Had a wonderful stay. Location was perfect. Everything we could’ve asked for. We had no issues at all. The host was very thorough with how to check in and get into the place. Kids loved the pool. Overall a great place and would book here again. The only critique we have is the temperature setting was set to a minimum of 19. Would’ve been nice to make it be a little cooler in the place.

Wonderful Vacation Property

My daughter, son-in-law and 2 year old grandson had a wonderful time. The unit was well equipped, comfortable and lovely. The beach and pool, along with the playground and winery within walking distance allowed them to vacation without the need to get in their car. We will definitely return!

Great stay

Loved the place the location and the host was very prompt at getting back to me. Very clea lb and we’ll kept. The only thing was the noise “of equipment”, I don’t know if it was above a service room. But I’m use to sleeping in rural places.

Amazing West Kelowna experience

The property was gorgeous. The condo is well kept and well stocked. Andrew was very prompt in responding to my queries. We are in the quiet area of the resort which we appreciate. We love the warm outdoor pool and tub. The groceries are about 10 mins away but very close to wineries/ restaurants. I highly recommend his place.

Nice but pricey

Cute spot in nice area. Communication was excellent. Only downside was price. We booked with little notice so not much choice. Condo rate was fine but those extra fees added up!

Summer stay

Ladies and gentlemen...I present to you Barona Beach Resort hosted by Andrew! Great little 1 bedroom condo that's on the quiet side of the complex on the ground floor. All the amenities you would find at home are all awaiting you in this unit. Very clean and well stocked. I had to reach out to Andrew once, but he replied very quickly! Checking in and out was a breeze. Only knock I'm going to say is the patio door blinds...or what's left of them. Not offering much privacy for our kids that slept on the pull out sofa. They should definitely be replaced...minor detail, but worth noting. All in all, great place and would recommend to anyone!

Great Property and Location

Location was perfect for us. Right on the lake with a lovely private beach and access to communal pool and gym. While there were lots of families it didn't ever feel crowded. The property is just a few minutes drive from all the amenities you need, and centrally located for easy access to both Kelowna and Penticton. The unit is located on the quiet side of the property. Has a large balcony with BBQ and furniture, partial lake view and morning sun. Parking spot right in front of the front door of the unit was very convenient (no need to go through a lobby or use any elevators). The unit itself is very clean, comfortable and well equipped, having everything we needed. There were two of us (parent and teen child). Child had the bedroom and parent on the pullout couch which was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept on. The owner was proactive in contacting us and available if needed but happily was not needed. A great vacation, thank you!

Beautiful location but very noisy

Condo complex offers a lot of amenities, pool is warm & hottub was fantastic. The beach has Adirondack chairs to sit & enjoy the spectacular view. Unfortunately, the actual condo itself is right beside the lobby for the building so the fluorescent lights shine onto the patio until late. The unit is also built over top of the cardio room of the gym and of the 9 nights I stayed, I was woken up at 6:30 am by the noise of the elliptical machine directly under the bedroom for 6 of the mornings. There’s also an air exchange unit that will wake you up bc of noise and vibrations-it’s that loud. I did communicate with the owner about noise but the binder in the unit stated that the gym is open from 6:30 am-10pm and the strata didn’t get back to him before I left. The balcony also faces the stairs down to the gym area. I regularly had people doing frog jumps up & down the stairs throughout the day as part of their work out. Also to note the sun ☀️ goes around the corner by 1 pm at this time of year so the unit is dark early in the day. I also agree with a previous review that the Venetian blinds need replacing in the LR for privacy & light control. The unit had an adjustable shower head for those of us with long hair rinsing conditioner out- water pressure was excellent. Unit also had great cookware & sharp knives. I stayed in Sept with the last of the summer tourists-not too busy but definitely could hear children a lot. If you’re sensitive to noise this is not the place for you.

The condo was great, had a minor issue and I contacted the owner Andrew and he responded immediately. The location was beautiful and the scenery breathtaking. We would rent the same unit again.

Great spot on the water near wineries

We had a fantastic anniversary stay. The property was clean and amazingly well stocked with everything you could think of! Easy check in, spotless accommodations, and a 5 minute or less drive to several amazing wineries. If you are looking for a home base from which to relax and enjoy getting your vino on…this is the place.
