Fantastic Ski Condo – Perfect Location!

Our stay at this condo was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the beautiful mountain setting, cozy yet modern decor, and thoughtful amenities that made our trip so enjoyable.The condo itself is spotless, well-maintained, and fully equipped for a relaxing stay. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, the living area was warm and inviting with a cozy fireplace, and the beds were incredibly comfortable—perfect for recharging after a full day on the slopes.The location is truly unbeatable! While you can’t ski right to the door, it’s just a short and easy walk to the slopes, making it incredibly convenient. No long treks or crowded shuttles—just grab your gear and go! After a day on the mountain, coming back to such a comfortable and welcoming space was a treat.Whether you’re an avid skier or simply looking for a peaceful mountain retreat, this condo is a fantastic choice. We can’t wait to return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Good location

Location was good, not ski in ski out but a short walk. Upstairs shower did not have hot water, downstairs did so we used that one.

Overall the stay was nice and you really are right by the ski mountain. You cannot see resorts from the balcony due to the trees but you can walk up by unit A from the other units and have a good view from there.

We stayed here on a last minute excursion through New Mexico.The condo was well stocked and the beds were incredibly comfortable! I love the old cabin vibe it has going for it, feels like home!!

Location, location, location!!

The condo is in a great location! Just a short walk and you can ski down to the chairlifts!! My kids went to ski school and we were able to watch them from the condo access! The condos also have a private drive with hills and we were able to go sledding everyday! The owner was very attentive ans helped me with all of my needs! She provides sleds, tubes and plenty of firewood!! The kitchen has all the utensils, pots, pans, and cookware that you need. We will definitely be back!!!

Great location

This condo is in great location. When we arrived there is major construction on the exterior being done that we were not aware of so it made it hard to find the unit.It is located within walking distance to the ski lifts and very close to everything in town.Lots of room. There was paper towel, toilet paper, even shampoo, conditioner and body wash in both bathrooms. There was dish soap/detergent, trash bags, etc. Spices and cooking stuff, well equipped kitchen. There was plenty of towels and even clothes washing stuff there. It was unfortunately 85 degrees most of the week we were there last week which made it very hot inside. There is no a/c but almost every rental we looked at didn’t have a/c. There were fans but it got very warm during the day inside. That is really our only complaint. Overall it was great and we would stay there again when it’s cooler!

Needs a deep clean and upgrades

This place could definitely use some work in the cleaning department. It seems that maybe it is not used in the summer or maybe had not been clean in awhile but windows were dusty, dust bunnies on fans. On top of that there was burnt wood left in the house, cooking items were dirty. Patio was not cleaned and prepped for summer use and broken blinds and no screens on all windows made it difficult to cool the house.

Relax and comfy

I have three teens and they really enjoy the place .Is really nice place, have everything in the kitchen, comfy blankets, games, tvs (except in the master bedroom), very close to the ski area, and close to the stores, love the be ( memory foam) , space for everyone, the only thing is they don’t have dinner table , and we ate in the living area, but not big deal with my kiddos just the grandparents 😁.Thanks for sharing

Absolutely Amazing!!!

All you need to feel at home. The condo was fully stocked with toiletries, coffee filters, spices, glass jars with baking supplies and SO MUCH MORE!!! It is definitely the little things when traveling with a big family. I love the robes in the bathrooms.. So clean & smells amazing. The game closet has all the entertainment for evening game night or reading a book. This is our 3rd time back and we will continue. The owner is always adding little upgrades that keep us coming back. The kids absolutely love this condo. They can hike and play just outside this location. Summer is wonderful. Thank you!

Great Location

The condo was great and right next to the lifts. Everything was really good except the communication and interaction with the management company. Asked a fairly simple question on where to park a second vehicle, and was told I don't know and then ignored. Also the threat of fines is not listed until you arrive. Leaving the condo felt more like a chore than a relaxing vacation

Overall the condo was great. I do believe that the pictures or description could be clearer.

We were happy with the condo and the value. I do believe that the pictures are a bit misleading about the bunk room being open to the living room below. It would have been a consideration in our decision to book this property. Overall it was great, I just do no like to think that the photos were specifically taken to exclude information about the layout of the sleeping quarters. For anyone considering this unit, the bunk room is completely open to the stair case and living room below.

Great stay!

The C10 condo was a great fit for our needs. We had two families (4 adults, 4 kids ages 6-9) and it worked well. The unit is not "technically" ski-in/ski-out yet it's pretty darn close. You could definitely gear up at the house and walk over to the Dreamcatcher run. Since we had some little ones in our group, we geared up and drove the couple hundred yards over to the end of the cul de sac where you can ski-in to the Dreamcatcher. If you stayed in Building A, you wouldn't need to do this but we chose to because Building C is the furthest away in the complex. The only negative (which we knew ahead of time) is that there isn't really a designated dining area or table in the unit so we had several meals either sitting at the bar or in the living room.

It was a nice condo for mine an my sister's family to start the new year. Very close to the ski lifts. Plenty of space for two families. Be aware the VRBO site says check in at 3:00 and check out at 11:00 but the management site for the condo says check in at 4:00 and check out at 10:00. They do not honor the VRBO terms.

Amazing Stay—has it ALL!

This place is amazing! Well located! Fully equipped, nice views! Super comfortable and so close to the slopes. My kids say “mom it’s pretty much ski-in-ski-out. We love it, our second stay! Owners very accomodating & accessible. You will love it!!!! We enjoyed the wood fire place too.

Awesome!!!!I was so impressed the condo had everything we needed The kitchen was amazing it has so many extras I’ve never seen before in others I have stayed at.The views out the porch and bedrooms were Beautiful ❤️.It had a variety of games for the kids to play as well as so many dvds to play for the children and adults.It’s extremely nice having the ski lifts within walking distance of the front door to.Everything was so close we never had to go far to the store or restaurants!We for sure will book here again can’t wait!!!!👍👍

Fantastic

Spring/summer 2021 I was able to stay here and it was so perfect! The location is so close to everything and there is so much to do. You are close to all kinds of wildlife and also a beautiful golf course. It was so nice to have access to so many rooms. It was clean and put together. While we were there we were able to experience the prettiest hot air balloon festival! I can’t wait to come back here in the winter time to snow ski!!!

Wonderful Cabin

Fantastic cabin. Two adults and four kids had a great time. Afternoon walks around the cabin saw many deer and wildlife. Made a quick day trip to Red River and enjoyed the town and ski area. We spent our nights playing the many games supplied by the owner. Top notch cabin, with satellite TV and many amenities. We cannot wait to come back in the winter.

Amazing Condo Great Location!

We could not have asked for more! The owners of this condo really pay attention to detail. We had everything you could ask for! Plenty of beds to choose from, kitchen was well equipped, there were plenty of extras like movies, books, and tons of board games to enjoy. The location was within a short walking distance to the ski lift. The back deck has a grill and beautiful view on the edge of a cliff surrounded by trees. The place was quiet, peaceful and clean! I will be back if it's available 😊

Master bathroom toilet wouldn’t flush. Had to flush manually. Kitchen microwave didn’t work. Bathroom towels up stairs were stained.
