Condominios Central Park. Situado en el corazón de Ketchum. 3 dormitorios, 2 baños. Usted está situado a poca distancia del centro y de las pistas. El carril bici y pistas de esquí cerca de estos condominios, que lo hacen ideal durante todo el año.

Great space in a great location!

The condo is wonderful! The kitchen is incredibly well stocked and the location is unbeatable for skiing. We had a wonderful time and the hosts were super responsive. Would stay again!

Wonderful place to stay!

The unit was excellently maintained and surpassed our expectations. The only downsides were the lack of views and limited outdoor seating, which can be easily resolved with a short walk. Nonetheless, we would definitely choose to stay here again.

Great condo near River Run

One of the best condos we have rented. Kitchen was complete with all we needed, nice quality bath towels, and up to date bathrooms. Location was perfect. Near the bike trail and the River Run Lodge. Very quiet neighborhood as well. We enjoyed this spacious condo and will return again.

Summer weekend

Very nice property and well stocked in kitchen and towels. It was nice they had washing soap for dishes and clothes and we didn’t have to buy those products for a short stay.

Amazing Stay

What a beautiful condo! Plenty of room, quality appliances, very comfortable master bed, huge walk-in closet with plenty of space, everything was clean, towels were way nicer than any hotel you’d stay in, kitchen had all the wonderful amenities great coffee maker, blender, cooking utensils. And did I mention… The La-Z-Boy couches were amazing! We have stayed in a lot of VRBO condos and this was a wonderful stay in a fabulous location! You are right at the bike path, walking distance to restaurants and shops and of course… Right at the base of the mountain. Highly recommend you hike the mountain and take the gondola down😀

Fabulous Townhome

This property was lovely! Perfect for 6 adults! Beautiful interior and well equipped kitchen. The location is also ideal.....close to mountain and to the town of Ketchum. Owners were wonderful to work with. Amazing beds! A definite must for our family again!

Absolutely wonderful

We had such a lovely stay at this property! The owner was helpful from start to finish. The location can’t get any better. It’s an easy walk/ski to River Run and you can walk into town in 5-10 min. The condo has everything you need! I hope we can stay here again soon!

Stellar condo great location

The owners always responded to me. Happy to answer questions about town. We hang in the river each day and it was .18 miles from the condo. We walked to talk center and it was .4 miles. All very close and the condo was amazing. Thank you!!

Great condo in Sun Valley

Nice property, perfect size for a family of five. Clean and well maintained. Property manager was very helpful and proactively communicated with us in the weeks ahead as well as during our stay. Definitely recommend.

Ski Vacation

We had a great stay! Short walk to River Run Lodge and lifts. Very clean and well stocked. Even made sure we had Christmas tree and decorations. Perfect space for our family of 5!

Beautiful condo in an excellent location

Our family stayed a week in Sun Valley and really enjoyed how easy it was to stay here. We walked to dinner every night, a concert at River Run and hit the trail at the top of the street. All rooms were spacious and well appointed, and Connie was super responsive if needed. Thanks for a great stay!

Luxury condo

Our family of four loved our stay at this condo. The owners thought of everything and it made our stay delightful. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything we needed and more. We slept here maybe better than our own home! I appreciated the quality bedding, fluffy pillows, down comforters, extra blankets, etc. Everything is upgraded in this condo, plus it has vaulted ceilings with lots of windows and natural light. We were working remotely so the appreciated the super fast wi-fi and air conditioning (many won't need it, but in the summer it comes in handy). The location was perfect for the boys to ride bikes to the SV tennis courts for camp and afterwards we all rode bikes to dinner. Overall, we loved our stay and will be back again. Thank you Connie!

Knut and Connie Olberg live in Sammamish, WA and part time in Sun Valley. We are avid skiers, Knut is a National Champion Alpine Ski Racer in the Masters series and coaches ski racing. We have 3 kids and 5 grandkids. We love the out of doors and the Sun Valley activities: mountain biking, hiking, alpine and Nordic skiing.

We dreamed for years of purchasing a condo in the greater Sun Valley area. We visited Sun Valley for skiing twice yearly and occasionally during summer and fall. We spent 3 years looking for the perfect place to live and were familiar with all the potential locations in the Sun Valley area we could live, including the pros and cons of each area. We also wanted a high quality living environment that was modern, fit the Sun Valley feel of large, spacious high ceiling, beautifully furnished homes. When we walked into this unit, we immediately fell in love with it and knew without question this fit everything we were looking for. We LOVE the location so close to the ski area, town, river, and bike path, yet located in a quiet neighborhood of beautiful modern condos and homes.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Close to everything while located in a quiet neighborhood. We love the river trail that is groomed for skiing to River Run in the winter and a peaceful walk in the summer. We never miss Saturday free yoga (Mats provided for our guests) in the summer, following a brisk 5 minute warm-up walk to River Run. Hopping on the gondola winter or summer at River Run, lunch at the round house, a 4 mile hike to the overlook, a 1 mile walk or bike to town, all favorites! We offer a high end rental property that is well maintained, clean, and spacious. With many different options of rentals in Sun Valley; if you are looking for upscale and quality, this property is for you!
