Este espacioso condominio cuenta con tres habitaciones. Hay dos habitaciones King
 y una reina Todas las habitaciones tienen televisión y conexión Wi-Fi en todo
 El condominio. Hay dos baños. El baño principal se encuentra en suite y hay una puerta corrediza de vidrio que se abre al balcón envolvente del dormitorio principal. Las otras dos habitaciones comparten un baño que se abre desde el pasillo y tiene una puerta de bolsillo que se abre hacia la segunda habitación King. La cocina está totalmente equipada y cuenta con despensa y lavadero.
Más allá de la cocina hay una sala de estar abierta que tiene una mesa de comedor
 con capacidad para seis. Hay muchos asientos en la sala de estar para ver una gran pantalla de TV, Wi-Fi por cable e Internet. También hay una gran puerta corrediza de vidrio que se abre al balcón de azulejos que envuelve una mesa alta con capacidad para cuatro. We arrived and were able to unpack and feel at ease immediately. It was cozy with a such a pretty view, the palm trees right outside our windows and the ocean. We thank Dorean and all the ladies for being so kind to us during our reservation process. The pools and the bar were a short walk as well as the ocean. Our favorite meal we had in Tybee was eating at The Deck onsite at Beachside Colony.

Although a little dated, the condo was comfortable. Things that the owners may want to attend to is the ice maker part of the freezer, the light was out over the shower in the main bedroom and also the tv was very blurry/fuzzy in that room, as well. Small things, really. But important. We had to overlook those things but had a nice stay.

We loved the location and access to the beach. The condo was clean for the most part. We enjoyed having our dogs with us, too. The bedrooms where spacious and fit our needs well. I would say the living room space was a bit tight with all the furniture and our number of adults (me and my husband, my parents, and my 17 year ild daughter). I most enjoyed the patio space! The beach breeze was wonderful there in the afternoons/evenings. We felt safe and satisfied with the security of the property as well, and the ease of loading and unloading our belonings with the use of the elevator. It was nice to have the stairwell in close proximity to the unit as well. Only real downside was that the first 2 nights of our stay we had people staying in the condo above us with a little one who loved to stomp and run back and forth at 6:00 a.m., nothing a white noise app on my ipad couldn't fix. All in all, this space was great for our week long stay and served our needs. We would stay here again!

I chose this neighborhood because it’s home. I moved to Tybee Island in 1978 and have been part of Beachside Colony since its construction in 2000. Over the years, I’ve watched this community grow while still maintaining the relaxed, family-friendly feel that makes Tybee special. Guests love this location for its direct beach access, walkability, and central mid-island setting that makes getting anywhere on Tybee easy. In addition to managing condos here, I’m also an owner at Beachside Colony, which means I care for this property the same way I care for my own.
