Spruce Splendor-Easy Ski Access-Private Hot Tub

This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home is a Telluride gem, offering the serenity of a private mountain home with the convenience of being close to everything Telluride and Mountain Village has to offer. There is an abundance of outdoor activities just minutes from your doorstep! The Sundance ski run is accessible from a shared staircase within the complex that leads up to the ski run. The home is in close proximity to the free gondola system which connects you to all the action, such as access to downtown Telluride and the Mountain Village core. This property also includes dial-a-ride service, which provides free transportation anywhere in Mountain Village. No vehicle, no problem!



Rustic finishes and thoughtful touches throughout the home include exposed wood beams, a giant central stone fireplace, modern kitchen appliances and large windows throughout. The ground level consists of the bunk room that sleeps 6, a cozy den with a game table and smart TV, a large bathroom as well as the two-car heated garage and a spacious laundry room.



Enjoy open concept main floor living with ample seating centered around the fireplace and a dining table that seats 8, as well as a separate breakfast nook and work space in the large kitchen. The kitchen is a chef's dream with all modern appliances, granite countertops and a central island. Off the dining area is the access to the outside deck, which includes a private hot tub, a large gas grill and an outdoor dining area in the summer, making it ideal for entertaining!



The primary suite is on the main living level and has its own fireplace and king bed, as well as an ensuite with a steam shower and jetted tub and access to the deck. The upper level/top floor consists of 2 guest rooms, one with a queen bed and the other with 2 twin beds, and a full bathroom shared between the two equipped with a step-in shower/bath combo.

What a very special property and what a very special place (Telluride / Mountain Village). We enjoyed ringing in the New Year in your gorgeous mountain home. We have not stayed in a more well stocked or well appointed VRBO than this one. Simply wow!

Family ski trip

I was very impressed with house. I thought based on pictures it was a duplex however it was the whole place. We were able to use both garages pictured. We traveled with 2 families of 4 and it was perfect! Kids had the bunk room and playroom on bottom floor for their own space. The kitchen was very well equipped. Lots of options on pots, pans, casserole dishes, etc. The house was also very well stocked. I have been to rentals where they just give you maybe one roll of toilet paper for example to get you started. However this place had plenty of things like that. The steam shower in one of bedrooms felt amazing after skiing. Sleds in garage that the kids had fun with behind the house. Management company was extremely responsive if have questions. We hope to come back!

Fabulous home, great location

This beautiful mountain home off of San Joaquin Dr. in Mountain Village is a real gem We were thrilled with how beautiful this home was and how much room there was to spread around. With separate sitting areas upstairs level, mid level and also on the ground floor there are plenty of areas to peace and quiet if desired. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with almost every convenience, including a hand, mixer, herb, chopper, and all kinds of cooking implements. Once we figured out how the stove and oven worked, they were a dream to use. There's a great sub refrigerator as well and a large pantry. If one was so inclined three families could stay here comfortably. The hot tub on the balcony was great, and there's even an outdoor grill, which was nice to use. You can easily walk to the Mountain Village gondola, which will give you access to Saint Sophia Lisa recreation area, and to Downtown Telluride. As a plus, the disc golf course is just outside the backyard. We love this home, it was one of the best ones we've ever stayed in. You can't go wrong with it.

July 4th Weekend

First time in Telluride and we will be back! Great mountain biking and hiking. Property is close to Village Market and gondola! Property was as listed. Hot tub was a nice bonus! No problem with no AC. Only thing to be aware of is the owners fee!
