Moderna casa de autobús de 1000 pies cuadrados con espectaculares vistas del amanecer, el océano y la montaña. Un espacio privado, rodeado de naturaleza en un área residencial deseable. A pasos de la playa con espectaculares vistas al mar y montaña. Si te levantas lo suficientemente temprano, un amanecer siempre cambiante que te quitará el aliento. El espacio interior cuenta con una cocina moderna completamente equipada con un espacio abierto y grandes ventanas para capturar la vista desde cada habitación. El patio envolvente al aire libre agrega 400 pies cuadrados adicionales de espacio de estar al aire libre, partes del cual están cubiertas para proporcionar almacenamiento adicional para equipo o refugio para mascotas, si es necesario. Ambiente de la costa oeste con techos abovedados rústicos, lujoso baño con bañera separada y ropa de cama fresca y de buena calidad. El dormitorio principal tiene la opción de cama king o dos gemelos extra largos ... una gran opción flexible para diferentes grupos de viajeros. Los perros bien educados son bienvenidos.

This property was even better than advertised. Besides the immense beauty of the home, its view and its location, Chrisitna added wonderful touches to the unit such as fresh cut flowers and tomatoes from her nearby garden. Location-wise, the property was close to all of the destinations we wished to visit, including the nearby towns of Comox, Courtenay, Cumberland, and Campbell River, and the various parks, including Strathcona. We will definitely want to stay here again upon our next visit to the Comox Valley!

The place was amazing. Spent a lot of time on the deck enjoying the view. Watched the cruise ships go by in the evening all lit up looked awesome. Got to see a couple of keys from Comox base fly over. Loud but very cool. Everything was exactly as listed. Host was so accommodating. 110%

A Dream Deck

A wonderful suite with lots of attention to details to make your stay comfortable. We spent hours lounging on the deck watching the waves and listening to the birds. I would jump at the chance to spend another vacation there.

Best of the island

A warm, inviting and modern space to stay. The deck was amazing, with views of the water and of two very special birds building their nest in the tree out front. Well stocked, well appointed and clean as can be in a quiet neighborhood. Just a few meters down to the water and walks on the shoreline. Easy trips to town or to Mt. Washington from here. We can't wait to come back.

Beautiful property and location

Really nice place just off the beach and surrounded by trees. Saw some deer and kids had fun exploring the tidal pools.

Our month in Courtenay!

We had a fabulous stay of 4 weeks (!) in Courtenay in this beautiful and very comfortable house. Great views, with everything we needed, and great neighbours (the owners). Great value for money, we’re certainly coming back!

Awesome ocean views in Comox Vally

We had a great time at Alder’s Beach House! It’s close to the ocean with beautiful views and nice cool breezes, and easy to get to beaches and hiking. The coach house is clean, modern and has everything you need. A great place to escape the summer heat!

Paradise Perfect

Perfect in any and all ways possible. Christina was accessible as needed, but was in no way intrusive. We've stayed in many VRBOs, and this was the most thoughtfully designed and provisioned. Our stay was a delight and we look forward to our return!

Home away from home

We had an excellent stay. The accommodation was clean with all amenities. The hostess went out of her way to be accommodating. This place is beautiful with a great view of passing cruise ships. The wild blackberries growing in the yard were delicious. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice relaxing holiday.

Wonderful home & location

The home is wonderful. Designed to accommodate every need. Christina is one of the best hosts we’ve met. The location is peaceful, connected to nature and super relaxing. Local walks and hikes to the ocean and forests are so accessible. I can highly recommend.

Lovely Peaceful Stay

We had a lovely peaceful time at Alder’s Beach House. The area is a paradise of beauty with amazing views and sunrises that you won’t quickly forget. The house is comfy with all you need for a comfortable stay. Our desire was quiet and away from the hustle of the city. It is the perfect spot to rejuvenate. Amazing relaxation!

My husband and I did a 4 night stay with our two dogs. We all felt instantly comfortable, absorbed being in birdsong, mountain view in the distance and water that's ever changing! The accommodation was so easy to acquaint ourselves with, allowing us to easily make meals and clean up. Hiking was steps outside, we had such a fun and relaxing stay and look forward to doing it again!!

Couldn’t ask for more - incredible property!

I absolutely loved my stay at Alder’s beach house - it is a beautiful modern home that is stocked with everything one could want. The furnishings and linens are upscale and very comfortable, Christina was an exceptionally gracious host who made sure I had everything I needed and was friendly and approachable - I feel like I have made a new friend! I am very much looking forward to my next stay and highly recommend this property to anyone who is fortunate enough to find it available to book.

Amazing!

Absolutely stunning property with a beautiful view of the ocean. Walking distance to a spectacular provincial park with scenic walking trails. We had the most wonderfully relaxing vacation and made the most of the well stocked kitchen. This place is truly beautiful and we cant wait to come back again. Absolutely Amazing

A beautiful perfectly sized property. Appointed with everything one might need, right down to most comfortable bed mattresses, Nespresso coffee, indoor and outdoor living space, laundry, you name it. Proximity to, and views of the water are stunning. Christina was wonderful. Close to many walking trails and sight seeing opportunities. A definite "put this on our list" property.

One of the best places we have stayed in.

This welcoming, comfortable and well equiped property could not be improved. We weathered a winter atmospheric river during our stay, but even so managed long (wet) walks and were able to relax. The local shops for food are a drive away, so that has to be born in mind if you want to limit car travel. Otherwise parks, beaches etc. are all accessible by foot. Note: we did walk 15-20,000 steps a day, so accessible may be a relative term...

Super comfy beach house

We had a fantastic stay at Alder’s Beach House. The area is great for exploring nature parks, beaches, local towns such as Comox, Courtenay and Campbell River. The property is perfect, very comfy, high end finishes and the kitchen has everything you need. We enjoyed the terrace and were able to sit out with a glass of wine and look out over the water. Watch out for the hummingbirds that visit the flower pots! We had great communication with Christina, will definitely be back next time we are on Vancouver Island.

Amazing property

Our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids aged 15 and 14) and our dog really enjoyed our 4 night stay. The property is clean, quiet, well stocked and beautifully kept. One of the best properties we have stayed in with VRBO. The property is just a short walk to the beach, and a short drive to walking trails that the whole family and our dog enjoyed. The view from the expansive deck is stunning and the wind off the ocean was welcomed and enjoyed during the summer heat wave. Thank you for sharing your property with us Christina. We would not hesitate to come back again.
