Amplia cocina con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, encimera de granito, horno de convección, y enfriador de vino. El dormitorio principal tiene rey de California cama king ajustable. El dormitorio principal contiene el escritorio con el apoyo sea WIFI. Los otros dos dormitorios tienen 2 camas de matrimonio con TV de pantalla plana. El balcón da a la playa con vistas a la piscina, el jacuzzi y el largo muelle Redington. Nuestro piso es apoyado por la oficina de alquiler ubicado en el 1er piso para soportar su estancia. Nadar en la piscina climatizada o relajarse en la bañera de hidromasaje. El Muelle de al lado alquila y vende cañas de pescar cebo. tienda de conveniencia ubicada justo al otro lado de la calle junto con un número de restaurantes a poca distancia a pie. Las atracciones cercanas incluyen la playa de Clearwater, el paso de Juan, el acuario Clearwater Beach (Delfines Tale 2) Busch Gardens y el parque zoológico de Lowry. El Suncoast Beach carretilla se desplaza a lo largo del Golfo Blvd como un beneficio adicional.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was beautiful. Everything was clean and tidy. The view of the beach and ocean was amazing from the balcony. We will definitely be back again in the future! Thanks!!

Amazing stay

The property manager was amazing to work with the views were beautiful having all the extras within the condo were plus and it made Beach going a breeze definitely love the place and would stay here again

Great Family Vacation!!

Very nice place for big family! It was clean, easy to navigate and owner was very responsive. This area is still recovering from storm damage but they are working hard to update. Highly recommend!!

Nice place

Nice to have 3 bed 3 bath. Only complaint was having trouble working washer/dryer on 4th floor. 3rd floor worked better. Also our allergies bothered us in room only, not sure if cat or mold in there previously

It was a great 2 weeks. The location on the beach is perfect. We saw dolphins and manatees from our balcony. The condo had everything we needed. Grand kids came and loved the beach and the pool. It was a perfect place for a family vaca.

Positives- Great location on beach! Nice to have beach chairs, towels, wagon, and cooler on wheels!! Plenty of room, nice view, and the kitchen had utensils we needed!! Negatives- Need some updating on the patio chairs! There are holes in the seat, and there are screws, pushing up into your bottom while sitting. Kitchen needs dishcloths. Had nothing to wash counters or dishes with. Had to use paper towels. Shelf in refrigerator was broken. Microwave light was out. The bifold mirrored door needs fixing. Water problems during tropical storm in two bedrooms. Water was pouring in the middle bedroom. Got mattress and pillows all wet. Needed all beach towels and bath towels to soak it up. Told the office, but said there was nothing they could do! Suggestions would be, 2 towels and washcloths per person. Nice quiet location, and friendly staff!

Not as advertised

The weather was great all week, and we found great food! But beware. The pictures are old and some are inaccurate. The long pier in the water was not there, as well, the restaurant shown is nonexistent. A prior review if 405 stated the same and asked to update listing but apparently the owner doesn't care. Also laundry is on each floor, not ensuite. The laundry machines destroyed 300 dollars in clothing and wouldn't replace clothes! Absolutely brutal. Wrote the owner and no response. Be weary. Showers have mold in them as well and can use new shower heads... simply silicone replacement would go a long way. Also frames for beds, even the kids, were very squeaky with every move... All in all we made a good trip of it but the service could be better.

Amazing view!

We had an amazing stay! Property was on the ocean with an amazing oceanview. We watched dolphins from the balcony in the mornings and even seen a manatee one morning. It was the first time one of our friends had been to Florida and they had an unforgettable visit. I unfortunately broke my leg the week before our trip but thankfully there were 2 elevators to our floor. We would definitely rent this property again. Lots of chairs for the beach with a cart to transport them downstairs. Lots of places within walking distance. Property staff was very helpful with anything we needed. Thanks for an amazing stay!

Love the beach

We had a great stay, lots of families also staying same condo, many that say they revisit every year. It was especially nice to have coolers, beach chairs, wagon in condo for use. My Kids also liked having the beach toy box available. These things made our stay more convenient so we didn’t have to pack as much. There is a convenient store and coffee shop directly across street from condo and several restaurants that are within mile or less, so we were able to walk to them, although many are not beach front which was surprising to me. Johns pass/ boardwalk was short drive for shops and restaurants and trolley available for fee. The hot tub was very nice at night and was very spacious. The only downside about description of condo was that the pier by the condo no longer goes out into water and doesn’t have fishing due to damage and it isn’t being fixed/replaced. Overall we had a great family fun time and would consider coming back.

Spring break 2022

Great week in Redington Shores

Condo was very nice, although it was necessary to have the cleaning personnel return to sweep the floor when we first arrived. That was handled very well. It was great having beach chairs and coolers available. The beds were comfortable. The only issue was that when we tried to contact the owner. the phone number that was listed was incorrect.

Right on the beach but the unit needs updating

The Property was great with all the problems with the unit. We had toilet and hot water problems and a leak in the 3rd bedroom. Then we continued to have issues with the remotes for the TVs. Maintenance people were very attentive and responded right away. The furniture and decor could use an updating for it being right on the beach.

I love to hear stories of how people enjoyed their stay at the condo. I listen to suggestions. Every year I make improvements. I have a friend who does the cleaning. She is very meticulous and stays in the condo periodically to ensure every think is working correctly and checks out the mattresses.

I have been traveling to Florida for many years. We like Redington Shores area. The beaches are safe for kids, the restaurants have great food reasonably priced, restaurants and bars are within walking distance. A convenience store is located directly across the streets, eliminating the need to jump in your car if you forgot something

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

This condo has three bedrooms with attached bathrooms making it easy for three couples to enjoy. The master closet is large and allows storage of some beach amenities. Each floor in the complex has a laundry room making it convent to do a quick load. I love to hear the waves hit the beach. This is a distinct advantage of a gulf front unit
