding. She requested a refund but was unable to provide any evidence of the issues she claimed. This review seems to be the result of my inability to accommodate her unjustified refund request.
