Casa frente al lago. Casa limpia y elegante con muebles nuevos y comodidades de hotel. Relájese y descanse mientras se sienta al lado del lago y vea la fuente de agua de la noche a la mañana. Junto a Thunderbird Preserve para caminatas y al cruzar la calle desde el parque del vecindario privado que ofrece voleibol, baloncesto, área de juegos para niños y áreas de pícnic. Excellent place with everything you need and more!

The house was exactly as explained and was stocked with everything you could possibly need and more! Was so clean and cozy with gorgeous views and an excellent backyard for hanging out with the family. The host was more than gracious and very easy to communicate with. We had a blast fishing and riding the paddle boat and loved the convenience of restaurants and other places in the area.

Mary was a very attentive host. The house is stocked with fun! We'll have to come back when it's cooler to play all the games in the garage. Everything was clean and the kitchen is stocked and labeled with many accessories, spices, coffee, condiments and so much more! The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. We would look forward to staying here again.

Great stay

There are so many things to do at this house. Lots of activities for adults and kids. Outdoor area was so nice, secluded and backyard that overlooks lake to fish. We would highly recommend. Host was incredibly kind and gave us great ideas!

Wonderful Family Stay

We had a wonderful time at the lake house! Lots of kids activities, al fresco dining by the water, great amenities, and Mary was a great hostess. Convenient location in a nice neighborhood. We’ll be back the next time we’re in the Phoenix area!

Great House in a Nice Neighborhood

Great location! The house was clean and was stocked with everything needed for our stay. Teens loved the paddle boat, kayaks and fishing on the dock. Will stay here again if in the area. Definitely recommend this property!

Hidden gem in Glendale

We had a wonderful stay at Mary’s home in Glendale. The home was immaculate, toys plentiful and the location on the water was an added bonus. Mary checked on us several times in order to make certain we were happy. We will return as soon as the property is available! It was perfect for us.

This home wants for nothing

We stayed for five weeks, all very delightful. Mary was very responsive and helpful when needed. The location is great, especially enjoyed siting out on the dock and watching the lake. Thanks, all in all a great visit.

Great Expectations

Great expectations will finally be met when you stay at this one! Puts every other experience below this new level of standard of a VRBO rental. The accommodations were above and beyond —clean, comfortable and the property manager could not have been more available. The sunrise and sunsets are breathtaking. Safe area and kid friendly. Just a wonderful weekend place to stay.

Beautiful home

The home was clean, well stocked and very roomy for our family. We used the paddleboat and kayaks and loved being on the lake. Mary was great with her instructions, communication and help with anything that we needed. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks again Mary for letting us stay at your beautiful home.

Sweet getaway

Definitely worth staying here over a hotel. Home was extremely clean and organized. We enjoyed all her games, bikes and boats. The playground nearby was also a treat, especially for our dog. I was skeptical of all the 10 ratings but for this place the reviews are accurate.

Lake house

This property is meticulously clean, up-to-date, and also very comfortable. It is well-appointed with a coffee bar and equipment for activities, such as paddle boating! The location is very convenient and the neighborhood is conducive to bicycling and hiking. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Awesome stay in Phoenix!

We had an amazing time celebrating my birthday at this beautiful lakefront home!! The host is super sweet and made our welcoming to the home very comfortable and inviting. Caught so many fish and absolutely loved sitting on the dock and enjoying the mountain views with the awesome sunset!!!! Had a blast, the home is breath taking and has everything you need. We will definitely use the house again in the future.

Excellent property and host!!!

This home has it all, and the host thought of everything. Mary was there to greet us and walk us through the property to make sure we knew where everything was and she checked in on us the next morning via text to answer any questions we may have. The home is beautiful, with a dock to the lake, kayaks, paddle boat and all of the comforts of home. We will definitely stay again! Thank you Mary!

Everything even better than expected from the excellent reviews - location, cleanliness, contents. We enjoyed the patio, view and yard, games and kitchen. We had arrived late and it was so nice to have breakfast items available in the morning. Communication from Mary perfect. Have breakfast at the Sunshine Breakfast Bar.

I would stay here again

Mary, the hostess is so pleasant to work with. The house is quiet in a nice neighborhood, centrally located not too far a drive to baseball spring training & golf. We found plenty of dishes, pots/pans, utensils, spices. Just needed to pickup food. Good news, Fry's grocery store is only a mile away, so it is an easy stop on the way home from whatever we were doing. The morning sun would reflect off the water and in the afternoon shade we sat out on the patio or on the dock. It was a great way to start and end the day.Thanks Mary!

Clean and comfortable

I everything was super clean and smelled great. Some thoughtful snacks were provided. There were several fun things for the kids to play. The paddle boat was a little difficult to maneuver but overall everything was fantastic.

Sitting so pretty on the lake in front of the water fountains with gorgeous views of the mountains and the lake. Most guests prefer to sit outside day and night. Right across the street from a private neighborhood park that you can enjoy. Very close proximity to 101 loop and close to everything! Such a friendly and safe neighborhood. Adjacent to Thunderbird Park Preserve for hiking. a truly walkable neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Explore the wildlife and the lake waterways. A hidden gem. Tons of dining options within reach as well as 4 grocery stores within blocks of the house. There are indoor activities facilities close by for continued summer family fun.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Being lakeside in Phoenix is such a treat. So pretty watching the fountains with the mountains in the background. The fountains lit at night is just beautiful. Enjoying the paddle boat and kayaks while roaming through the canals is just breathtaking. Visitors come far and wide. Locals come for a unique staycation in their own backyard!
