Thankyou for your feedback, I understand how horrible the situation with the storm was for you! We installed a generator two years ago and your the first guest who had a storm come through like that where the generator was needed for a few hours. Usually I’m there to come help with situations like this and I feel terrible. I did send my electrician right away to help you guys with the generator but as you know the roads were closed due to the rare and dangerous storm. He did stay on the phone and help you guys but he reported back that you refused to turn the generator on so it was impossible for him to help. When you said the food was spoiling, I offered to refund the food but you told me it’s okay that the power wasn’t off long enough for the food to spoil. About the cleaning we have professional cleaners coming in and have not had a complaint about cleanliness with glasses and trash. That said we do allow pets and if you have allergies that might be a problem and could be what you perceived as dust.
