Apartamento en unos de los vecindarios más tranquilos y seguros de Naples,Palm river es una joya escondida,a solo 3 millas de la excelente playa de Delnor-Wiggins y un montón de restaurantes.Esta unidad les ofrece el escape perfecto para parejas o amigos que quieran desconectar y relajarse,si tienen alguna pregunta por favor preguntarme sin dudar.

Les and the property were great.

Les was more responsive to every inquiry than I could have hoped for. He truly cared that our stay was a good one. Highly recommend!!!

Stairs

The condo appeared clean and described EXCEPT outside stairs required to get into the condo. My wife and I are seniors and my wife has moderate arthritis. The stairs were not disclosed in the VBRO listing, and getting up and down those stairs for our stay would be an incredible burden if not impossible. It took me 10 minutes to get my wife down the stairs. In the end, I spoke with the owner (who was gracious) and VBRO, and then left immeadiately and we found another place to stay. /Users/randolphwexler/Desktop/1.jpeg

Palm River Estates

We loved the location of the property since it was easy to find shopping, places to eat, and access to main artery roads and the beach. We were disappointed that there was no oven or microwave in the kitchen and there was not access to regular cable TV stations. Les told us that it was all in the specs but when we went back and looked at the specs, we didn't see anything specifically mentioned about not having an oven and oven is omitted from the list of amenities for the kitchen however the listing of a stove makes one assume that an oven would come with it. The spec also says Television and a Smart TV are provided allowing internet TV, but no local TV so we couldn't watch major sporting events. There are quite a few stairs to get up to this second story unit however it didn't both us since we are physically fit however for an elderly person or disabled person, it would be extremely difficult to climb the stairs. There was also no recycle bin or info regarding recycling.

Great neighborhood and easy access to several beaches.

We stayed on this property from May 26-31st. The property is extremely clean and well kept in a quiet, cute area of Naples with easy access and close proximity to the airport, beaches, grocery store and other attractions. The interior design is very inviting, simple and crisp looking. The only non-positive for us was the fact that the bed is a Queen. That's my fault for not asking and assuming it would be King. It's not advertised as a Q or K (just that it sleeps 2). My fiance is an ex-athlete and even though we made it work, he wasn't very comfortable. This is not the fault of the property manager, like I said I should have asked. I recommend the rental to others for sure but if you prefer or need a King bed you would need to look elsewhere. We went to the beaches each morning and spent the afternoons on excursions driving to Marco Island, Island of Capri, downtown Naples (Tin City) Ft. Myers, Bonita Springs, etc. Easy to navigate and get around. If you are looking for great, true authentic Italian food (they make everything fresh and the ingredients are shipped direct from Italy) make reservations at Mino in Tin City (about 25 minutes away) The food is simply FANTASTIC and quite close to the BEST we have ever had! Thanks Les, we enjoyed our stay very much.

Time away from the cold.

The property was fine for a short get away. If you are planning on staying for a month or longer it lacks in some required items. No oven or grill. Silverware for four. No kitchen towels or dishclothes. No space to store groceries. If you are older the steps are very steep and slippery when wet.

Excellent accommodations, Great host

We had a very enjoyable stay during the month of Feb. The apt was very clean, quiet and spacious. The location was perfect, convenient to restaurants, beaches, shopping. Our host, Les was responsive and readily available for any info or requests. We would highly recommend this rental.

clean and comfortable

My wife and i were happy with the accommodations - just right for the 2 of us. Lot's of places to eat within 5 minutes. Communication with Les, the owner, was excellent.

Overdo Getaway

Very quite and clean properly. The location was close to all the vacation hotspots but far enough to have a very quiet and peaceful stay. We very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to anyone looking for the same.

Just as charming as the photos

Just as charming as it looks in the photos! The condo was impeccably clean and had everything needed for a very comfortable stay along with many thoughtful amenities like beach chairs, a cooler and yoga mats and blocks in the loft. Enjoy your morning coffee and listening to the birds on the tranquil screened in porch. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe and great for taking a walk. Several beautiful beaches are within a short drive. Delnor-Wiggins State Park is about 10 minutes, with easy parking. A little further north is Barefoot Beach in Bonita. And about 45 minutes south is Marco Island - a bit of a drive but gorgeous. Les was very quick to respond to my reservation request and other communications were helpful and pleasant. A wonderful property for a Florida getaway!

A quiet getaway.

We were on a week-long vacation and chose this VRBO property in North Naples due to its relative proximity to the airport and the condo of a friend in Bonita Springs, as well as easy access to Interstate 75 and the beaches and restaurants of Naples. The apartment was very clean and furnished in a modern style. Bed was wonderfully comfortable. WiFi was dependable. Use the screened balcony (which faces northeast and is comfortable all day) a lot. The owner was very attentive and prompt in communications which is a characteristic in short supply nowadays. Overall, great experience!

Bright sunny condo!

Les the owner is a doll! Easy to work with and very accommodating! The apartment is clean comfortable and well stocked. I would like to see another chair etc in the living room to sit on because there is only a loveseat, not the best for relaxing at night watching tv, reading etc. Nice location and so convenient to the beach!

Great experience - only one thing missing

Really great place - I would come back. Les was great at getting back to me right away when I had a question. It would be nice if, say, 3 or 4 clothes washing pods were left for the washer instead of having to buy a whole container of clothes washing soap - but that’s very minor compared to the fantastic home away from home. Bed was awesome. Nice for a change to not have to strip sheets and start a load of wash as many VRBO owners ask one to do.
