Camina para levantar 1 A para comenzar tu día de esquí. Este ascensor con poca gente ofrece un excelente acceso al increíble esquí en Aspen Mountain. Fantastic! The condo was clean and well appointed. Beds are super comfortable. It’s was only a couple blocks from AJAX and the heart of Aspen. Host was extremely responsive and nice as can be. Will definitely rent again.

Great stay!

We stayed at this unit for just under a week at the end of ski season. Conveniently located near town and within walking distance to restaurants, shops and Aspen mountain. The bus stop for Snowmass, Highlands and Buttermilk is just around the corner. The unit is comfortable, well equipped and might be the cleanest VRBO I have ever stayed in. Communication with the management team was super efficient and helpful. We parked a Jeep wrangler in the garage with no problem. Would definitely go back.

Great location, perfect place for friend group

Check in was easy, the condo was in wonderful condition and very clean, instructions ahead of time helped us know what we would need, and the location was perfect just up the street from the St Regis and easy to ski down to!

Apartment backs up to Aspen mountain and is a couple blocks to town! Host was super communicative and easy to get information from.One note is that this is a second floor unit and there is no elevator so it is a bit tough to get suitcases up and down

201 Monarch is well appointed and lovely. Our family gathering of 5 fit so comfortably in this condo. Well located, we skied in and out which offered our group so much flexibility with schedules and work calls. The management team is responsive and helpful no matter the request. We will plan another trip with iTrip soon!

View of Aspen Mountain (and World Cup races)

Truly exceptional stay for my family. The location is a few steps from the Shadow Mountain lift on Ajax. The accommodations were perfect for our family of six. The kitchen was stocked with all necessaries for the week. Our communication with the team was seamless. Looking forward to repeating the experience on our next trip back.

Aspen Stay

We were very impressed by the customer service of iTrip. We rented a Condo in Aspen in early October. A neighbor in our building lit a fire in their fireplace that smoked out our unit. Their property manager came by our unit late at night to help air it out and came by the next day to continue efforts. Ultimately, iTrip ended up moving us to a different unit while they worked to address the lingering smoke smell. Anytime we reached out, we got a response very quickly and they worked hard to address our issues. I would definitely rent with them again.

Lack of Accountability

The property is very nice. The check in was easy. I took a major issue with the maintenance of the property. After coming home from dinner the key pad ran out of batteries - a procedure that should be checked after each rental. After getting a hold of the property manager, my wife and I had to wait outside for the repair person to arrive. To my dismay he arrived intoxicated, smelling of bourbon, and fumbled with the repair after finally letting us in. Very unprofessional for a place with this high of a nightly price + extra fees. I emailed the hosts to try and resolve this issue, but there has been nothing but silence from their end. Would not recommend this stay due to the lack of accountability from the owners who do not seem to care about a bad experience.

Instant 5 stars, perfect rental for a week in Aspen! The location is amazing, we walked everywhere we needed to go. The apartment was clean and updated, and the steam shower was a surprise plus! The host was readily available and often checked in just to see if we needed anything. Communication was fantastic and I would definitely rent with them again!

Cozy and Clean

Beautiful condo in a nice location. We loved the furnishings, artwork and giant TV. We visited in July so it was quite hot. Circulating air was difficult and the thermostat sat at 82 for several hours in the afternoon. Luckily the bedrooms were a bit cooler than the kitchen and living. We tried the big box fans that were provided but they made little difference and were super loud. We had a couple of other incidents that were very avoidable by the management but didn’t affect our stay. I would likely book this property again.

Fabulous condo and location

We have been going to Aspen every summer for many years, but we have never stayed in this building. We loved the condo! It was perfect for our family (we have 2 toddlers), and the location cannot be beat. The condo is updated, and the open layout for the kitchen, living room, and dining area is very functional. We also appreciated the large TV and view of Aspen mountain. Management was very responsive and even helped us with an early check-in, so that our youngest could get a nap. We will be back!

Wonderful condo

Great location in any season. One block behind St. Regis and literally on the mountain- ski in accessible. Well stocked kitchen, including olive oil, seasonings etc, great washer/dryer in the hall, excellent Wi-Fi and smart tvs. Steam shower in master bath was a nice bonus. Beds are comfortable. Everything was in great working order. Very spacious condo for Aspen. Was one of the largest 3 bedrooms we have ever stayed in. Plenty of space to spread out. Garage was nice during the snow. Keep in mind there is no elevator and it’s on the 2nd floor which is the 3rd up from the street level. However the property manager can help assist with luggage. Our only complaint which is not the owner or property managers fault, is the unit is loud. We could hear the people above us, and they were early risers and late to sleep. We could hear their conversations, their music, their footsteps, when they flushed the toilet or took a shower, you can hear everything from the unit above. They do provide fans, that in hindsight, we should have used to block out the sound to all the bedrooms. But other than that, it’s a beautiful, updated condo, very spacious, with lots of amenities and fabulous location. Def recommend Itrip/Kim they are fantastic to work with and so helpful, and great at communicating! Will definitely stay with them again in the future.

Aspen spring break

Great spot to enjoy spring break. The snow was awesome and the lifts very close. The condo was close enough to town that my wife and I could walk everywhere.

Comfortable Condo at Base of Ajax

If you want to be close to Ajax mountain (right at the base of 1A lift and 5 minute walk to the Gondola), this is a super-comfortable and cozy condo. The ceilings are low and there is no dramatic view unless seated right at the balcony doors, but the unit is well appointed and has a number of nice spaces in the small but not cramped living area (seats by the fire, at the kitchen counter, in the living area and at the dining room table). Bedrooms are also adequate in size and bedding is comfortable. Please note, however, that the owner/manager has replaced the 6-person dining table with a 4-person table. There is no good way to accommodate 6 people for dinner and we let management know that this change had been made without our knowledge and was a disappointment as we had two meals in the home. Otherwise, iTrip is very responsive and the whole experience is easy. If you are booking in Aspen for the first time, note that this unit is "up the mountain" and sidewalks and roads can get slippery at night as you walk the 2.5 blocks up/down from this building. Only other warning is that this unit is on the second floor and we did experience noise from neighbors above (mostly in the morning when they were headed out to the mountain), but nothing outside the ordinary. We would stay again.

Wonderful stay!

We recently stayed at this condo in Aspen, there were 6 of us and it was a great place! Very clean, newly remodeled, and the company itrip was very responsive. Great location too. We’d definitely stay here again!

Aspen Getaway

The condo was spacious and beautifully renovated. The only caveat is that the one parking space is very small and cannot accommodate high profile vehicles. It was a 2 person job to get the car parked every day between two concrete pillars. Otherwise we loved the place and appreciated it's walkability. Management was very responsive.

Nice Property, But a Hike

The property management company was very responsive and accommodating. We really appreciated their high level of service. The condo was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Huge big screen TV, which was nice. The configuration of the living room wasn’t very accommodating for a group of 5 adults. The furniture was configured to almost create two separate living rooms. The condo is close to town, but you have to walk up a steep incline getting back to it. We’re in pretty good shape, but it still made us short of breath! Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Lovely summer escape!

We enjoyed 700 Monarch— it was the perfect size for our family of 5. We did have to baby proof certain areas but the property manager made it easy. So glad the property had large fans for each room. The technology set up was great as well. Overall lovely trip for us!
