Amazing Rental in New Orleans!

We had an amazing time at this property and the location was perfect for us! It was a short walking distance to the Smoothie King center and several restaurants. Brittanie and Gerard were super helpful and even provided a great list of local restaurant recommendations. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect Location and Property

My husband and i came to visit our daughter in college and this was the perfect place. Super walkable are with shops, restaurants, groceey stores and drug store all within steps of this property. Lets talk about this PROPERTY. It could not have been a better layout and unit We had a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit that was perfect! Beds are incredibly comfortable and had its on connecting bathrooms. Space was comfortable and has all the amenities you need and want. Lastly, the host/owner was very responsive and accomodating. I am confident we will be booking here again

We absolutely enjoyed our weekend here in NOLA! This property has everything you need, two good sized bathrooms, two king beds (that were super comfortable!) a full kitchen and living room. The entrance required keypad entry which made us feel extra safe. We were walkable to Caesar’s superdome and to many restaurants in the area. Though it is a much longer walk, you can still make the trek to Bourbon and the riverwalk, but we grabbed Ubers to both for less than $10 even on an extremely busy weekend. The owners communicated everything we needed and checked in during our stay to make sure we didn’t need anything. Our only hesitation with booking this property was that parking wasn’t included but the owners gave us some suggestions and we were able to find lots/decks near us to keep our car in for the weekend! There was also a Rouses grocery store right across the road for our last minute snacks that we needed. I would absolutely stay here again and could not recommend it enough!

Weekend in NOLA

This property is so cute. It has exposed brick and a whole wall of windows facing the street. It is the perfect mix of historic touches and updated features. It's a great part of town. You can easily walk to The French Quarter or the Superdome. There is a grocery store and a CVS only steps from the rental. Lots of restaurants. The hosts sent detailed information about check in and local recommendations. We loved it.

Sugar Bowl !

We came to NO to watch the UW Huskies play in the Sugar Bowl, and we were not only treated with a win, we were able to enjoy the convenience of the wonderful location of this apartment! Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. It was perfect for 2 couples, enough room for light breakfast, work space for those who needed it. Our hosts were spot on anytime we had questions. We definitely recommend this property and would stay here again! Thank you, Brittanie and Gerard!

First time visit

Great place to stay. The unit was clean and well appointed. Close to great restaurants and within walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. The property manager had great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. I would stay here again and I would recommend it to friends.

Perfect Getaway

Everything exceeded our expectations starting with the hosts, location, comfort in the condo from sleeping to lounging. All locations we visited, were within walking distance, including groceries. The hosts gave us plenty of dining recommendations. They are very quick to respond with any questions, including recommendations. Very relaxing accommodations. I could go on and on....perfection.

Great time for all

The apartment was everything promised. Both the building and apartment were very clean. I love that the bedding and towels were all bright white ensuring cleanliness. There were light snacks and beverages waiting in the refrigerator when we arrived. Everything we needed was easy to find, including dishes, plenty of towels, soaps, a washer and dryer, etc. There was even a broom and dustpan. I'm a tidy person and appreciated all the small touches to make it feel like home. The hosts were wonderful. Our second flight was delayed multiple times so we arrived much later than expected. The host checked in with us prior to our arrival to be sure we were coming and again checked in with us mid-trip. It was nice knowing someone cared we were there.

Enjoyed most things and had a positive experience including communication with host and amenities, but a few things to be aware of: - floorboards are LOUD so if you're staying on the 1st to 3rd floor, you may be woken up by people walking in rooms above you - the living room is not designed for hosting or comfort - there are two uncomfortable chairs and an okay sofa Otherwise - great location, great host.

Excellent place to stay within walking distance of French Quarter

We had a great time staying at this place and Brittanie and Gerard were lovely hosts. The property was clean, spacious and well equipped with everything, including cooking utensils, coffee maker, toaster etc. The check in instructions were simple and clear. Brittanie and Gerard were great and checked in with us at regular intervals to see if we needed anything or had any questions. One of the perks of the property is that you can easily walk or take a street car to the French Quarter. Would highly recommend this place.

Excellent Location! Host was very welcoming and gave some great recommendations. Rouses market was right across the street and came in handy. Central location.. quiet at night… very clean and cute place. Great place and would book again Only downfall is that the walls are thin and you can hear loud talking or music from neighbors as well as foot traffic from upstairs.

Perfect Location

Very close to the Quarter but just far enough to leave it behind. This location is Immaculately clean and equipped with everything you might need. The trolley car stops are just a block away which makes most of the city very accessible. Download the transit system's Le Pass app to purchase electronic single or multi day passes for busses and trolleys.

Beautifully decorated and comfortable condo in CBD

The perfect place to stay if you want to be in a quiet area but within walking distance to all the action of the French Quarter. We would recommend this amazing condo to any of our friends headed to NOLA.

This was one of the best rentals, if not, the best I've ever stayed at. The host had fantastic communication from before the trip to after checkout. The place itself and the amenities will have you wishing you lived there long term. The entire design and layout of the place was well-thought out and helped all guests remain comfortable and relaxed. The beds, bathrooms, and kitchen were spotless and we really appreciated every little touch taken to make our stay the best yet. The area around felt safe enough and the building is definitely very safe. Wish we could stay longer but we will definitely consider this place on our next visit. 5 stars!
