Stay during home remodel

Home was very clean and everything seemed well organized with lots of area information. Owners were very responsive. Rental manager, Elly was excellent.

Don and Alice were great guests who had rented our home in Scottsdale while their nearby house was undergoing significant renovations. They left our place in great condition and were also extremely cooperative and understanding when the recent monsoon type rains produced a small leak that required a restoration company to attend. We would highly recommend them to any VRBO host.

Clean, modren home in gated community, perfect!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Ross is extremely friendly and professional and there is a property manager who is local to help with anything you might need regarding the home. Fantastic location close to restaurants and grocery stores, professionally maintained common areas and the home itself is modern and very clean and well kept. We enjoyed the backyard with built in water mister system on the hot nights which made it perfect for dinner or cocktails. The beds and couches are a dream to relax and rest on, new linens fresh pillows make all the difference. Kitchen was fully stocked with any and everything you might need to prepare and enjoy your meals while staying. (you are responsible for your own food of course) Really just a great stay with all the comforts and conveniences of home while traveling, we hope to visit again soon! Thank you!!

We had a wonderful experience staying at Ross and Maureen's house. They were both communicative and ensured we were comfortable. The house was very well kept. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. They had a couple binders with all the information about the house, which made it easy to navigate. The property manager, Elly, was very nice. She stopped in to introduce herself a couple days after we arrived. She also stopped by at the end of our stay. The backyard was nice to watch the sunsets. We fed the hummingbirds and kept the birdbath full of water for the other birds. The BBQ grill was a nice addition to grill salmon and steaks. The air conditioning was nice, since we were there during the hottest time of year. The house is located in an area with a lot of restaurants, grocery stores and other shopping needs. We highly recommend this property for future tenants!!!! RATED 10!!!!!

Loved our stay

This was our first time staying in this home. It is a separate house not an apartment and we have always stayed in apartments and condos. We love a house. All one floor. Clean as a whistle. Park in the garage. Back yard all fenced in so our pup can chase lizards to his hearts content. The neighbors in the development welcomed us. Very friendly place and we felt like we lived there. Comfortable beds and we got high sleep scores on our Fitbit. We can walk less than a block to grocery store and pharmacy. TV works well and the system is user friendly The kitchen is not stocked to fit us. I like big mugs for root beer floats. It’s is better stocked for wine drinkers. The rooms are bright and the back yard comfortable to sit in the morning or evening. Our son visited and loved it and recommended it to friends whose parents are going to try to book it. We have stayed in Scottsdale in rentals for ten years. Grab this one

Nice community

The people in the neighborhood are extremely friendly and welcoming. For being close to a shopping center, very quiet. We enjoyed the backyard too.

Home away from Home

We have had a wonderful experience in this lovely Desert Village community. Friendly and caring neighbors. Perfectly located to get to all places in the Scottsdale and Phoenix area.

Christmas in North Scottsdale

We had the most wonderful time. Ross and Maureen’s home was exactly what we had hoped for. Spacious, clean, and in a great neighborhood. We will definitely stay there again.

Beautiful, spacious, lots of amenities and wonderful owners

This home more than met our expectations. It is beautifully decorated with high end finishes throughout the home. The home came supplied with many kitchen gadgets and appliances that come in handy since we were there for over a month (toaster, coffee maker, blender, veggie peeler, measuring cups, salad spinner etc.). The living room and bedroom had two nice sized televisions that we could stream shows from; Netflix, Amazon and Hulu, they had cable as well. The owners left LOTS of space for our items. The walk in closet, bathroom cabinets, dresser and side tables in the master were all empty for us to use along with another closet in the guest bedroom. And as I mentioned this was wonderful since we stayed for a longer period of time. It was great to unpack and feel at home. The outside had a completely enclosed privacy wall, we enjoyed many mornings and nights out there. The home also had access to a swimming pool which I used every day, only twice was there anyone else there besides me. The pool was a nice size and very clean. The home is located next to a pharmacy, grocery store and other shops that can be accessed by a walking path near the house which was very convenient. The owners were wonderful, they answered emails promptly and were friendly throughout. I highly recommend this home, thank you Ross and Maureen!

Lovely patio home!

We have enjoyed this lovely home for the past 2 years. It is clean, spacious, and furnished with every item to make you feel right at home the minute you enter. There is a community pool and a private back yard for grilling or just relaxing. The location is perfect for whatever adventures you like to pursue--shopping, hiking, biking, golf, etc. The owners are wonderful. They go out of their way to make sure your stay is a good one. We will definitely come back again!
