Beach Happy @ Truman Annex es una casa de ciudad bellamente renovada en la histórica Foundry.
La sala de estar es todo el primer piso y tiene un plano abierto, con techos de 11 pies y puertas francesas dobles que proporcionan mucha luz natural para entrar. Hay un gran televisor de pantalla plana y múltiples opciones de asientos cómodos. También hay una cómoda sala de polvo ubicada en el primer piso. La cocina cuenta con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable de primera línea, con encimeras de granito y todas las herramientas necesarias para preparar una comida desde casa y también para comedores interiores para seis personas cómodamente.

Getaway to the Keys

Our stay was amazing great weather all week great place to stay at a great location. House was vlose to everything we wanted and was walking distance to everything. The house had everything we needed and from check in to check out it was perfect.

Key West Getaway

We throughly enjoyed this rental. My husband especially like the gated shady front porch. It had everything we needed and the location in the Truman Annex was so perfect! I would definitely recommend this rental.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was beautiful and spacious. The only thing I would change was the rugs. They hurt my feet. The pool that as available to us was not good. It was very small and the water was hot. Then the lock was changed and we could not get in. Hopefully the lock issue has been resolved. The property is very close to all the things you want to do but is in a private gated community so it is quiet at night. I would stay here again!

Our condo was just perfect for two couples. It was also an ideal location for walking and eating.

Great unit and great location

The property was just as viewed. The location is awesome! The unit was very nice, clean and just as advertised. The kitchen was nice but could have been better. There are enough pans to prepare for an army but the space could have been used for dishes. They are located over the refrigerator, so out of reach unless you are very tall and enough coffee cups for an army. Could have used baggies, foil and plastic wrap. Also some basic seasonings besides salt and pepper. The air conditioner had to be set at 74* which was fine for the main floor but that temperature made the 3rd floor very warm. I’m not buying the scare tactic of anything set colder would break the air conditioner. Our daughter sets hers in Dallas at 69* when it is 100* outside and it works just fine. I am all for conserving, but the 3rd floor issue needs to be addressed.

Ideal Location

Not only was this property beautiful, it is in a perfect location for walking to everything . The property was exactly as described and pictured. The beds were extremely comfortable and the whole unit was spotlessly clean. The kitchen is well stocked and provided everything we needed for meals we cooked in. There's even a gas grill, which was a great plus. You could easily stay here and not really need a car. Great restaurants and attractions are within easy walking distance.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Took the family with 4 kids to #25 at the Island Oasis in the Truman Annex. The house was very updated and had great, if not brand new, kitchenware. I really liked that the kids could stay on the 3rd floor and had their own bathroom. The master Bathroom was very nicely updated. The small outside porch was a great spot to sit in the evenings. The small courtyard was just big enough to keep bikes. The location was the best we have stayed at in Key West. It is close to everything with multiple gates to go out of. I would recommend this to a friend and would rent this place again.

TN family loves Key West

My family and I travel a lot. Our experiences with different lodging has been extensive. This property is wonderful! The location is great. It is in a quiet neighborhood, but also just a very short walk away from one of the great party streets in the country! The property , itself, is very comfortable and convenient. Location and distance to everything is on point!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would probably chose a hotel next time. There is a coffee pot and filters, but no coffee in the room. I knew I would need to buy groceries, but thought that would occur sometime after my morning cup of joe. There were no instructions in the room on how to work the tv's and response time to email was slow. Pool is very small. I'd recommend this place, but with hesitation. It was clean, but you are required to take out your garbage before you leave, so kudos to each guest.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for a week in December as a couples trip. The location couldn’t have been more convenient to walk to everything. Duval St., harbor and everything in between was so convenient. However, the quietness of the area made you feel like you were miles away. The property was clean, comfortable and stocked with most items. There is a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags but we needed to purchase coffee filters and other kitchen products like plastic wrap etc. this isn’t a big deal but helpful to know ahead of time. There are plenty of towels including beach towels for use and having a washer and dryer helps when staying for a week. There was laundry detergent supplied. Would highly recommend property and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.
