Tenemos una cocina recién remodelada con electrodomésticos nuevos de acero inoxidable, encimera de granito y todo lo que necesita para cocinar. Mi lugar está cerca de restaurantes, restaurantes y actividades familiares. Te encantará mi lugar por el vecindario y la cama cómoda. Mi lugar es bueno para parejas, aventureros en solitario, viajeros de negocios, familias (con niños) y perros caso por caso. Lo siento, no hay gatos.

Amazing stay!

We absolutely loved staying here!! The house is super nice and perfect for our two dogs that came with us! The host Carlos was very helpful and accommodating we felt at home here. Thank you so much for working with us and providing an amazing first experience with using vrbo it’ll be a hard one to beat! If in town or a staycation highly recommend staying here!

Great property and Fantastic Host

Everything was perfect. First vacation in a while but second time staying here. If you want a clean property that is pet friendly book here. You won’t be disappointed. Host is very quick to respond and ensures the place is ready for your stay. We will be back.

Great location, great neighbors

We will stay here again! Very clean and organized! Great kitchen and easy access to the highway. Neighbors were friendly and quiet. We didn’t have a dog, but they are set up for dogs with the dog runs. All went very well. It is definitely a repeat place for us!!

Good communication with host. Clean place and quite neighborhood. If you drive a big truck the driveway is a little narrow and you have to resort to parking on the street.

Awesome rental

Instructions were really easy to follow and super helpful. The duplex is in a very nice area , close to airport and a park. Walking distance to restaurants. Calm neighborhood. The house has everything you need. Very clean. Highly recommended.

Great location

Sage Suite 1 is a great little condo in a duplex house in a neighborhood with easy access to all areas of the city. Short ride to downtown, 5 min from Alamo Heights and Broadway St, 20 minutes to The Rim, La Cantera. 15 min ride to the Medical Center. It has a nice park nearby, where my family and some friends had a nice barbecue, while the kids played at the playground. The Suite is fully stocked with pillows, bed sheets, kitchen utensils, pots and pans. Carlos is a great host, always taking my call and attending to our needs as guests.

Very Nice

Liked it so much I extended my stay! This 2 bedroom duplex has all you need for a comfortable stay. It has supplied it with most things you would want/need. Two things I would suggest adding: tabletop usb charger stations. Plugs are hard to get to. Also a cheap stick vacuum to be able to quickly pick up the leaves/grass the dogs bring inside. But very comfortable!!

Sage Suite 1 made life easier!

Recovering from surgery is difficult enough, but recovering away from home is even more difficult! This suite made recovery away from home easier. I was able to feel a little more at home here. We had all of the basic necessities we needed and that made our trip way easier. Carlos made my first VRBO stay a breeze when I had no idea what I was doing! The place was clean and so convenient to a nearby park and not a far drive from the river walk! The code lock made life easy without having to keep up with a key! I definitely recommend sage suite 1!

San Antonio rental - perfect

The rental was absolutely perfect. Great location, easy access to everything. The house was just as seen in the photos, clean, fully equipped kitchen. Everything was perfect and I knew if I needed anything Carlos would handle immediately. Awesome stay!!

Sweet and Comfy

This property was just what we were looking for! Normally we stay at an unnamed Hotel as we come down often to visit our 96yo mom. This time we opted for this sweet little VRBO! It was just like home ☺️ Clean, quiet and comfortable. The check in was smooth, Carlos was just a phone call away although we didn't really have any issues. Great place, highly recommended!

Great place to stay

The location and owners were great and Elsie and John were readily available to answer any questions about the house and the San Antonio area. I would highly recommend the property to vacationers and folks looking for a short term housing solution. The house is convenient to the 410 bypass, Walmart, HEB, restaurants, and the San Antonio Greenway (1 mile). The airport is only 5 minutes away.

Great Place to Stay

We stayed at the Cactus Cottage for an extended time where we found the accommodations clean, comfortable, quiet and private. The cottage has everything you need for your stay including washers and dryers for resident's use. The neighborhood is lovely and the property well maintained. You have easy access to highways, airport, restaurants, grocery store and shopping malls. The hosts were quick to respond to all communications. I would stay here again.

Convenient, Clean, & Accomodating

I had the pleasure of renting this place for six weeks to use as my base of operations while I travelled back and forth between home and San Antonio. It had all the conveniences of home, including free Wi-Fi. Located close to the airport, and within a couple of miles of shopping, dining and other amenities, this was perfect for me. The property is well maintained, all appliances were in good, working order, and I managed to stay cool during the hottest period of the year. I would definitely stay here again.
