3 dormitorios con encanto con jardín en un barrio seguro y bien ubicado. Bernal es una de las zonas más soleadas y cálidas de San Francisco!

Nuestro patio trasero dulce tiene una parrilla de gas que son bienvenidos a utilizar. Esta casa está ubicada en una calle tranquila, sin embargo, está a sólo tres cuadras de la avenida Cortland - que cuenta con panaderías encantadoras, cafés, restaurantes, bares, tiendas y una tienda de comestibles orgánicos. Estamos cerca de varias líneas de autobús que conectan fácilmente con el BART o MUNI. También tenemos aparcamiento en la calle abundante (raro en San Francisco!). Casa está equipada con acceso inalámbrico a Internet de alta velocidad ultra alta y un paquete de cable, incluyendo todos los canales deportivos premium, HBO, Showtime.

El dormitorio principal tiene una gran vista de la ciudad con una cama king size. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama de matrimonio. El tercer dormitorio tiene una cama doble que se puede sacar en un rey. La sala de estar es una habitación cerrada y puede funcionar como un cuarto dormitorio si es necesario.

Tenemos una cocina mejorada con muchas comodidades, cocina a gas de 5 quemadores, y una nueva lavadora / secadora en casa.

Este es también un paraíso niños vaca. Tenemos dos niños pequeños a nosotros mismos y también lo han hecho los juguetes / juegos, libros, sillas altas, cochecitos, los juegos n paquete, asientos de automóviles y de los refuerzos usted es libre de pedir prestado. Estamos a poca distancia de 3 parques infantiles y una hermosa biblioteca con sección para niños maravillosos. Nuestro patio está cerrado y hay una casa de juegos. Este es uno de los mejores barrios para familias en San Francisco, que se refleja en la amabilidad de la gente en la calle y en las tiendas y restaurantes de Bernal Heights.

Todos los sábados por la derecha por la calle un mercado de agricultores sorprendentes. También colina Bernal es por la calle con las mejores vistas de la ciudad

Comfortable home with available parking in a wonderful neighborhood with parks, shops, restaurants within blocks. Beautiful view from the front bedroom, very nice kitchen. Easy access to downtown.

Perfect place to stay

Our family of 4 stayed here. We found it a wonderful place to stay. We came in from out of the state and used the MUNI for our transportation. This was a great location- 2 blocks from bus 23 to the zoo and 3 blocks to bus 24 down to Fisherman’s Warf. There is a fun small shopping street up 3 streets away which we were able to enjoy as well. This was a great home to stay in and a great location.

Christmas in SFO

Perfect house to spend a few days, to cook, walk and hang out. The kitchen is super well equipped to cook full holiday meals, the living room is cozy and welcoming, wonderful location to fetch groceries, walk up Bernal Heights and the Cross Town trail. Quiet and safe and bright. Sean left us a welcoming gift basket too.

Amazing home and even more amazing hosts.

This property is in a beautiful and extremely safe area of the city, which is what first caught my interest while booking. The house is absolutely stunning and even has an outside sitting area which is so hard to come by in SF. The highlight of our stay was definitely how accommodating and sweet Sean was as well. He was easy to get ahold of for anything we needed, and he even sent us a detailed video on how to use his latte maker for our morning coffee. The provided snacks and drinks upon our arrival and even sent our group cookies via door dash on our second day of our trip. Absolutely wonderful experience. We hope to use them again in the future. Highly recommend!

Nice Spot in SF

The condo was very nice. There were three of us and a corgi. No issue with parking. A short walk to a local breakfast restaurant. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely house with the best owner ;-)

It is a lovely house in the San Fransisco. A bit distant from de city center, which make traveling towards the center a bit time consuming, but on the other hand, you are staying in a quite, save and nice neighborhood. The has everything you need for your stay. The kitchen is wel equipes, and there is a lovely garden where you can enjoy the peace and quite of the neighborhood. A real recommendation!

Really nice and comfortable home!

What a nice place to stay. We love the Bernal neighborhood and this home (and communicative host!) made our Thanksgiving reunion with our friends so easy. We hope this home is available for our next visit. We will definitely be back. Thanks for the care you give and for sharing your special home.

Great location, comfortable home.

Property is conveniently located near the main neighborhood corridor of Bernal Heights, and we could easily walk to restaurants, parks, etc. The home was very comfortable and welcoming. We were looking for a quiet neighborhood that was away from the usual tourist attractions of SF, and were very happy with our choice. However, it is also easily accessible to freeway and quick access to downtown, Golden Gate park, etc.

Everything we needed and more!

Sean’s place was perfect for our family weekend in SF, and it’s location in Bernal Heights made for a great home base with a great neighborhood feel. The backyard garden was icing on the cake. We felt right at home, communication was great and we hope to return in the future - what more can you ask for? Highly recommended location for a family or couple.

Giants Game Weekend

We stayed at the Bernal Heights property in late September for a Giants vs. Dodgers baseball weekend. The accommodations at this property were fantastic. A full kitchen, clean and comfortable bedrooms, plenty of space. Sean, the owner and host, was great to coordinate with. I would recommend this property and I will definitely use it again if the need or opportunity arises. Thanks, SFP.

Couldn’t have been more impressed!

This was a fantastic place for me and my two teenage girls to stay over Spring Break! It was comfortable, quaint and located in a cute neighborhood a 4 minute walk from shops and groceries. I was so impressed with their storage systems I came home inspired to organize my own house. Sean was wonderful to work with and I felt like I was staying at the home or close family or friends. This is truly a wonderful place to make great memories!

Great place for a family.

There was plenty of space for our family of 6, the beds were very comfortable and everything was thoughtfully laid out, clean and relaxed. There were even toys for the kids. We loved staying in a cool neighborhood with lots of amenities on the door step. Sean was great to deal with, very quick to communicate and accommodating when we had to check out a bit late. Thoroughly recommend!

Great few days in convenient Bernal Heights neighborhood

Had a great 3 night stay in the as advertised house. It was clean, large, and inviting. A short walk to the market, several restaurants, and a large park. Liked that it was just on the outskirts of the city and we were able to get anywhere fairly easily. A comfortable place for our family of 6. Great communication with owner as well! Would stay again!

Perfect retreat

Came here to celebrates our friends 50th. We were welcomed with a special note, bottle of wine, treats and a detailed guide of things to do in the area and maps of city. Stayed in the first night and sat out back around the fire and chatted. Such a beautiful comfortable space! House had everything we needed and more, the beds were so comfy! The home is so quaint and lovely. We drove into the city and also Ubered at times, only $22 for an XL, so very close and affordable. Nice quiet, safe neighborhood with lots of free available parking. Definitely a place we would come back to again and again!! Thank you Sean

Family home

The home is perfect for up to five, or six if kids are younger. Great touring base. We just Ubered everywhere. Nice views. Fifteen minute walk from the home leads you to great views from the top of Bernal. Close to mission,airport,Castro,MOMA,ATT park. Very clean. Nice outdoor space. Toilet is in separate room than the shower, which was helpful for our large party. Owners were great.

Great location great stay

We stayed here with our kids and it had everything we needed! Sean, the host, was even nice enough to lend us a pack n play, high chair, and stroller. Made it so much easier when traveling with a toddler to not have to lug the extra gear. The flat was very clean and had lots of toys for us to use. The kitchen was nice and sunny with new appliances and enough room at the large table for us to have a family dinner for 6. Well equipped with kitchen accessories. The bathroom was split which we liked. The tub was good for the kids and there was shampoo/conditioner/soap for us to use. The washer/dryer came in handy and there was laundry detergent to use. There were pretty views from the master bedroom and the two guest/kids rooms were comfortable and quiet. We found the beds very comfortable and liked that there was a king bed in the master. The garden was beyond beautiful and quite a surprise to have in such an urban area. There was a sweet fountain, a kids play house and a gad grill and a gas fire pit. Loved watching the hummingbirds and butterflies. There were even herbs for us to use while cooking! The garden was sheltered from the wind and it was quite sunny so we spent some time out there when we needed a rest. The neighborhood was great too, lots of little shops, boutiques and playgrounds. We walked up the street and had brunch on the patio of bernal star restaurant - which was great. Lots of families in the area, lots of people walking around cortland avenue, very kid friendly. There was a corner store on the same block that had basics and a grocery store walking distance from the house. We walked up to the top of bernal hill (a recommendation from sean) and had some great views and got some nice vaca pics. We liked this spot for the easy parking and took the car out quite a bit. But we also caught a bus 2 blocks away to the BART train in glen park to go downtown. Pretty straightforward. We used our GPS and google maps and that helped us figure out the easiest way to get places. Overall this was a fantastic place for our family to stay. Felt like a home away from home. Great location but not too loud and quite easy to get to the mission, downtown and golden gate park. We would definitely stay here again!

Disappointed

Although the owners seem very nice and accommodating, we were disappointed with the unit itself and the area. We actually only ended up spending one night there and relocated to a hotel in Union Square for the remainder of our stay. Although the place was clean and the garden in the back was nice, the unit itself was not as the photos portrayed. The beds were hard, the bathroom was tiny and wasn't workable for five adults, the area seemed a little sketchy, and the distance to just about anything was a taxi/Uber ride. We thought we had done our homework, but you sometimes don't really get the full picture of these rentals until you arrive. Sorry to say but we wouldn't recommend this particular property.

Comfy Home Base in San Francisco!

Cozy flat had everything this family of 5 needed. Super clean throughout, comfortable beds, and well equipped kitchen (killer coffee maker and even a milk frother). Located in safe, hip, family-friendly neighborhood. Grocery down the street, two parks within easy walking distance, and owners were kind enough to let us park in front of their garage. Easy access to downtown via car (sidenote - we had no trouble parking downtown). Best of all, walk out the back door, descend a few steps and you'll find yourself in a tranquil garden oasis (pictures do not do the space justice). Enjoyed starting/ending our days with cup of coffee/glass of wine in the secret garden. Owners responsive to our inquiries and so very kind (welcomed us with information, bottle of wine, and freezer box of It's Its (you have to try these San Francisco treats). Honestly, we stay in lots of VRBOs and this was one of the best!

Good place in a nice area.

Overall a great place to stay. The accommodation were just as described and the area was very nice with many bars and good restaurants within walking distance. I would highly recommend.

Great place!

We stayed here with my family over the Holidays and it was great. We lived in the City for 10 years and wanted to try a neighborhood we didn't know very well. We were so happy with the easy access to downtown and Noe Valley shopping! The apartment was perfect for our family, and Sean even left a few toys for our three year old. Rooms were a perfect size, with an awesome, large living room. Perfect for a family, or someone looking for a quiet place to work. Highly recommended!
