TENGA EN CUENTA: esta propiedad se encuentra en el noroeste de Florida, en el área de Destin. NO es Miramar Florida. Es una casa de dos pisos, 2 baños y medio de 2 pisos cerca de la playa. Dos pisos que viven con pisos de madera y baldosas en todo. Dos se proyectaron en los porches para disfrutar de una vida al aire libre agradable: una en la planta baja y la segunda fuera del Master en el segundo nivel. Piscina comunitaria justo afuera de la puerta de atrás. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size y baño completamente actualizado con ducha. Las puertas corredizas de vidrio conducen al porche de arriba. El segundo dormitorio tiene 2 camas Queen Size y un baño completamente actualizado con bañera y ducha. TV de pantalla plana y reproductor de DVD en las dos habitaciones. En la planta baja tiene cocina totalmente equipada, 1/2 baño completamente remodelado. Televisor de pantalla plana de 50 'con DVD Blu-Ray en la sala de estar. El sofá tiene un sofá cama queen con colchón mejorado. Parrilla de carbón o gas para cocinar justo en la puerta de atrás. A poca distancia de la playa hay unas 4 cuadras. Cerca de Destin Commons y el popular Silver Sands Outlet. La unidad cuenta con dos estacionamientos privados. La edad mínima de alquiler es de 25 años. Lo sentimos, no mascotas.

Amazing Stay and Ultra Convenient Location

Easily able to walk to the beach (10 minutes walking slow), local shopping and ammenities within a 10 minute drive - plent of restaurants and stuff for kids to do. Unit has plenty of room and amenities

Great stay!

We thought the property was very comfortable and cozy. Nice, quiet location. Close to beautiful beaches, shops, and restaurants. We enjoyed the pool. We had a great stay!

Favorite stay!

We loved everything about this place! The location was great! The condo was very spacious and i loved having the downstairs area to hangout and upstairs to sleep! Loved the enclosed patios too and the extras throughout the place! Bonus was that the host was always available!

Loved it...close to beach

Great place with plenty of room! Nice decor, clean, with two great outdoor screened in porches. Best of all short walk to beach! Peggy has beach chairs and an umbrella, so you don't need anything. I don't have any complaints, will definitely stay here again.

Everything you need for a wonderful vacation!

We had an amazing stay in this unit. It was fully stock with everything you could ever need for a trip to the beach. We loved that the pool was right outside the back porch and the beach was just a short drive (or walk) away. The unit is very clean and decorated beautifully. We can't wait to come back and stay here again!

It’s a great set up, in a nice location. It was clean and had nice at home feel. This was the first time using VRBO, but Peggy made it real simple and was great to work with. We had a great time and hope to be back soon!

Great location. Spacious condo with everything you need for a great stay.

Clean, well furnished, close to the beach and away from traffic. Everything you need for a beach visit can be found here. Chairs, boogie boards,sand toys, umbrellas and a cart to transport them. Beautiful public beach, shopping and eating all in walking distance. Had a great time with our family. Every thing you need to cook or grill at home.

I thought this home was very spacious, very clean and a perfect place for my family of six.

My family loved staying at this townhome. The kitchen was fully equipped. The living room was very relaxing. There were games and movies for the kids. We also liked that there were beach items provided so we didn’t have to bring our own. The swimming pool was also very nice.

Beautiful townhome with a very nice pool in the complex.

We stayed here over fall break and everything was wonderful, the townhouse was nicely decorated and clean as well as the grounds with all the tropical trees and flowers and the pool area. Very short distance to the beach, we walked there a time or two. This area was really nice, wished I could of stayed longer!!! 😀😀

We really felt at home in your condo. Everything we needed and then some was there.

We enjoyed our stay while we were there your condo felt like home to us. You did an outstanding job decorating and making it feel very homey there was not anything that we will needed that you did not offer we enjoyed this screened in porches the barbecue grill being able to do our laundry while they're the kitchen was completely stocked with everything that we needed we had more than enough bath towels. There are nice big screen TVs and all the rooms the beds were so comfortable we felt right at home. We highly recommend her condo to others that will be visiting the area she has a beautiful home and we were so glad that she opened it up for us while we were there on vacation

Perfect for our Family

We got back from several hours at the beach and 4 of us took showers in rapid succession and we never ran out of hot water! I call it a win solely based on that, but the rest was great too! Peggy truly treats you as a guest in her home, and she was easy to work with and get in touch with before, during and even after our stay. The condo was not only roomy and inviting, but also very clean, well furnished and comfortable. My only hope is it's available again next year!

My family was very impressed with condo resort and the location.

All amenities provided the comforts of home. We are ones that enjoy preparing our own meals while soaking up the character of new and exciting places. This vacation condo allowed us to do that. The information provided was helpful, the location was choice as we had our daily dose of sand and some sun. It was just after Christmas time and the weather was rainy off and on - probably typical for the time of year. We had easy access to shopping and local seafood markets. We would definitely stay again. Thanks very much. The Vigils.

Nice relaxing vacation

The house was a bit rustic, but was great for a family of four, with kids. The house had some toys and games that kept the kids busy, since the weather played a prank on us with a cold snap in Dec, that is unusual for Florida. But we enjoyed the stay and the host was very easy to reach and communicate within minutes, which was very helpful along with his suggestions for indoor activities due to the cold weather. The house had all amenities required for a multi-day stayover and had several shops and restaurants within a short drive. Overall, we were very happy with the house and would recommend it for anyone looking for an affordable accommodation in the Destin/ Miramar Beach/ Fort Waldon Beach area, for a vacation stay anytime. Our heartfelt thanks to the host.

Hidden Treasure

We have stayed in a lot of rental units over the years in Destin and other beach destinations, and this was by far the cleanest and most well-equipped of any we have ever stayed. Peggy goes the extra mile to accommodate her guests with a hundred little things - a washer and dryer, games and activities, plenty of food staples and kitchen essentials, extra towels and sheets, comfortable beds, and extras of everything - soap, trash bags, detergent, etc. Her supply of beach items allowed us to leave everything we needed for the beach at home except for swimsuits, beach towels and sunscreen! We loved the two porches, and the nice, big pool just a few steps away from the back porch. The beach is a little bit of a walk, but we didn't mind it at all - it's really not very far. (Beach access is very convenient once you reach the end of the road.) Peggy was very responsive to all of our communication, and provided all the information we needed. The condominium community where this unit is located is very quiet and beautifully maintained. No need to search further for a GREAT place to stay in Destin - we WILL be back!

Softball Tournament in Destin

Property was great, walkable to the beach. TVs in multiple rooms and gas grill were very much appreciated. We had four in our group and had more than enough sleeping and living areas. Would definitely recommend!

Nice place, close to beach

Nice clean place about 2.5 blocks to the beach. Nice extra provided like beach chairs, umbrellas, and a wagon to haul them. Communication with the owner was very prompt and informative. Would stay here again.

Great spot for a relaxing beach vacation!!

The house was perfect for my family--spacious, clean, convenient to beach, walking path, restaurants and more. Loved having access to washer and dryer. And TV's were nice for downtime and family movie night. Kitchen was fully equipped. Ample parking. Short walk to the beach. Communication with owner was good.

Our favorite!!

This is my family's second stay at this property and we love it. The owner was very responsive and checked in with us to ensure everything was ok. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed and more. The beach is technically within walking distance, but we decided to make the drive. We can not wait to get back!

Hello - My wife Rosa and I live in upstate NY. We have 4 children and love to vacation at the beach.

I've been visiting the Destin area for several years now, and wanted a place for my family to enjoy sunny Florida weather. This condo is perfect for us since we have family very close to Destin.

What makes this Townhome unique. There location is perfect. Close to shopping, dining, and the beach. Love being able to walk out the door to the pool. This is a great year round location and Misty Cove is a very quiet area within walking distance to the beach.
