This New Orleans escape was the perfect stay. There was plenty of room for three of us to relax and have our own space as we rested from walking the city. The location was perfect for those that enjoy walking distance to all the hot spots and don't want to be smack dab in the action. Just a few blocks from canal Street or the Riverwalk or shopping on magazine Street. We were also close to the cable car stops so used those frequently as well. Best pizza a block away to boot! The place was very clean and Brittanie was very responsive. Bathroom amenities and complentary beverages were a very nice touch!

Our family of 4 adults had an incredible stay here for 4 nights during Christmas. The unit is as pictured with TWO full kitchens and dens and a stunning view at night. The unit is fully updated and has a “high-end” feel. It is also in an extremely convenient location and we basically walked everywhere including to the French Market and the World War II Museum. We had a rental car, but I’m not sure we really needed it. The retro video game and dart game were also enjoyed by all.My only suggestions would be to add a full-length mirror somewhere and to include a few additional baking sheets in the kitchen. Also, just a note that due to the lay-out of the property, there are no windows in any of the bedrooms although bedroom doors could be left open to allow daylight to filter in.

Exquisite apartment in fabulous location for all

Probably the best VRBO we've ever stayed at! Comfortable & gorgeous furniture, serene & well maintained building, perfect location to walk to the French Quarter or the WWII Museum, grocery store around the corner, fabulous & communicative host. Highly recommend, we will love to come back soon!

Family getaway to New Orleans

The condo was even better than advertised and it's easy to now understand why it has so many 5* reviews. Great location and the owners were helpful and accomodating at every turn. Highly recommend this place for couple or families.

Outstanding Vacation Rental

Three couples lived staying in Brittanie and Gerald’s place for our NOLA weekend. It was super comfortable, quiet, and in a great location. We would all highly recommend this rental.

Fabulous Stay

We had a wonderful stay in the property which was well-appointed, huge, and decorated beautifully. The Warehouse district was the perfect place to stay and our hosts checked in on us multiple times (in a good way!) to make sure everything was going ok. I would highly recommend this property!

Wonderful condo in the heart of New Orleans

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo in the Warehouse district. The accommodations were so clean and spacious for our group of six. Brittanie was very communicative, helpful, and accommodating. I would certainly stay here again on future visits and recommend it highly!

Great location, host super responsive, so sweet annd kind. Checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. The condo is gorgeous and super clean! Plenty of room for our family “girls” trip. Lighting in bathroom's superb, spacious closets, two living rooms with kitchens. Could not recommend more! 100 star rating!!!

Perfect Location/Great Property

Tons of room. Walking distance to the event areas (Super Dome & Smoothie Center) and the French Quarter. Excellent restaurant options close by. The host was super responsive and helpful...oh, and there is a Galaga machine in the living room!

Perfect place!

What a great set up for multiple travelers! Beautifully decorated, clean, and proximity to sights was perfect for us. I initially thought the trek to French quarter would be too much, but it’s an easy walk. Hosts had amazing recommendations and were so easy to work with, quick response to messages and even able to accommodate our flight times for check in and check out. Everyone in our group loved our stay. Highly recommend!

Fantastic spot (I almost don’t want to share…)

Property is really perfect - essentially three master bedroom/bathrooms, two big and comfortable areas to hang out and two kitchen areas too. Location is outstanding. And the communication from Brittanie and Gerrard was outstanding from start to finish. First class experience all around

Great place in heart of New Orleans.

Apartment is all it’s advertised to be. My family loved it. The apartment itself is fabulous. And the location ideal. We loved having the games available, we all used the arcade machine. It was fun to be able to have unlimited free play and to learn new games!

Amazing Property!

My friends and I (5 of us) went on a girls trip to New Orleans for the weekend and stayed here and it was perfect! The photos do not do it justice. It was so spacious, clean and well stocked. The hosts were so easy to communicate with and very accommodating which was so appreciated. We will definitely be back and recommending this place/these hosts to anyone looking to travel to New Orleans! Thank you!!

Couples trip to NOLA

We loved this unit! Perfect for 3 couples to each have their own “suite” and all king beds. Dream come true. Easy walking distance to French Quarter and to a trolly stop. Didn’t move the car for the whole week. Unit is very well appointed and comfortable. The property manager and owner were easy to contact and quick to respond. Would absolutely recommend.

Incredible property and property hosts.

We arrived to the property and couldn't be happier. It was very large, exceptionally clean, and well appointed. The host was in constant communication throught the entire stay and Brittanie is amazing, considerate, and a true pleasure to correspond with. She had a little welcome gift waiting for us and it was well thought out and made us feel valued as a guest. We will definitely want to book this location every time we come to New Orleans.
