Ubicado en el primer piso con una vista fantástica de la bahía, esta unidad ha sido completamente remodelado desde el techo hacia abajo. La vista se capta como entras por la puerta y te atrae directamente a la terraza. Fácil acceso es un eufemismo. No hay escaleras, no hay ascensores. Descarga nunca ha sido más fácil. Puede salir por el balcón a la piscina. Coge tu paseo en bote a unos pasos. Usted no será renunciar a nada con esta unidad. Nuestra familia ha aprobado el confort. cómodas camas, gran capacidad de almacenamiento, un montón de rincones para leer o estar en el equipo, y Big TV! Y ¿mencioné el acceso fácil! Nunca toque un ascensor. Y aún así tener una vista fabulosa! Acceder a la piscina desde su balcón. También tiene un balcón muy privado con una zona de piscina muy privada y lugar para presentar a la derecha delante de su balcón. Escondido en una esquina con tanta privacidad!

Back Bay Stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. The view from the patio was amazing. It was so easy to move our belongings to the condo with door so close to the parking lot. We had everything we needed and the furniture was very comfortable. The kitchen was great. The location was close to so many things but was quiet and private. I was able to see dolphins that came in very close to the outlook area of the outdoor area. The grounds are beautifully landscaped. I felt we had great communication with the Connie, the owner of this condo and it was really nice to meet her in person as we were leaving We only had 10 days here because of my husband breaking his femur ( we were scheduled for 35 days) Even with his new handicap, this condo worked out so well and we were so happy we were actually able to make it down here

Orange Beach Bay Condo

It is a great condo for the price. Connie was fantastic to work with. The condo has everything you need. Check the cabinets before you head to the store. You will be amazed at what’s provided. Enough linens for all week. Private pool entrance off your 1st floor entry. NO STAIRS! All the kitchen equipment you would ever need. Over all a great experience.

Amazing views and easy access! Walk right from your gated balcony to your private oasis!

The ease of access is what makes this property special. The views are to die for. Kayaking right there. Dolphins in sight everyday! put your float in the water right outside your balcony and float into the middle of a huge pool and then paddle back. You have the most private unit in the building. Decorated just right. The beds are very comfortable. All the items you need to cook a great meal are right there. Plenty of towels. Lots of space to get out of the way. Sweet little reading nook the kids loved! Your minutes from the the best restaurants in the area and a good number of Dolphin cruises. Walking distance to a great Tiki Bar and Sportmans Marina. I highly recommend. Connie and Mark Glassford are wonderful people.

Pros and cons

Pros - Nice older condo complex - Great views of the bay - Large pool with sunbathing areas right outside the nice covered patio - TV w/ satellite in living room and bedrooms - Responsive owners Cons (recommended updates) - worn out sofa covered with stains - Keurig machine needs replaced - have cleaner wipe out drawers/cupboards and silverware holder regularly - replace all wall vent covers and shower curtain rods with fresh ones - fix taped on light switch in dining room and replace missing bulb - fix or replace ceiling fan in living room so the lights can be used - we stayed 6 nights and was given one roll of TP per bathroom ** This is a nice place to stay if they make these handful of improvements.

Really beautiful view of the bay. But construction going on that was noisy and we couldn't go out patio to Pool as describe. We did Enjoy our stay though.

End of summer getaway

We had the great time at this condo. There was plenty of room. The kids loved walking down to the water and catching crabs and fish. We would definitely stay here again. The owner was so kind and responded right away about anything we had questions on.

Wonderful vacation

We enjoyed this condo so much! The bay is beautiful, condo was so comfortable. The property was quiet and well maintained. Pool is beautiful! We loved being able to walk right out of our door to the pool. Connie was great to work with. We will be back!

Beautiful place to stay while visiting Orange Beach, AL

Everything was so nice and clean. Well maintained. We were able to rest and relax. The dolphins really put on a show for us as we sipped on our coffee and watched from a bench. If you have great eye sight you are able to watch from the porch. The beach and great food is minutes away. We hated to leave. So peaceful.

Quiet Location

Nicely appointed condo with all the comforts. Great location on the bay. Lots of friendly, permanent residents make you feel like you're visiting a family home. Perfect for a quiet vacation.

Amazing Stay

Everything was great, from the location to the amenities. Pool is located steps from the back patio and we enjoyed sitting outside at the patio and watching the dolphins. Enjoyed our time there and would stay again

Beautiful condo - perfect for families!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The location within the building is ideal. Two steps from the patio into the pool which our kids swam in multiple times each day. The views are spectacular and we saw dolphins right from the patio. The kitchen was well stocked, beds are super comfy and the reading nook was a big hit. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay and great owner!

Scheduling a beach trip between 2 hurricanes is also a risky choice, but Connie was so helpful. Property was great, the bed was literally the most comfortable that I’ve ever slept on and it was very clean and well maintained. I was also really impressed with the linens . They were all plush and she had an abundance so i really appreciated that! I’ll definitely go back.

Great experience

Really enjoyed our time here. It is a bit removed from the main strip so it’s away from the traffic and is about a 10 minute drive to the beach. There are plenty of restaurants and a great playground close by. Positives: Nice pool - can walk right out from first floor Great view of the bay - saw a few dolphins and stingrays Very responsive owner Was pet friendly for walks Area for kayaks/paddle boarding right next to the property - but not provided Kids loved the reading nook We really liked Oso’s and The Gulf for dinners. And went to Sweet Cone Alabama for ice cream 4 times in 6 days. We had family staying on the beach but it did seem like public beach parking could be difficult during busy times. The beaches are great though.

The perfect place

This facility , condo and location was absolutely perfect for us. Very relaxing setting and quite while very convenient to everything. We will be booking our next trip to the gulf back at the same condo.

Excellent rental!

Beautiful condo with everything you need. We brought our jet ski and was able to keep it on the property which was very convenient. We also brought our small dog which worked out great. Will definitely book again.

Growing up in this area, I have always loved the water. Yet, I'd be on the beach and think, I really wish someone would come pick me up for a boat ride. Hard to do on Gulf side. But with this unit, you are right there! Boat rides are coming! There is nothing better for locals to hang out right here! Best of places to eat and best places to hang out are a short boat ride away.

We live in the area and wanted a boater friendly property. While you can't park or use a boat slip you are adjacent to the local marina, not mention if you know anyone with a boat, it is very easy to catch a ride. You can see Robinson Island. Also, one that was close to the new entertainment complex in Foley as well as the great spots to eat in Orange Beach and the Gulf Shores area. Also a place we can kayak and boat from.

Easy access! Never touch an elevator. Yet still have a fabulous view! Access the pool right from your balcony. You also have a very private balcony with a very private pool area and place to lay out right in front of your balcony. Tucked away in a corner with so much privacy!
