Cabina de estructura en A con una cama King Size Select Comfort, un baño, cocina completa con todo lo que necesita más lavavajillas. Cuenta con lavadora y secadora. Una hermosa vista con vista a un arroyo y un gran estanque donde puedes pescar y usar el bote de remos, la canoa o 2 kayaks. Hay un puente cubierto que cruza el arroyo. Un lugar perfecto para escaparse. Está a unas 8 millas (12-13 minutos) de Browns Ferry.

Spring Break 2025

The cabin was so cute and was stocked with everything you need. We enjoyed walking around the ponds and creek. We had a good time.

Wonderful and Peaceful!

We came to the area for a visit and found that we preferred just staying at the property and enjoying the peace and quiet. Some of us also enjoyed fishing in the pond! Just a beautiful and serene environment. We will definitely be back!

restful getaway

My wife and I spent several quiet days in the cabin over a Memorial Day weekend. We fished every day in the pond on the property and explored the shops and restaurants in the Athens, AL area. Very enjoyable and peaceful venue.

Loved this little cabin

Loved this little cabin. It was very cozy. Beautiful property with a creek and a pond. We wish we could have stayed longer but we will definitely revisit. The owners were extremely friendly and accommodating.

Quiet Retreat

Wonderfully quiet but were able to find adventure nearby. NASA, the local mercantile, Tennessee Valley Candy company, The Shrine of the Blessed Sacrament, and The Ava Marie grotto were short drives away.

Unexpected Jewel. Super kind host. I love properties with history. I came to town to celebrate my Grandson's 3rd birthday and my Son and his wife bought their first home in Decatur. It was a great experience at the property. Highly recommend.

Absolutely Perfect

I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I stayed 32 nights while working at the Mazda Toyota Plant in Madison. 100 times better than having to stay in a hotel.

Best Place I have ever stayed.

This is truly an amazing place to stay. As great as the photos are, they don't do it justice. It is a little piece of paradise, just off the beaten path. The Hosts are some of the best people you will ever deal with also. I'm already planning my next stay. Thank you.

Creekside cozy cabin

We enjoyed this cozy cabin nestled in a private setting surrounded by nature. The 20 foot ceilings, sturdy wood construction, and views of the adjacent creek allow this small space to take your cares away. I originally thought we would be staying in the old cabin with the stone chimney however that is apparently under construction. I look forward to a return trip sometime.

Relaxing getaway

My husband and I wanted to just getaway for a couple of days. I found this quaint little cabin and booked it. We enjoyed our stay very much. I loved the cabin and the location was just a short drive to Athens and Joe Wheeler State Park. The cabin is small, just one bedroom upstairs, but it’s king size and very comfortable. I would definitely go back!

We had a wonderful time. Perfect distance between Huntsville where we played golf and Decatur where we went to a concert at the princess theatre. We were lazy and went fishing and had the best time connecting all while relaxing.

2nd stay was just as amazing as the first.

I was in town for work and stayed here for 3 weeks. The place was perfect. It's secluded, quiet, peaceful and clean. Fishing was great. Trudy is an amazing host. I was able to meet her husband and grandsons as well and they are all just great people. I highly recommend this cabin to anyone. I would move in to it for good if I could convince my wife to leave Florida.

Perfect getaway

The host went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable and that everything went smoothly. Like someone else said on your first day make sure to get there during daylight hours it’ll make it a little bit easier to find the place, but the host gives you her number just in case you have any issues. The cabin was beautiful and the surrounding creek and pond were peaceful. We loved the sound of the flowing water from the creek. It was so relaxing. The cabin was spotless when we checked in. We would definitely stay here again in the future. PS first time ever sleeping on a sleep number bed and we loved it. Also if you fan of cold AC like we are, this is your place.
