*** NUEVO *** Disfruta de esta casa adosada actualizada a poca distancia de la playa principal de Siesta Key. La propiedad está ubicada dentro de una comunidad cerrada estilo centro turístico que ofrece dos piscinas climatizadas, canchas de tenis, gimnasio, parrillas a gas y muelle de pesca. Todo esto enclavado entre exuberantes paisajes tropicales y lagos.

Llegue en automóvil y utilice el garaje o la entrada para estacionar. Subiendo las escaleras hasta el segundo piso de la casa adosada, entras por la puerta de entrada a la casa. Inmediatamente notará la cocina actualizada, equipada con estufa, nevera, microondas y lavaplatos. La cocina también ofrece una barra de desayuno que se abre a la sala de estar principal. La sala de estar es espaciosa y está amueblada con cómodos sillones para la familia y los huéspedes que disfrutan de la televisión inteligente de pantalla plana de 55 "con programación de alta definición y servicios de transmisión disponibles. Justo al lado de la sala de estar se encuentra el balcón con mosquitero con vista a una fuente de agua serina y al lago. El patio está amueblado con juego de comedor al aire libre con capacidad para 6. De vuelta al interior, también encontrará la suite principal en el piso principal. El dormitorio principal está amueblado con cama extra grande y TV. El baño privado cuenta con una ducha y un lavamanos doble.

Siga las escaleras desde la sala de estar hasta el área del loft junto con dos habitaciones adicionales para huéspedes que comparten un baño. El dormitorio de invitados está amueblado con un juego de dormitorio de matrimonio y TV, mientras que el otro está amueblado con una cama doble y una individual con dos camas individuales y TV.

Amazing stay

We absolutely loved this property. It was clean, updated, and was so close to the tennis courts/pickle ball/pool. Having access to All the beach equipment (including cart) was a huge plus. Would absolutely rent this unit again!

This is a fantastic unit. I would give 4.5 stars if I could. (Our only complaint is a minor lack of cleanliness in the kitchen—we had to rewash many utensils and dishes. The pans are a mess to try to fry eggs on, but that’s typical to most rental units.) Otherwise, the unit was very clean! It’s been updated nicely. Comfortable beds and plenty of space to lounge. The back deck is beautiful and we enjoyed lots of wildlife at the pond, including turtles and sea otters. The biggest positives are all the amenities: pickle ball courts, pools, fishing dock and beautiful beach access (about a 7 minute walk). The owners kept the garage well stocked with 2 beach wagons, 5 beach chairs, one umbrella, paddleball and pickleball racquets, and several bikes. We greatly appreciated all of these! Thanks for such a lovely place to stay!

Great layout for family, we enjoyed the view from the lanai overlooking the pond with ducks, turtles, and birds. Two pools to enjoy, one just steps away and a short, 10 minute walk to a private beach.

Best week ever!

This was our first time to Siesta Key so we had no idea what to expect. We couldn't have found a better place to stay for the most relaxing week ever. The community is so friendly and quiet (at least in October) There are places to walk with beautiful views and the access to the private beach is such a plus. The space in the condo was clean and felt like home! We would stay there again!

nicely updated and clean. Loved the screened in porch. Would book directly with rent siesta key next time and avoid the ridicoulous 250 $ charge from vrbo .

Great location

The bed situation wasn’t the best…the pull out couch in the loft was very cramped and it was like sleeping on springs. The trundle bed had a huge stain on the mattress which was unsightly and no one wanted to sleep on it.

Great Place & Accommodations - Siesta Key

This was my family's first trip to Siesta Key but wont be our last. Our stay was a great experience and the property was accurately advertised. There were a few things that we requested as needing attention and the owner immediately took care of replacing a few small appliances that were not working upon our arrival. The property had just about everything we needed for our week long vacation which made our stay enjoyable. The beds were super comfortable and the shower head had the best water pressure. Although these items may seem trivial, the condo felt like home and made our stay that much more satisfying. I would highly recommend this property as it had everything including close access to the pool, tennis courts and private beach access. We would definitely stay here again.

Great property and location but it needs some up keeping.

I’ve been renting properties for many years and this was a disappointment. I’ve never gone to a beach property that didn’t have enough towels. We had to wash towels everyday. And to not have any beach towels at all. Shame on you. The garbage can was broke. The garage reeked smelled like something died in there. The cooler was broken and you shouldn’t advertise what you don’t have like bikes.

Thanks for choosing to stay at our unit. Sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay as much as hundreds of other have. The home has professional linen service which stocks the home with all of the towels and linens needed for ones stay. This includes 9 bath towels and 7 pool/beach towels ( 9 pool/beach towels present for arrival per our inventory inspection). A simple call, text, or email and we would have been happy to drop of more as we are located just down the street. I see we checked in with you mid stay and this was not mentioned to us. Sorry but we could not find a broken garbage can in the property. The association requires that trash cans be stored in the garage and understand that after a week long stay, trash may develop a smell in a confined space. We do not advertise any bicycles available at this property and the cooler has been replaced that had the one handle missing.

Great condo!

The house was very clean, the kitchen was nicely stocked, and the beds were comfortable. We’re a family of 7, and it never felt cramped. The round table seats 6 and we played cards every night. Communication with the rental company was easy. When we arrived, several of the beach chairs were broken, and they replaced them quickly. There was 2 wagons, a few coolers, and lots of beach toys. There wasn’t an umbrella. There was a pop up shelter, but we didn’t know where the stakes were, and we were also afraid of it blowing away (😂). We ended up just buying an umbrella, and took it back home with us. The walk to the beach was everyone’s least favorite part of the trip. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the beach access, and then you have to walk across a pretty deep section of the beach to get to the water. With that said, the beach is private so it was never overly crowded. There was also access to lounge chairs that you could drag close to the water (or if you were lucky, were already there from the day before). Having 2 pool options is really nice, and the smaller pool is really close (you can see it from the screened in porch), which was nice for the kids.

Perfect!

I can’t rave enough about this place! We had a group of 7 and for most, it was their first time in Siesta Key. For 2 of us however, it was our fourth time and this was our favorite place we’ve stayed at by far. The community is nice and friendly and a very short walk/drive to many attractions, restaurants/bars. It’s about an 8 minute walk to the private beach but it was well worth it. Just don’t forget your beach tag to scan into the gate. They provided basically everything you needed for the beach. Even beach wagons which helped immensely with carrying everything. The only thing they didn’t have was a beach umbrella but that didn’t phase our group too much. After spending the day at the beach, we liked to go back to one of the two pools to cool off. It was really interesting chatting with people staying in the area and seeing where they came from. I’d say the biggest thing that helped out our group was the fully stocked kitchen. They provide just about everything you can think of. Considering we ate dinner at the place 5 nights out of the 7 that we were there, this was a huge plus. Not to mention the gas grills they had on site for use. We used those every single day! Our group loved the screened in lanai, and the updated features the place had to offer. The place was very clean. I would say the only downsides (very small ones at that) would be the squeaky queen bed upstairs and sometimes the garage door opener would fall apart on us making it hard to open and shut it from time to time. Aside from that, we have no complaints and look forward to coming back to this place! Would recommend this place a million times over.

1st time to siesta key

Nice short walk to the private beach, nice community to stay in, and good size for all of us. First time to siesta key and we all loved the beach and neat village
